Friendly staff, attention and tranquility for a comfortable and very pleasant stay.

We had a great time as firsttimers in this resort. Such an nice ambiance, big suites, very friendly crew, the food was great, the welness spa, awesome. Everything was so clean, very organized. If you wanted to go crazy in a bar or beachclub, you could just around the corner. But at the Hotel everything was calm and nice. Crew thank you for everything, untill next time! 😁❤

A guest I know had his cell phone stolen. 2 days no contact. Monday 05/16 Called the hotel, very good service. Was put through to the guest. Called again today, May 17th, to talk to the guest. Unfriendly reception, no connection to the guest, despite an emergency. Guest was also not notified as promised. And as the guest reports, you can't call outside from the phone in the room. Very poor service in this emergency. Internet PCs in the hotel don't work properly either, so that the guest can go online.

We have been coming to Gran Canaria for years now as our after winter break but have found this hotel experience far the best … food and drink on our all exclusive was second to none … the staff 10/10 especially Mila … Rita and many more the names I can’t remember… cleanliness was above and beyond … I can’t say anymore about this hotel apart from amenities ie spar gym golf and slides and pool kept you from boredom… as a hole I give this hotel 10/10 … Thankyou for our memorable stay … we will be back … 👌😃

Really pleasant staff apart from 1or 2 middle age men, Mila on outside bar was always lovely. Food spot on and was spotless as always cleaning and definitely coming back. Mr&Mrs Calvert x.

First visit here and it hasn’t disappointed pleasant surroundings clean and tidy rooms are spacious with a spotless bathroom plenty of bars and places to eat all staff are excellent and nothing is too much trouble I would stay here again.

The hotel is nice, but dated, pity Spa is only half working, good dead sea pool and jacuzzi, however the rainfall pool, deep jacuzzi, and steam room have not been working for most of our time here. Food in restaurant is OK, you can usually find something to eat, especially if you like cheese and olives. 6/10 overall.

Everythingoooo… but very special… J. Manuel at reception and Eustaquio… They are awesome and I can't forget Adrian waiter is a helpful and hardworking heaven… Altogether the hotel is 10 minutes long… Congratulations you deserve it.

Our favorite people in this hotel are Laura of Don pepe cause she maken the best pizza’s ever and is always nice and helpfull. Deliberatie real good service and is always kind.
And at Bar Palmera Rita is the best ever cause she is always smiling. In for a nice talk and friendly.
She delivers your drink quickly after you order it.

All staff, especially from entrance are extremely rude. The food options are very poor for an all inclusive, the starting time and ending time of the meals are not respected. They tell you that you should come earlier to catch something. Also they force you to use the hands gel when entering which when I told them it hurts my hands, he said he doesn’t care. I will totally not recommend a place like this, I understand the situation with the COVID but this is taken to an extreme which provoke stress and when you are on holiday you should feel that.

Unfortunately its our last day at this beautiful place. Suites are huge and always clean. Poolbar is Great — our compliments to Noelia and Iris … they are making the best mojitos :)
Food is tasty and varied — just don’t stick to pasta and French fries! They got you a great Paella and many other great and tasty things ;) There are a few things we didn’t like that much e. G. Those Dutch citizens with absolutely no behavior (sorry to those with behavior) it’s not the fault of the hotel but sometimes you really should‘ve said a word. Employees always had a smile on their faces.
Although we‘d like to come back one time. Thank you for a rememberable vacation ❤️

The spa is a extra bonus and is free to use, from the Dead Sea mineral pool to the sauna and steam room and the 2 spa pools. Staff are extremely friendly and there is a good choice of food. What I like about the rooms is the bedroom is separated from the living room giving you space.

Very qualified and friendly staff, good access to the beach of English and Maspalomas.

Very nice hotel with many facilities including a wonderful spa that must be experienced to be appreciated. The all-inclusive option is excellent, a wide choice of food and quality drink. I really appreciated relaxed casual approach to dress in the dining room which at other hotels (why are my arms not to be seen when female arms were fine) can be a little stuffy towards men. Only tiny criticism I’ve got and I’m reluctant as I loved the place, is that the cleaning of the floor in the rooms and corridors Was a little disappointing.

My first time here at Victoria. I must say the hotel is very nice the spa facilities are beautiful and the rooms are cleaned every day Special thanks to Noelid on the out side bar you are amazing at your job so full of joy and I will miss your singing thank you so much for giving us great customer service. And also Marie. You both are an asset to the hotel xxxx My only negative is. The spa staff are very rude. And parts of spa breaking off especially in the first pool area lots of sharp edges Thank you eugina victoria we will be back.

