Awesome staff, comfortable relaxing welcoming environment even for solo travelers.

Truly amazing Riad. The location is a little hidden which is actually very welcome. The room is well decorated and has to be the best nights sleep we have had this trip, deffiently didn't want to get up in the mornings. The main 'court yard' is beautiful and with 3 very special friends wondering around you should watch your step. The service we been receiving here is second to none! The staff are all friendly and willing to help in any way, you'll be given knowledge of the go to places in the area and the sights you must go and see. They are always happy to answer any questions and on the off chance they don't know, they find someone who does. The terrace is peaceful and lovely just to lay and read in the sun with a drink by your side, even if it's just to pass a bit of time till dinner. Once you get a bit used to the surrounding streets it's easy and quick to get to many places for lunch or dinner a couple minutes walk at the most. They have even more to offer! Spa and desert day trips are available just ask they'll even give you a wake up call if you so wish. Will definitely be telling friends and family about this Riad and anyone else who's willing to listen. They don't treat you as guests whilst you are there you are family!

Nice Riad in the middle of the town, just 5 min walking to the big market place. Some rooms loud during the night. The top roof is great with lot off different seats. Great staff providing excellent service.

This riad didn’t look as good on the pictures as in real life. It looked BETTER. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. They arranged the transport from and to the airport and it went smooth and easy. The breakfast was good and a bit different every day… great for the variation. However the coffe was not always hot. The adress is very central in the Medina but still in a street that is not to hectic altough you got souks almost right outside of the front door. Another plus about this riad is that there are are a lot of good restaurants quite close (that serves beer and vine if you are in to that sort of thing). The roof top terrase was amaizing and I will remember it for the rest of my life.

This place is amazing! Ali and the staff are very helpful and friendly and the place looks beautiful. The Riad is in the middle of the median, yet very peaceful and quiet. Definitely recommend it.

I highly recommend this riad. It is very well placed, close to the souks and the big square. It is super charming and well decorated. The rooms are superb and well equipped. Very clean place. The kitchen is very good! We eat well. A beautiful terrace on which you can enjoy the sun the staff is at the top! They're in the small care! They are all very nice and helpful! The massages made by Ilham are very good! I take this opportunity to thank Ibrahim Ali Youssef Saida Ihlam Simon Jamila for their kindness and availability.

A good hotel but can be better comparing to riads in other cities. BKF can be better even in Moroccan standards. Staff can be friendlier. Price can be cheaper comparing to quality. Like with all Marrakech itself: u get better value for money in other parts of Morocco.
