Riad Boustane & SPA

Our room far exceeded our expectations. Loads of space, very clean, and beautifully furnished in traditional Moroccan riad style, with a gorgeous antique wardrobe. Super comfortable beds. An enchanting rooftop area with fabulous views out over the old city, and down onto the internal courtyard with its marble tiles and fountain. Everything about this hotel says class. Breakfast was traditional Moroccan, varying each day, but always including a very welcome glass of freshly pressed orange juice. Location was excellent, just five minutes walk from a main road through the medina, and eight minutes walk to the bus station. A huge choice of eateries within 10 minutes walk. The staff at Riad Boustane were very helpful, and the manager, Hamid, had very useful local recommendations. The neighbourhood felt very safe, day and night. I have to add that this is true of all parts of Marrakesh: we felt absolutely personally secure at all times. Next time I'm back in Marrakesh, I will definitely stay at Riad Boustane. I can wholeheartedly recommend this place without any hesitation.

Beautiful riad in a safe, residential neighbourhood with friendly staff. They were very accommodating to our needs, preparing a packed breakfast for us when we had an early start. The roof terrace is gorgeous too.

Such a great choice. I was worried that it may feel a bit far from the centre, but that wasn't an issue. The quieter location, and beautiful interior and rooftop were perfect. I had a really spacious and comfortable room — just what I wanted after four days in the mountains. And the staff were really helpful.
It's a nice stroll into the souqs. And the public Hammam just around the corner was a recommended experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful riad. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The whole place felt authentic and full of character, a real Moroccan experience.
Breakfast each morning was delicious and nicely presented, with plenty of variety to start the day. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with anything we needed.
The location was perfect – close enough to walk to most of the main sights, yet peaceful enough to relax away from the busy streets.
Overall, a wonderful stay and we’d definitely recommend this riad to anyone visiting Morocco!

This was by far the worst accommodation experience I have ever had. The room was filthy: dirty bed linen, a terrible smell that never went away, mold on the walls, and cracked tiles in the bathroom. There were no towels, no basic amenities, and everything looked run-down and neglected.
The staff were unfriendly and inconsiderate, talking loudly early in the morning as if guests’ rest did not matter. Service was completely absent.
Breakfast was a disgrace: one egg, one bun, one pancake per person — and no coffee at all.
The so-called pool was unusable, smelling strongly of chlorine and with dirty water. The rooftop area was also neglected, with broken chairs, no cushions, no shower, and no water access. It was impossible to relax there.
This place looks nothing like the photos or the fake positive reviews online. In reality, it is dirty, noisy, unhygienic, and absolutely not worth staying in. Avoid at all costs.

I love the ambiance of the Ryad, it's like going back in time. The breakfast is also really good, different options everyday with decent amount of serving. The room and the toilet were also clean. The male receptionist that welcomed us was very helpful (sorry, I forgot your name). Overall, if ever I'm going back to Marrakech, I would definitely go back.

I went to Marrakesh and couldn’t had the best trip and best place to stay, the host of the Riad is very welcoming and if you need any help he is the first one to do so. The Riad is beautiful, you can enjoy in peace the pool and the warming breakfast, so good, the fruit salad and the sweet orange juice feel out of this world. It’s a good choice for a really authentic trip around medina and the culture. I really recommend this Riad to everyone.

The worst room I have ever stayed in. Never take room with view to the swimming pool. Dirty, smelling of cat urine carpet. Tv with cut off antenna and impossible to connect to electricity. Damaged electric sockets, bathroom def need cleaning and renovation. To be honest I don’t know how anyone could propose such room to be rent off. However must say that two guys who working there were doing as much as possible to support. Dirty kitchen. Rooms def overpriced.

Very very bad experience we were 2 girls traveling and we where very afraid for our safety in this riad! Stay away the people working there are just men dont speak english nor french just arabic and they where treating us very bad trying to get in our room in the night! They gave us a dirty room to start with smelling of fart and with no bedsheets and dirty blankets! Really horrible experience! We left after one night and they charged us for the full amount even if they didnt gave us the room we booked or a clean one! Shame on this type of place makes me never want to go back to Marroco again! Photos on booking are fake.