First time stay here, would definitely recommend this Hotel,
Steak on a stone for lunch is fabulous, also the menu at pool bar is fab, get in early!
Snack bar by the pool was lovely, staff are brilliant,
food in the hotel restaurant could do with a bit of work as not much choice at all and the show cooking was very disappointing, omelettes on an evening as a show cook is not acceptable! They should be on for breakfast but aren’t, I would still recommend a stay here as we did enjoy it.

Well our second year at this hotel and just cant praise it enough. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Food is great, with plenty to choose from. Great pool, but it's ACE is the Spa, it is absolutly fantastic. Rooms are good clean and tidy, with made service everyday. Will be back soon. I would highly recommend this amazing hotel. The layout, the food was super such a good choice and always hot. Staff were lovely and helpful. We were on the 8th floor the rooms are amazing so spacious, and just outside our door is some stairs to roof terrace with an amazing view. Plenty of sun beds. A fantastic holiday with our very good friends.

Everything was great. Food, entertainment, service, pools and spa also totally perfect location!

The hotel is outstanding, rooms are clean and very smart. Food is fab but not a great choice for the small kids. The only issue I have found is they will stop serving you to serve the Spanish… Not great customer service. All in all the hotel is wonderful including the wellbeing club.

Keep going back year after year, great value, great staff, a holiday for all the family with daily and nightly entertainment. A great selection of food at all meal times.

Hotel is beautiful everywhere you go, the wellness centre is amazing and also the pool. Cleanliness is okay, shower had someone else's hair in when we arrived so not been cleaned thoroughly. Dust on the ceiling fan coming down on the bed the first night, dust also on the single chair arm rests and also sticky. Food is average although I liked a lot of the food on offer, however my partner didn't like a lot of the food. Staff are great at their jobs, very helpful and friendly. Would definitely come again and also recommend this hotel to family and friends ️

Brilliant holiday Staff all friendly and helpful Not many English, seemed to cater for the Dutch more who were very rude and arrogant. This would put me off returning, which is a shame as it's no fault of the hotel. Food lovely although breakfast was always cold. Always plenty of sun beds and everything was so clean.

Very nice service. Good variety of tasty food. The spa was really good! The beds was pretty hard, so not so good for people with back problems. And the outside kids slide was not so safe. But other than that it was.

Staff very rude, food not all that same thing everyday over 1k to stay there for the week. Limited drinks per person. Call it a pool bar and you can't even get a drink when your wet. Although very clean and reception staff are nice. Seem to be very rude to the English. Entertainment different acts but same kind of act every night with the same playlist. Says it's a 4 star on the internet but when you get there you find out that it's a 3 star. Felt very unwelcome all week. Won't be visiting again in my life time.

Nice enough place. Spa is good. However when we arrived we were not told there was a bug going around the hotel. Myself and others I travelled with were very sick. This took out two days of our holiday. We weren't the only ones either. If we were told we would have taken better precautions.

Can’t fault this hotel at all, our room is huge and we have a pool view balcony which is high enough to overlook the sea. All inclusive food for breakfast and evening was average and had plenty to choose from however most nights it was quite a similar option. The lunch time snacks were the best options we have ever had all inclusive, pool snack bar includes burgers, sausages, chips, spring rolls etc. Being cooked up in front of you. There is also a sit down option for lunch at the main outside bar where there is plenty to choose from off the menu such as pizza, half a chicken, steak on a stone, kebabs, toasties and more which are brought out to you by a waiter! Wide option of all inclusive drinks and two options for evening entertainment at night. One outside with a live singer or instrumental music and inside there are different shows at night. We didn’t watch them all as we went out most nights but from what we had seen some nights were better than others (standard for anywhere really). I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. Staff very friendly.

Hotel is good spa excellent. Food is edible but bland and resturant layout shambolic. It's a shame as otherwise a great place to stay.

Stayed at this Hotel in 2016, Wow factor in the Spa excellent facilities included. Staff were friendly and welcoming, excellent service and food choice, great selection of hot and cold drinks. Spacious rooms high standard cleanliness and comfort. Looking forward to return visit later in this year.

Hotel OK. Food OK. Cleanliness OK friendliness OK. Indoor pool for children opening hours of two hours too little.
Suite? (gives better those who wear the name suite and are also suites) Very much in need of renovation and for two adults and two children far too small. In addition, only a self-built wooden frame was put in, with a much too narrow mattress.

Lovely weather all year round. Excellent staff and food to cater for all nationalities. Seems good for families of all ages.

We were in the last week of March 2018 in this hotel. I can only recommend this hotel. Very good and friendly service, nice rooms, very good maintained swimming area. Special thanks to Omaira who has served us very well.

