Riad Aïcha Kitchen

The rooms were clean, and reasonably spacious considering it's in the medina. The bathroom was very spacious, and it had 24 hours of hot water. There is no lift in the building, so any one has an issue climbing the stairs should avoid this property. They have an air conditioning which can cool or heat up the room. They also had an extra heater to beat the cold! Towels were changed daily, and they do provide soap and shampoo too. Aah the toilet has a bidet too ;)
The property is well located in a safe area, and you just walk for half a minute, you are in the medina! You will not hear any noise of the medina. However, you may hear noise from the adjacent rooms. While we were there, all the guests were quiet, so we had absolutely no issues sleeping.
The bed was comfortable, the quality of the towels and bedsheets could be improved a bit. The breakfast served was pf good quality. The service was amazing, and special mention of Saeed, and Mohammed, who took efforts to guide me on various topics, and they were very courteous.
If I visit again, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here and recommend to others as well.

If you’re on the rooftop around 20:30 you can hear a nice live music from the jazz bar nearby.

Large, modern, well appointed, quiet rooms. Very close to the main attractions I'm Marrakech. By far the best place we have stayed in Morocco.

Lovely riad. Open space with seating on the ground level and up on the terrace. The room I stayed in had glass walls on one side and two windows in the bathroom. It was clean and comfortable. The terrace was beautiful and cozy. Didn't get a chance to eat dinner there, but the breakfast was good. The only disappointment was the person who worked there. It is as if he wasn't confident in his English and just gave me short answers, but it wasn't a deal breaker. The location is great, 3 min walk from the square, and taxis can easily drop you off close by.

Aicha Kitchen Riad allows you to sleep in a clean and white room, 1 minute away from the biggest square of Africa (Jaama el Fna). The square is the center of the city and from there you can walk to anywhere. The riad is on a safe street, the people who work there are kind and a available at anytime of the day and night. Also, big plus is the amazing breakfast, that is very tasty and gives you the right energies for a day! It is an amazing Riad!
