1/5 stars because the room was nice, however, the front counter staff and owner are rude. We set up the DO NOT DISTURB sign during our 3 days stay and they ignored the sign and they came inside the room, supposedly, to empty the trash cans because of hygiene. All over the world do not disturb kindly means: Do not enter.
The worst part of our stay was the breakfast: They keep the tables set up and lay the plates, cutlery, cups, etc. And meanwhile the cats lick all everything on the tables. Even worst, the cats look sick and they are not afraid of humans. While I was taking breakfasts the cat started licking the food, coffee, etc. When I reported it to the office, the owner told me that there is nothing they can do because Marrakech is full of cats and they jump between buildings. Being aware of this fact, they could install vinyl panels around the breakfast area keeping the cats away and creating a safe environment for the guests, since they are so concern about hygiene (to enter rooms with do not disturb signs).
Definitively, I will never go back to this Riad nor recommend it to anyone.
