Honestly, we had such a lovely vacation at Riad Bijoux. The staff were incredibly helpful from start to finish — from the girls at reception, to Hamza, who was so genuine in the way he looked after us, always with outstanding service and a kind smile. Even the young man Rashid who picked us up from the taxi was so welcoming!
The housekeeping staff were amazing, and the kitchen… oh my God, absolutely fantastic. Every part of our stay felt warm and thoughtful.
What we appreciated even more was that our flight was very late at night, and they kindly allowed us to stay, use the terrace, and even take a shower in an unused room before we left, which made such a difference for us.
I would definitely recommend it!

I had an amazing experience at Riad Bijoux in Marrakech! The riad itself is beautiful, cozy, and perfectly located, but what truly made our stay unforgettable was the incredible hospitality of Giovanni, the owner. He went above and beyond to make us feel at home, always available for anything we needed, and full of great advice on how to enjoy the city like a local.
As a celiac, I was especially impressed by how attentive and accommodating they were with gluten-free options. Giovanni and his team made sure I always had safe and delicious meals, which made me feel truly cared for—a rare and wonderful experience when traveling!
I can’t recommend Riad Bijoux enough. If you’re visiting Marrakech, this is the place to stay!

Had a wonderful stay in Riad Bijoux for Eid. What stood out was the service, staff and the facilities. The people at the riad were warm, friendly and always ready to help.
Special shout out to Hamza and Darina who really went the extra mile to make us feel at ease.
The property itself is beautiful — lovely ambiance, the location is awesome as its away from the touristy areas of the medina and close to the one of the main gates of the old city (Bab Aylan).
The rooms are done up well, feel authentic and spacious enough. Rooftop is very chilled out, theres a small pool for dipping, and the breakfast provided was fresh and plentiful. These guys go above and beyond with the portion sizes.
The owner has a good taste in music — the mornings usually feature a mellow flow of lo fi oud azz that seems curated. Lovely.
All in all, lovely stay for 4 nights — enjoyed every bit of it.
