Riad Jaaneman really is a gem in Marrakech’s centre. Every area of the riad was and elegant mix of Moroccan charm with Italian design pieces. Quite a unique place. Our stay was perfect, the room was spacious, clean and the staff treated us like family. Perfect location near souks while being peacefully quiet. I had so much fun and I will be back 100%!

Staying at Riad Jaaneman has been such a special experience!
I was here in Marrakech to celebrate one of my best friend’s 30th birthday and this place made it unforgettable. It was absolutely phenomenal and this trip will stay with us forever.
The staff at the Riad are truly incredible. So welcoming, kind and always attentive. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home, like being welcomed by family.
Marrakech is a beautiful city. All the colours, the atmosphere, the energy… every corner feels alive and inspiring. And staying in this Riad made it even more magical!
I leave with amazing memories and the feeling of having stayed in one of the most beautiful places, surrounded by warmth and generosity. Thank you for everything!

Where to begin? Riad Jaaneman is one of those rare places that stays with you long after you leave. From the setting to the food to the attention to every detail, everything felt truly perfect. I stayed in the Rive Gauche room, which was absolutely beautiful, thoughtful, elegant, and incredibly calming. Spending time on the roof terrace in the sun was heavenly, especially with a traditional mint tea in hand. Most of all, the riad has that special, hard-to-find feeling of being at home. A huge thank you to the entire team for their warmth and kindness; being surrounded by such an amazing group of people made the stay even more unforgettable.

This place is amazing. Amazingly decorated riad not only on the court yard but also inside of the rooms — exactly like the website picture and possibly even nicer. Most importantly, The staff are so welcoming, helpful, nice, really have a home feel to it, I would give them 10 stars if I could. The location is also really nice — it is on the more quiet corner of the Medina so it feels a lot less hectic when you walk out, but walkable to everywhere. Very safe neighborhood, staff will pick you up from taxi drop off and help with luggage so super convenient. They also have a private hammam which is super nice, spotlessly clean. Great shower pressure. 1000% recommend.

My partner and I stayed here for 2 nights on our first trip to Marrakech, and it was a lovely experience.
The location is great, right outside the central shopping area so that you’re not overwhelmed by vendors, but close enough that you are able to walk to most attractions within 20 minutes. The only thing was it was down an alleyway, which lends itself to the quiet Riad feeling, but can be a little daunting at night, but we never had any problems.
I did the Hamman and Massage experience, and it was probably one of the best massages I ever received. The breakfast was very good, and the shuttle too and from the airport provided a great sense of security.
The only thing worth note is that the doors DO NOT HAVE LOCKS ON THEM. Our stuff was completely fine the whole time, but we definitely kept our passports and wallets on us at all times. Even knowing this we would book the Riad again, as it’s a small place with very few guests, but it would have been nice to know ahead of time.

We had such a wonderful stay! The staff truly made the experience unforgettable. Lahcen was amazing — he went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. He was not only attentive but also genuinely friendly and easy to talk to. Muhummad was equally fantastic, greeting us every morning with a smile and looking after us throughout the day. Their kindness made us feel less like guests and more like family.
Our first night set the tone perfectly. We enjoyed an intimate dinner by the fire, surrounded by petals, with no one else around. It completely surpassed our expectations-private, romantic, and beautifully arranged. The staff put so much effort into making it special, and it truly was an incredible start to our stay.
We also treated ourselves to a private hammam and massage, which was both relaxing and authentic. It was the perfect way to unwind and immerse ourselves in the experience.
On top of all this, the location was ideal, just steps away from the vibrant shuks and Bacha Coffee, making it easy to explore and enjoy Marrakesh’s charm.
Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. From the staff’s warmth to the thoughtful touches, we couldn’t recommend this place more highly.

Great stay at Riad Jaaneman. Lahcen welcomed us and accommodated all of our needs the entire time. The fresh orange juice at breakfast and impeccable service made our stay amazing. The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The riad was also conveniently located near shops and top sights, while still being quiet and tucked away from the noise. Would definitely stay again.

We had the best stay! Staff is really kind and made our brief holiday really special. Lahcen and Mouhamed were very very attentive, smiling and discreet. Lovely!
Breakfast is rich and served in an informal yet personalized and elegant manner, with yogurt, fresh fruits, coffee, tea, fresh juices and eggs made especially for us. The rooms could be a little more looked after, but everything was so nice, it was fine!

