Riad Chic

Good things: Location from the main commercial road, breakfast (it looked real milk and not powder like in other places).
Room is very nice and well decorated, and very big, as the bathroom.
Bad thing: For the price you can't be very exigent.
But the room is neither climatized nor private at all. Windows and door leave very very width apertures. Sounds, heat/cold and light go in and out the room perfectly, even you can see outside, to the hall, and from the hall they can see into the room. You'll have to put towels or baggage at windows if you need dark to sleep, of if you want privacity, or to get better climatisation.
Bathroom door doesn't close.
They don't have clear when the booking already include or not the city tax. Be careful.
Wifi didn't work.
Not acceptable things, despite of the low price: Death bugs on bed sheets, very dirty, and extrange things on them. They had to do the bed again with new sheets from other room. I attach pictures.

Comfortable, quiet, safe haven in the heart of the Medina. Our host Jawad was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. He picked us up from the airport and his colleague guided us from Jemaa el-fnaa square to our riad. We couldn't have asked for a better introduction to Marrakech. The chef was lovely, breakfast on the terrace was a great addition at a small cost. Highly recommend staying here.

Very nice personal, good breakfast, nice terrace with comfy places to rest and it is in old Medina. The best place for catch the atmosphere of old Marrakech. Thank you.
