The setting, the service, a pity no fridge in the room. Very pretty and comfortable room. Impeccable service.

Absolutely gorgeous. I would travel all the way back to Marrakech just to stay here again.

Very good accommodation. Exceptional service. We arrived at 02:30 in the morning and they gave us dinner. How unique it sticks, little variety in food.

The Riad Viva makes you feel like royalty! The Riad was very clean and made you feel safe. A small walk to the medina and bustling square yet far enough to be away from the hustle and bustle so you can relax at the end of the day. Breakfast was included and comprised of fruits and pastries as well as coffee and fresh squeezed orange juice. We chose to have dinner at the Riad for two nights and highly recommend (such a great value for high quality tagine meal and you can try Shisha! ). We also did the couples hammam and massage our last day which was the perfect way to rejuvenate our bodies. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to meet our needs, including setting up a driver to and from the airport as well as when we decided to go out at night. Highly recommend taking advantage of free airport pick up since finding the Riad can be a little tricky the first time (down a narrow walkway but in a safe residential area by one of the hospitals). Thank you for an amazing stay! We will definitely be returning to the Riad Viva when we come back to Marrakech!

Called ahead to see if I could check in late after a delayed flight, was told it would be fine. Very nervous walking down the back alleys at 2am, but when I got to the spot there was no sign, no door open, no way to check in. Had to find another place to stay. A shame.

Beautiful Riad, exquisite welcome.

One of the most beautiful riad in Marrakech. Everything worked out great, transfer from the airport to the Riad and back. That you have to walk the last meters through the narrow alleys was somewhat oppressive at the beginning. Clean and well maintained riad. The service was good and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The food was very good. Had bought the ingredients on the market because we had the cooking class booked. Would love to come back.

Comfortable and beautiful rooms. Staff was outstanding. Dinner was tasty but not worth the money unless you want to stay in. It was a bit of a walk to get anywhere. I would go back.

Beautiful hotel under German management in the middle of the medina.

Stunning place. And so friendly a must if you fancy a very special and amazing Riad.

Excellent service within wonderful surroundings. The Riad is located in the old town and is slightly off the beaten track tucked away in the shadow of the Mamounia Hotel. The rooms are well kept and the decor in keeping with the expectations of decorative stucco and ornate rugs. The staff are helpful, attentive and friendly. The location allows for walkable access to the old town (souks, kasbah etc) as well as easy access to the new town. Excellent and would highly recommend.

Riad Viva is a little paradise in Marrakech! Extremely friendly and accommodating staff. Beautiful clean rooms and a wonderful rooftop terrace with a small paddling pool. Only a short walk from the bustling Jemaa el-Fna and Koutoubia mosque. Make sure you arrange a transfer from the airport. Very reasonable prices.

Felt like lambs being lead to the slaughter on the way here at night down dark alleys with men on corners. Open the door to here and you will find yourself being proved to never judge a book by it's cover! Wonderful staff and just beautiful. Staff member didn't have a European adapter and he gave me his own for his phone! They do excursions and all the literacy is in English. Better than any spanish, Greek or Turkish place I've ever been. Superb.

Fantastic friendly and helpful staff in a beautiful traditional riad. Would definitely return. Hidden away in thee backstreets with an easy walk into the square and casbah.

Come as a couple for one night, it was just great. Very nice with tea and cakes. Beautiful room in which feels really good after a noisy day in the souks. Very accommodating Manager. Room at the top. Breakfast on the terrace on the roof, and delicious.
More that advised for a couple, it is worth the visit :)

Immediately on arrival we felt very welcome, this feeling did not leave us as our stay continued. Riad Viva was wonderful, the hotel staff very friendly and the service unbeatable good. The room was really cute, nicely decorated and comfortable. The Riad interior combines the best of modern design and traditional Moroccan architecture. Believe the pictures they accurately depict the Riad it was beautiful. Breakfast each morning was the perfect way to start the day and helpful staff can advise you on the places to go to shopping. We asked and they were able to arrange a camel back tour which was a wonderfully memorable experience. The location of the Riad was only 5 mins from the main square and from the Souks. We walked everywhere and shopped till we dropped. Thank you Aziza!