The location is so convenient, with lovely shops and the Bacha next door. The riad gives you a sense of tranquility once you step in, and it’s clean and well decorated as well.
Our host Lahcen is tremendously hospitable and thoughtful, giving us really useful tips when walk and shop around the Medina, so is the manager!
It’s a five-star experience. Would love to try other rooms when back in town!

We had such a lovely 4-night stay at Riad Jaaneman! Ishamael was incredibly attentive and super helpful with tips on how to navigate the busy streets of Marrakesh — honestly, his advice made a big difference. The riad itself is stunning — only five rooms, so it felt really calm and intimate, like a little oasis away from the hustle and bustle. Its very conveniently located where the souks and main square are all walking distance from the Riad.
The decor is beautiful, and the two tortoises wandering around were such a sweet touch. We didn’t catch the chef’s name, but wow — she’s amazing. There are loads of restaurants in Marrakesh, but definitely make time to have dinner at the riad. Her Moroccan chicken pastilla was so tasty — one of the best meals we had on the trip!
Also, having hammam spas right on your doorstep was a real bonus. Would absolutely recommend staying here if you’re looking for somewhere peaceful, stylish, and welcoming in the heart of the city.

Wonderful stay in the heart of Marrakech. Scheduled ride from the airport through the riad and it went very smoothly. Room was lovely and we loved how easy it was to walk to many major attractions from here. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Riad Jaaneman. Lahcen greeted us when we arrived and shared helpful information about the area and tips to make our time even more comfortable. The Riad is very clean, quiet, and perfect (especially considering the affordable price). The breakfast is exceptional. Lahcen took good care of us, insuring that we had fairly priced taxis and we had everything we needed. I would recommend Riad Jaaneman and I would stay here again.

I feel bad not leaving a 5-star review because it’s an absolutely beautiful Riad in a great location. But a few things are missing — coffee/tea in the rooms, some kind of front desk, and locks for rooms (and names/numbers on them would be great). Take your own little padlock.
Without a front desk, the service is a bit difficult. If you want coffee, breakfast, have questions, need to organize a cab, etc, you have to go searching for someone. But when you find someone, they’re really helpful! Leshun (sorry about spelling! ) was great, and gave us a good orientation about the city when we arrived, which was really helpful. A bit more of an intro to the Riad would be helpful too — there’s a TV lounge you can discover if you go exploring. I didn’t even realize there was a rooftop patio until I just checked the photos after leaving!
There’s plunge pool in the middle of the courtyard — don’t be fooled, you can’t swim in it, and if you did, you’d definitely get funny looks!

The riad itself is very beautiful! The interior and decor are lovely, and everything is very clean. The location was very convenient. It was within walking distance of the busy areas — we did not need to take a taxi to get anywhere. The room itself was very big and nice; we had our own terrace area with a waterfall! The staff were extremely nice and very wonderful. They helped us a lot with how to navigate Marrakech. The breakfast was also great.
Our only complaints were that the beds were a bit too hard; we would also have preferred to have a duvet. Our shower also did not drain water very well.

Very nice room with beautiful dooryard and typical Moroccan riad design. Only had a minor problem with the toilet. Others are more than perfect. Enjoy every breakfast in the morning with tweedle and breeze. Will choose it if travel to Marrakech again.

What an outstanding place to stay in Marrakesh. From the booking to the check out the whole experience was amazing. The service we received was second to none and that was led by Lechen and the wonderful team at the Riad. Quite simply we were made to feel more than just visitors to the Riad but a part of the family. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this as a place to stay for couples and families alike.
All rooms are clean, stylish and well fitted out. Breakfast is a wonder and a great start to a long day looking around the city but please take the opportunity to have dinner there on one evening if you can. The food was out of this world and it felt so special with the personal service.
Just a beautiful place to be.

My husband and I had a very warm and welcoming stay at the Riad. Their hospitality and expertise on the delivery of our entire experience was unmatched. The location is authentic and modern, leaving us feel like we were in an oasis. If we should ever find ourselves in Morocco again we will make a trip to Marrakech to stay at this Riad.
