AZ RIAD

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Riad L’Aziza. Special thanks to Zahra for making me and my cousins comfortable during our stay. Location was good and very close to the Souks. We felt safe walking around the area and locals are very helpful. I would definitely recommend this Riad and we would stay here again when we go back to Marrakesh! :)

We stayed in the Royal Suite at Riad L'Aziza and it was absolutely perfect. The room was stunning, the facilities were spotless, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive. The location is ideal, peaceful but close to everything. I couldn’t recommend it more and would 100% come back again!

For our stay in Marrakech, we booked five rooms at this property, all Suites of different sizes. The Aziza Suite, in particular, is simply spectacular: it feels like being inside a museum and evokes the elegance of a madrasa. We were warmly welcomed by the staff, who were kind, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast, served right outside the room, was excellent every morning. One detail we especially appreciated: the wonderfully scented shower gel!
If I may offer a small suggestion to further enhance the experience: adding a kit with slippers, a bathrobe, and body lotion would make the stay even more comfortable and aligned with the elegance of the property.

The real win for this Riad is the location. It is an easy walk to most of the go to places in Marrakesh. However, the service and facilities lest something to be desired. The Wi-Fi was non existent, the toilet was faulty making the whole bathroom smell like sewage and the communication from the staff left a lot to be desired. We felt as if we were more of an inconvenience than paying customers. At one stage, we were left waiting 45 minutes for breakfast, after having moved us table to table — they served people that came out later first. Additionally, if you are planning on having a good nights sleep, probably avoid this riad. Whilst the dawn chorus is glorious, it is right outside the window and if anyone is checking out/up early, you can hear everything and it will wake you up. If you are an early riser you might be fine but having less than 7 hours per night on your holiday was not our plan. Having said all this, the cleaning ladies were absolutely lovely and did a wonderful job on the room when we were out for the day.

Where do I begin? We all had an EXCELLENT stay here! We arrived pretty late and had organized transportation to the Riad. Well, the van did not take us all the way there. It was close to 2am and its four girls walking looking for the Riad—we were scared. Hamza went to look for us :) The place is in the middle of the Medina. Everything is walking distance. Incredible views, peaceful, our room was beautiful and very spacious. We felt safe inside the Riad. There were cameras in the outside and we had to ring the doorbell for them to let us in. We always had hot water—very hot water for all 4 of us to shower. The staff were very attentive and nice. They spoke English as well as Spanish. They would tidy up the room everyday. Breakfast was ready for us in the morning. Moroccan tea was given to us throughout the day! Ohh, there was fruit trees so we had fresh squeezed OJ. Hamza was very helpful! He gave us recommendations, answered all of our questions, gave us tips! We will miss him. If you’re in Marrakesh I definitely recommend staying here. We hope to visit again in the future.

The riad was beautiful and the people working there were even nicer. Hamza and Nawell were particularly attentive and made our stay even better. The riad is a 10 minute walk away from the main square so the location is perfect. It is perfectly secluded from the hustle and bustle of the medina so even though the medina is busy, you don't hear any noise once you're in the riad. The breakfast every morning is also excellent and set us up perfectly for the rest of the day.

The Riad L'Aziza offers an exceptional stay. The service is outstanding, with staff showing genuine care. The hotel's authentic and beautiful architecture creates a warm, inviting atmosphere. It's advisable to book early due to high demand. The rooms are also impressive, making each stay memorable.