Clean tidy and comfortable rooms, variety of meals each night in the main dining area plus food at the pool bar. Pool area is clean and well maintained with a lifeguard upto 6 o clock. Entertainment in the main bar and alternative entertainment at the pool. Friendly staff who are very helpful even though my accent was a slight problem. Would recommend this hotel to any family thinking of travelling here.

I have visited dozens of hotels in mivida this is the best of all hotelrs of 5 estrllas would like to resemble this.

We were in Feb/18 a week to visit the grandparents who were here for almost 13 weeks. (2 adults + 1 Child 3 y)
For a 3 star hotel you can absolutely not mekkern. The rooms were absolutely top, size, furnishings and comfort everything fit. All rooms have a balcony with armchairs and table and views to the pool/sea.
The staff can be German and English and is generally very nice.
The facility itself offers a lot.
Minigolf whirlpools rooftop Animation 3x a day in about playground fitness room indoor pool/spa table tennis all free to use.
Around the hotel super shopping facilities and also seehr inexpensive as almost anywhere except in the tourist strongholds.
What has disturbed us as a family is that the children in the cool season only in the morning in the indoor pool/spa and in the afternoon no more, well is just like that.
But is really cool, there is a small dead sea, part is like rocks with waterfall and a depth of 0, 90, perfect for children. Sauna is also available and a quaint steam bath. Worth a visit;-)
In the evening there are shows from the animation team or from professional artists (Papageishow, etc. ) as well as a children's disco with dances the food was mediocre but still OK.
As all inclusive customers we could not say much at prices and actually got everything.
The steak on the stone by the pool restaurant is Seehr to recommend — see yourself on the picture.

This place seams to favour the Germans over the English waited a long time at the pool bar for food and it seams my wife daughter and I are invisable.

Been staying here for 10 days now (home on Friday), our stay here has been fantastic. The hotel is excellent and the staff exceptional. The rooms are huge and spotlessly cleaned every day. The food choice is extensive and varied, the cheese board in the restaurant is phenomenal, I have never come across this on an all inclusive basis before. If you don't fancy buffet lunch in the restaurant, you can dine at the outside bar with table service from a menu that includes, steak, half chicken, squid salad and spaghetti bolognese to mention but a few, again, all available on all inclusive. The bars have a variety of branded drinks and you can drink till midnight. The staff all work hard, sometimes under stressful circumstances, but I never saw one that wasn't smiling. Well done to the management for making all this work on a daily basis. I will definitely return and recommend this hotel to family and friends.

In winter a little older crowd, as a hub for cycling but still good, eat with not huge selection surprisingly good (not too dry)

Some also speak German well. Many waiters walk around and vacate empty drinks immediately. But you can also entertain yourself with them.

Wonderful! First the facility is super always lying free, pool, Wirpool, snack bar available and Abentliche music schow at a baar. The Esen at Büffeet always tend offer diversity and delicious made from still a gutter selection.

Staff very friendly even though this isn't a predominantly UK tourist hotel. The amenities are the best we've encountered on an all inclusive. Also, the all inclusive included a lot more than usual! Rooms are big and clean. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel is three star although it deserves one more, because both the facilities and the service have a superior quality.
We were all inclusive and at all times we had our needs covered in refreshments as well as in meals throughout the day.
We travelled with mascot and we were not put any glue. It is more we chose a specific schedule to clean the apartment and it was the waitress always very punctual.
They have a good organization in the hotel.

Amazing Hotel located near the Playa del Ingles. The rooms are very spacious and well-equipped, the facilities are very good. We're on our last night of a 9 day stay at the hotel AI. Generally it's a good hotel and I'm surprised by some of the real negative reviews I've seen.
The food can be limited in choice but we never struggled to find one or two things to eat and the quality/taste was good.
Food at the pool bar during the day was nice, chips, burgers, hotdogs with onions and a really good spring roll made fresh meaning you don't necessarily have to go into the restaurant for lunch.
The staff are very hard working and the majority are friendly and helpful. I'd agree there is the odd one who could work on being less sharp but I'm not going to slam the hotel for that.
Prime spot sunbeds go reasonably early. But if you wander down before 9am you'll get a sunbed fine. If you leave towels on and don't use them the lifeguard marks them and removes them at 12pm.
The pool area is good, one main pool, one small kids pool next to the pool bar and a toddler baby pool about 10cm deep in the palm trees next to the kids park. There's crazy golf, table tennis outside and pool tables in the games room.
The on site spa area was surprisingly good, kids are allowed in with adults 9am — 12pm. The main pool at the spa area is just being worked on as of today, don't know how long that'll be out for but there is another smaller pool /jacuzzi there and the dead sea pool.

Gym… jacuzzi… spa etc… honestly… I'm relaxing… so Q… take advantage… relax… and if it is the eighty. The nineties… or the 2017…

Great food. Good facilities. Room fans set to low speed and they charge 20 euro for fan rental.

