Riad Capri

We stayed for 3 nights.
The rooms and Riad were clean and well presented.
The staff were very friendly and always greeted us warmly.
The Riad is situated within a 10min walk of the main square. It is outside of the noisy/busy area but still close enough to walk there.
I highly recommend this hotel!

Amazing Riad, lovely personnel. We felt at home very quickly. Nice rooftop terrace. They were also happy to put our drinks in the fridge and give us glasses.

Lovely staff. Breakfast was very good. The Riad was basic, but spotlessly clean. Loved the pool after walking all day.

The staff was very kind. The rooms are comfortable. A special thank you to Zakari for his kindness towards our group, always available to help us with anything we needed.

In this Riad we had a stay of 3 days during our visit in Marrakech! The rooms are tiny but very clean, every day our towels and sheets were changed with new ones. Every morning the very kind Rachida prepared us a tasty and delicious Moroccan breakfast.
Particular appreciation goes to Zakaria, who treated us with great smiles, kindness and professionalism throughout our stay!

I was expecting this riad to be noisy given its central location but it was a haven of tranquility after the hustle and bustle of the city. It's a 10 minute walk to the main square and Souks. Rooms are basic but clean and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. The standout of my visit was just how friendly and helpful all the staff were, nothing was a problem for them. I'd certainly stay here again.

I am very surprised that there are any less than 5 star reviews for this Riad! Over the weekend, my friends and I (all young females) traveled to Marrakech for the first time. We were very nervous about safety, quality of the hotel, etc. However, plenty of worries were gone as soon as we entered Riad Ivissa. The staff were very friendly, the rooms were clean, and the area was calm and quiet despite being close to the souk market. Breakfast IS included (and all of the ingredients were fresh). I think that this place was distinguished by the exceptional service! The receptionist booked our taxis (cheaply! ) & allowed us to leave our bags when needed. They thoughtfully cleaned our room so as to not majorly displace anything when we were gone & we were provided with fresh towels each time.

If you're looking for a nice hotels with bells and whistles, this isn't for you. It's basically a Morrocan bed and breakfast. We loved it.
Rooms were basic, but perfectly adequate. Lots of public spaces to sit and enjoy the weather.
Staff were absolutely amazing. They really could not do enough for us. Rooms were serviced every day.
One thing we did miss was a kettle to make a morning coffee before going down to breakfast.
Breakfast was very nice. We also ate dinner one evening at the Riad. It was very tasty, but price wise it didn't compare favourably with other restaurants down in the main square.
Location is excellent — in a little side street off the warren of souks. Just a 10 minute walk to the main square, where all the activity is.
Would definitely 100% recommend this Riad.

Nice, quiet, cool and relaxing place. Friendly and helpful staff. Well situated. Breakfast was good value. Pool was very welcome after the heat of Marrakech. Air con worked well. We had no problems here.

Location :
Finding the Riad initially was not easy, but once we found it and marked it out w. R. T shops near by etc, it was not an issue. Very convenient location near all attractions, souks and the square. Walkable every where and we found it perfectly safe.
Breakfast:
Very good stuff. We had a day trip to Atlas that was supposed to start before their official break fast time but they accommodated us and we really appreciated that much needed start to the day.
Other stuff:
All good. They stored our baggage when we checked out and went to check out the city ; Also arranged a taxi for us to goto the airport.
Overall:
From a point of view of a place to stay, having breakfast and location it was very good. The staff was also pleasant to interact with and accommodated our requests the best they could. Good clean rooms and bathroom.
Will recommend.
