He is super kind, elegant, and will make you feel at home both in the Riad and at the Spa.
Everything is super clean, smells nice and will make you having the best time in Marrakech.

Riad Bindoo lived up to every one of our expectations. Beautifully decorated, perfectly situated and beyond the beauty of this extraordinary home is a team of staff and owners who smile and exude warmth from morning to night.
Our room, (mostly pictured) was the Taradount Suite on the ground floor — an absolute delight. The decor and design is an eclectic mix of Moroccan, European and Asian treasures and this is repeated throughout the Riad. Most important the bed was super comfortable!
The Riad was also perfectly situated in the Medina and old town, but outside the main chaos of the Souks. Close enough to be super-convenient and far enough to relax on the rooftop at Sunset and relax. Just a 5-10 minute walk and you are in the hustle and bustle of Marrakech centre.
Breakfast was a perfect start to the day. Vanilla yoghurt, eggs, pancakes, fruit, fresh orange juice and delicious bread and pastries all served by the amazing staff.
A wonderful atmosphere as dusk falls and the Riad comes alive with exquisite mood lighting and relaxing music. Incredible playlist each day and I highly recommend you go to the rooftop for a Sunset.

I cannot explain how relaxed and welcomed we felt at riad bindoo! The staff is kind, professional and friendly, sharing Marrakech tips and stories with us over a mint tea. The rooms are stunning, and the rooftop/pool are a perfect way to escape the chaos of the Medina. The breakfast on the rooftop was the perfect start of the day, and all that food kept us full till almost dinner time 😅 The room was clean and silent. Every detail is taken care of, from the lights in the pool at night to the sounds of birds. The free hammam included a little extra touch, perfect at the end of the day after a whole day of walking. Can't wait to go back!

We had the most wonderful stay at this riad! It was so clean, beautifully decorated, and had such a warm, welcoming atmosphere that truly felt like home. The location was perfect, close to everything, yet peaceful. The service was exceptional, and everyone made us feel so comfortable and cared for. Our family spent a week at this riad and it was the best decision we could have made. The rooms were spacious and well equipped with air conditioning which was a real plus in the summer. The staff arranged airport transfer for us and everything went smoothly. The breakfast on the terrace with a view over Marrakech was unforgettable.

From the very first moment we arrived, we felt completely at home! The welcome was warm and professional, and the entire staff was incredibly kind and attentive.
The cleanliness, the beautiful decor, and the peaceful atmosphere made our stay truly exceptional.

We stayed for the 2nd time in Riad Bindoo. We had a lovely room on the ground floor with a private terrace. It is like staying in a small work of art, the room is full of colour, surprisingly decorated. The location is absolutely ideal, on the edge of the medina near nice shops and eateries but quiet enough to recover from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff is very friendly and everything is maintained with care. We would love to come back again.

Riad Bindoo is hands down the most gorgeous riad I’ve ever stayed in! From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the beauty of the space — every corner is thoughtfully designed and full of charm. The service was exceptional; the staff were welcoming, attentive, and made me feel completely at home.
Located right in the heart of the city, it’s the perfect base to explore Marrakech. I honestly didn’t want to leave — everything about this place was pure magic. I can’t wait to come back!

Lovely local Riad, very central and close to the markets! The owners are lovely and very helpful — they gave us a map the first day showing everywhere to go and recommendations on the area. The pool and spa are lovely! Breakfast was great too perfect for the hot climate great portion sizes and the orange juice was lovely! Definitely recommend.

Yassin welcomed us with mint tea and talked us through the map of all the local landmarks.
Our room was lovely, sumptuous and clean.
Service from Ayman and Mohamed was 1st class and breakfast was delicious. They really went the extra mile and this intimate Riad really cares for their guests. Nothing was too much trouble. They even laid out breakfast early for us when we were leaving.

I stayed at the Riad in 2019 and was eager to return, but my recent visit was surprisingly disappointing. The guest service has declined significantly, and the lack of effective management is evident in every aspect of the experience.
Our room had visibly worn-out appliances, and the communal areas were neither clean nor well-maintained, with aged and broken furniture that detracts from the ambiance. To add to the discomfort, there was an unpleasant odor throughout the property, along with noticeable pet hair, which certainly didn’t contribute to a welcoming environment.
Breakfast was basic and repetitive, offering minimal choice for guests looking to start their day with something memorable. We tried the spa, which was decent, but there was a noticeable lack of guidance, leaving us uncertain about the facilities and services. Additionally, the staff seemed unengaged and distant, and we never saw a manager overseeing the spa or the Riad, adding to the sense of neglect.
Overall, the charm I remembered last time has been overshadowed by a decline in service quality and attentiveness, making it hard to recommend this property based on our recent experience.

I went to the spa with two family members. I booked just a hammam, but my relatives got a package with hammam and spa, each supposed to be approximately 1 hr long. We went into the hammam room all together (I thought we'd be in separate rooms and it wasn't explained beforehand that we would all be in the same room). The hammam service itself was pretty good, but I do not think they fully cleaned the room after the prior customers. I saw some pieces of dead skin on the areas we were supposed to sit on, which is pretty gross. Also, we had to share one attendant (and at times a second attendant) during the hammam. This is not necessarily a problem. However, given that the price for a hammam bath at this spa is higher than most other hammams in Marrakech, I feel like I did not get my money's worth since I spent probably more than half of the hour I paid for just sitting while the attendant worked on my family members who were also paying for an hour worth of services.

I found the Medina a bit overwhelming, and I consider myself very adventurous! But the reward I got every evening was coming back to my amazing room in this Riad! I loved it so much, it was hard to leave and I found myself wanting to just luxuriate in my room for way too many hours!
In order to make my dates work I had to reserve 2 separate rooms. One was the Aswan Suite and the other the Kandahar Suite. Both were just amazing — I think I loved the Aswan just a smidge more. It’s on the second floor and kind of in a corner with big windows that look onto another wall with a tiny “balcony” type arrangement with plants. It was so perfect! I’ll attach pix of both suites.
The AC worked great, beds firm and comfy, bathrooms were spotless.
I noticed the fragrances they used were so special and I spoke to the manager about them. He explained that when they were designing the Riad, they wanted to “engage all of the senses” and they really did a great job in doing so.
Probably the best thing was the staff… every one of them were so accommodating and helpful! My return flight had to change a couple days before I was supposed to leave due to Hurricane Helene and they went above and beyond in helping me out with things!
I can’t recommend this Riad highly enough! Do yourself a favor and book it right away!

We had high expectations from the photos and information on the website, and our experience exceeded those expectations. Very nice room, comfortable bedding, great location for walking to the souks and other sites. Staff was very welcoming and assisted us with excursion and airport transportation.

If you want a riad that is a 10m walk from the square, is beautifully decorated and set amongst the real people, this is for you.
We loved the calm atmosphere and we loved our room. Breakfast was Morrocan and all the better for it. They even produced Breakfast at 06.00 for us one morning.
Lovely people. They want you to be happy and enjoy. We were and we did. It was an oasis of calm.

People were soo nice and the place is just magical! Everything was perfect the tent on the roof, the pool, the view from the top and especially the spa! The breakfast at the top was delicious and the dinner just marvelous, I look forward to go back!