Hotel clean, nice staff, buffet quality, spacious room but without air conditioning, even if the size of the establishment gives an impression of HLM pleasant stay.
On the other hand the surroundings of the hotel are old and in bad condition, it seems not to be safe with the presence of barbed wire on the high fences of the neighbouring establishments.

First day and good first impressions. Food, drink, facilities and clenliness are all top notch. As others have said only little issue is no air con, but can live with that!

Lovely hotel, very clean spacious rooms, no aircon but ceiling fans that did the job. Staff lovely and friendly and very helpful. We did All-inclusive — enough choices for all meals. Plenty of sunloungers but people still put towels out to reserve early. Regular shuttle bus to beach and 10 minute walk to shopping centre… 2 minute walk to supermarket.

Arrive at the hotel at 1 pm received the room at 5.30 pm. Room not clean and eat it always the same… The pool bars must be dry to be served… Bizar no? And the staff very helpful and friendly but overwhelmed with work.

This is a good hotel with some great facilities, such as the spa and the roof top sunbathing terrace. I personally don't see this as a three star hotel. With a few small improvements it could definitely be a 4 star.

This place is very good and welcome, simple, good and varied kitchen the very clean setting… Come and spend a good holiday…

The hotel is 'ok'. The people who work there are kind. The bed was good. The maids who had to clean the room's didn't clean that good in our hotelroom, I always cleaned it after they were gone. Food was terrible. Cold food or very unhealty with many fat. The food had a really unhealthy taste, I can't describe it but I had all inclusive but everyday we were going to an restaurant outside the hotel. Next time I never go for all inclusive it's to risky for that. The music in the night at the hotel was nothing for us. We don't like dutch music. We like hiphop, dancehall, reggaeton. But you can go to Kasbah to Chinawhite! We enjoyed there. It's not far from the hotel we took a taxi. Welness place at the hotel was fine. You can relax at the spa welness place. The swimming pool is not relaxing but everywhere kids who want's to swim and play in the water which normal. We went from the hotel with the bus 1 day to Laspalmas. One advice, go for 1 day to laspalmas to go shopping! It's amazing. Everyday we went out to do things. Hotel for us was more sleeping and go away. Next time no all inclusive. Have fun if you go there.

Eugenia Victoria gets 2 stars due to its spa facilities and the wonderful massagist Graciella. Other than that we can not recomend this place. All the pools were freezing cold, inclusive of the jaccuzi and the baby pool. The food was horrible. We had new years eve dinner there last night and it was one of the most horrible dinners I have had in my whole life. We had a small child with us and they were aware of this, and they serve him (not even 2 years old) The same food as us adults, inclusive of moldy cheese. The staff in generall is ok but a bit rude if you dont tip them. The beds are uncomfortable with 20 year old nasty covers and pillows, the cleaning was poor executed. So over all I would not recomend to stay here.

One of the best hotels in playa del ingles, a bit dated at the level of the main building but of quality: good bedding, Orange pressed to breakfast, barbecue lunch, great pool, new gym, internet room and above all a dream SPA all in free access. All rooms overlook the gardens and pools, the room is well designed in the form of f2 with large terrace.

We had a week in the hotel from 23 02 2013.
The hotel is excellent, and redeveloped on the State of the art, would be in the 4 star. Wi-Fi ispecifies's in the whole hotel. Television with 100 channels and virtually all German-speaking channels is quite sharp.
Because for us, the weather was very cold and windy, we appreciated the spacious Spa area with large heated swimming pools, sauna, solarium, etc.
And everything including usable. The suites separate bedrooms are some getting and dark. The food might taste better. A tip: Book rooms with odd numbers!
Then, also the live don't mind music.
Everything in the all highly recommended.

Hotel is super until the real hard on the bed nights, really good food, super wellness facility that where bothered only us was the loud music in the evening, the musicians played every night the same nothing can was compensated with LAU Sterke, a nice evening on the balcony with a book was not possible too.

-nice 3 star (little bit outdated, but improvements ongoing) — no fresh towels every day (only every other day) /would be nice if reception staff says this during check-in-good value for money when you go all-inclusive. Bars close at midnight (good to avoid too many drunk people) — nice wellness center with different facilities (free of charge) — new free internet corner/free wireless internet in lobby-good animation program (pool, kids, evening music,. ) -5-10 minute walk from yumbo shopping center Overall, a good all inclusive 3 star hotel in playa del ingles. Good for families and holiday with friends. We were a little disappointed with playa del ingles (facilities getting old compared to holiday destinations in Turkey and Spain). If you like a holiday with plenty of Dutch people, this is your place;-).