We had a great stay at Riad Boustane; the bed was very comfy and quiet, and we probably had the best sleep of our trip here. The courtyard and rooftop terrace are beautiful, and make for a great retreat from the busy streets. Special thanks to Najib for his hospitality, it was great talking to him about life in Morocco and he even took us to the airport shuttle at the end of our trip. Great hospitality and a very comfortable experience. Location is also very good, there are plenty of great food places nearby and the streets are more quiet than other places we stayed in marrakesh.

What an amazing place. People there was so nice and kind. For French there is not a problem with communication. For English speaker there is a few very kind person which will help you. Our room was clear and comfortable with two big wardrobes. For breakfast we have always fresh juice and warm dish. Wifi is pretty good, depends of place where you are. Pool was open, but in December is too cold. Way to the Riad is a little complicated, if you are not common with Medinas, you can ask for help to get there. The best way to use is going to the Bab Ben Brahim, took the left way on fork, and on the and of that way turn left, and again left. You should seen the Riad sign.

Excellent service, the receptionist walked with me to buy a sim card. The room however is a bit dusty but still very good for the price. Location is a bit further away from the square and souks but it's very very doable to walk.

A beautiful, traditional riad, close to one of the smaller gates on the inside of the Medina. We were very well looked after by the kind and attentive Ousama and the rest of the team. The breakfasts were fresh and varied.

The Riad is located in the Medina area and is close to almost all attractions in Marrakesh. It was difficult to locate it on our first day but once we reached the Riad — our stay was splendid.
The host is extremely kind and helpful, he showed us the way out multiple times to avoid any hassle. The rooms were comfortable and the Riad is beautiful. The breakfast spread was good too. Overall we really really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to anyone who is visiting Marrakesh.
You can also booked yourself a hammam/massage at the Riad itself, which was a huge plus.

Everything and everyone was amazing. The riad is quite big, with it’s patio and pool to take a quick bath. Breakfast was delicious and they were always open to help and give advice. Ousama was amazing with us and helped with everything he could which made everything easier as it’s a different culture. We wouldn’t come back too late as the streets close to the riad are a bit “scary” but we never had any issues at all. Would definitely repeat!

Tennessee from London.
The Riad was breath taking upon entry.
Wonderful location within the walls of the old Madina.
Walking distance to the main square and souks.
Oussama our host and his staff were amazing and put themselves out to our every need. It was a home from home experience.
The rooms were clean upon arrival and further cleaned daily.
The Riad Hammam is a must experience, and a great way to spoil yourself. Top marks for Riad Boustane.

One of the best experiences in a hotel that we’ve ever had! I don’t think we’ve ever felt at home in a trip abroad, but in Riad Boustane it’s difficult not to. From the moment we arrived we felt so welcomed. We were received with cookies and mint tea and then Oussama made sure we had all the information we needed to explore the city. He gave us a map and shared tips and the do’s and don’ts of the city, recommended the best restaurants and attractions we couldn’t miss, and the best of everything is that you really feel that he cares about your stay and wants you to have the best time! We also had an upgrade in our room and everything was always clean and tidy. The breakfast is amazing and has everything you need and more and is served by Titif, who always greets you with the best smile. The Riad itself is perfect, beautifully decorated, with an amazing terrace and a nice pool. The location is a little far from the main square but for us it wasn’t a problem, and it’s near one of the city gates so it’ easy to get a taxi when you need it. In the end of our trip our flight was canceled when we were at the airport and we don’t know what we would’ve done without Oussama, who picked up the phone late at night and said we were welcomed back to the Riad and arranged two more nights for us. Coming back and having Titif opening the door for us was like coming back home after a stressful moment. Thank you so much to all the staff who made our stay in Marrakech that much special!
