High quality RIAD (Guesthouse) in the Medina in Marrakech. Expected to please, not a Hotel with 100 rooms. It has, in fact, only about 7 rooms. This is all very familiar and cosy. The decor and ambience is very good. You only need a Taxi if you want in the Neustadt. Otherwise, everything is well within walking distance. The roof terrace is very cozy and invites you to have a Siesta with a good book in the sun or in the shade. When the taxi driver dropped out and we in the 1. Page road with our suitcases turned, we thought the taxi driver had understood us incorrectly. 2 side streets down we were really in front of a door of the Riad Viva. The way to the Hotel was really getting used to and all of the newly arriving guests, THE topic of conversation. You are laughing but went this way about it. Our room on the ground floor was big enough and clean. There were 2 little things that bothered us (a broken pillows and a wire came in from the side of the mattress). However, the bed was extremely comfortable. The rooms and the Hotel are decorated in the authentic style
All the staff were very friendly friendly and always to fulfil our desires. We got Moroccan Whiskey whenever we wanted, the team advised us on excursions, Hammam, Massage, etc. We had as guests never feel as we would or as if you would do the work gladly. (We know, unfortunately, different. )
We have eaten once a week in the Hotel. Here, too, we were well served. As a choice of lamb or chicken was offered. The tagine was cooked in the small kitchen of the hotel and sufficient. Unfortunately, the spices were not to our taste. High but it was very good. We have made a trip to Essaouira. The price was € 100, — — (in the Internet for € 60, — to book). We were very happy with this trip. Unlike other tourists, we had no place in a minibus, but were driven by a driver in a SUV picked up and convenient. He was very friendly and we were able to arrange for a time that the us was sympathetic. Furthermore, we have booked in the Hotel the following services: Hammam — Oil Massage — foot massage — pedicure
For these 2 ladies were ordered to the Hotel, which spoiled us in the designated rooms in the Hotel. Everything was done very professionally and well. In the case of both services, it is worth mentioning that we have only ordered the evening before these services. The assistant in the Hotel organised everything was great and the staff were punctually on the spot.
