This was the best place myself and my wife could have stayed. The location is right in the middle of Medina. Just on a quiet enough road. The breakfast is fantastic, it is a Moroccan traditional breakfast and it is great. And finally the staff, especially Nora, are the best thing about the place. They are very friendly, and will give you recommendations of what to see and do.

Had the pleasure of staying 5 nights at this wonderful Riad. What a treasure. It’s ran by a small staff headed up by Nora. Nora is the pinnacle of hospitality. Upon arrival she showed us around the Riad, then sat down and gave us a briefing (with a hand drawn map and highlighters) Where you should and shouldn’t go, places to eat and sites not to be missed. Even a copy of our passports to carry with us. I could go on and on about all the little touches the staff did to provide the highest level of service. The location is perfect inside the old city, just slightly off the busy streets providing a little more seclusion at night. There’s also night security to walk with you back at night. My wife and I felt very comfortable and safe. Thank you Nora and staff for making our stay a highlight of our trip.
Tips…book airport transfer through Nora. Easier to have a driver waiting for you and a staff member will meet you and walk you to the Riad.
Exchange just a little money at the airport, but save the majority to exchange in the Medina at a place Nora will recommend.
If booking a Sahara trip, Nora can arrange a custom itinerary through Naja tours. Highly recommend.

We had a nice 5 night stay here in the Blue Suite. The only drawback back is the bed is very small for two people and the cushion on the couch, which is the only place to sit is in the room was so worn down and flat that you easily just slide right off the couch making it unusable. The staff are all very nice, and the upstairs roof top area is comfortable and nice. The pool is maybe 3 feet deep, so it’s like thigh deep making it not all that functional. The breakfast is a bit too basic, with lots of bread, but little else. It felt a bit like this place is past its prime, possibly under new ownership perhaps? Still, this was a very nice stay, and an excellent location.

I stayed with my girlfriend and we loved our time here, I’d fully recommend you choose Riad Charcam! Staff and owner are super friendly. Location is central (10 minutes walk to the main square in the Old Town). Amazing general interior decorations, and the rooms are nice and clean. The breakfast is served on the lovely roof terrace (they can serve earlier if you have an early tour start), and delicious with fresh pastries from the local bakery!
Bonus: On our last day checkout was meant to be 11 AM. However, my girlfriend was sick and our taxi to the airport wasn’t until 16:30. Not only did they let us stay in our room until the taxi arrived, but they didn’t charge any extra for this late checkout. They also gave her medicine, and printed our boarding passes (required for Marrakech airport). It was exceptional and we are extremely grateful!

Charcam offers a unique Riad experience. Each room is very diffent and is exquisitely designed. You can tell the staff really care about the guests stay and needs. Dora's omlet is truly to die for! Endless mint tea on offer, with lots of wonderful spots to enjoy it in.
The communal breakfast gives an opportunity to meet other travellers and share ones experience as well make new like minded friends.
The host, Bruno, the man, the myth, the legend. Is truly welcoming and you can see that his heart has gone into every corner of this wonderful place.
It's certainly a haven from the bustling, sometimes overwhelming, streets of the Médina. And truly a home away from home.

From the moment we landed in Marrakesh until the moment we headed back home, we were met by excellent service my the hosts of the Riad. For only a small service charge, we were picked up at the airport — our flight had a 4 hour delay, however, that was not an issue. We were also brought back to the aiport on the day of our departure.
The Riad is located in the heart of the Medina, only 6-10 minutes away from Jemaa el-Fna by foot. And right around the corner, there is a money exchanging store, which has excellent rates.
But the most memorable thing about our stay was the friendly staff. We were always greeted with a smile and we really felt welcome at all times. Our breakfast was always prepared with care and the hosts of the Riad helped us and gave us tips regarding our excursions.
All in all, we are very happy with this Riad!
