The private and luxe villa in the secret garden is huge. It has private swimming pool, rooftop terrace with view at Atlas mountains.
Great service for private tranfert. All rooms decorated in typical marrocan style.

Very bad resort, very rude staff, very loud music was coming from other rooms and balconies nearly every night so we couldn't sleep, we paid too much money to have a nice quiet holiday but instead I had lots of stress and I am suffering depression now because of this Palmeraie Golf Palace resort… Also there is no such thing called "All inclusive" you pay for the All inclusive " but you get the leftovers… etc… etc… the only good thing about this resort is the El Karmoussa restaurant where the food was Amazing and the service was great.

Hotel located in 1 huge complex, limits a little too much. Pool that would deserve to be bigger. Decent breakfast.

Disappointing!
The very nice beautician but no know-how. Avoid varnishing and epilation.
It's been 4 days now and I have red spots on the sleae parts that don't go away. I will have to consult a dermatologist because it is very strange. Their wax is surely of very poor quality. Rates are even more expensive than in France. This is unacceptable. And as for the varnish I had to do it again tomorrow.
TO AVOID the girls!

A disgrace. After a very long wait for the check-in and an employee absolutely not focused on our arrival, we learn that despite a reservation already paid, we are not accepted as unmarried. The least we could do would have been to warn very clearly at the time of booking. Such a lack of professionalism is just unforgivable for a so-called palace.

Pleasant stay, very good location of hotel 5, excellent food, friendly staff without exception. Especially our dear Amal, the housekeeper, always present.

If there is a hotel that I would recommend in Marrakech, it is this one… Professionalism, comfort, hygiene, safety, … are found there!

Super nice hotel in Marrakech. And for starters I would say that the all inclusive formula exceeds all expectations and has nothing to do with the other hotels, on all the plans: gastronomy (sublime buffet and several other themed restaurants in addition to the snack bar open all day), places, architecture, kids village, alcoholic beverages or not, personalized service. For sleepwalking two gorgeous nightclubs including an open air. I had an unforgettable stay with my family and I intend to return.

The hotel has the amenities of a five star, but the service of a three and a half star. Reservations are required for most restaurants in the conplex even if there are only 2 to 3 people already in the restaurant. Maybe it was due to the number of people but Laundry service took two days average for turn around, this was with less than five articles of clothing. Since all amenities are charged to your room check out is a long and nightmarish experience.

Hotel du golf service is disappointing; asked for golf view several times ahead and still didn't get it and waiting stuff was rude as we were having late breakfast and they kept walking around for us to leave. I had room service and paid but waiter didn't give me back my change even though I call asked for my change they ignored me. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone the service is not 5 stars.

Friendly staff Nice place. Good restaurants. A small personal preferably for Moroccan and Italian. Very nice hotel. And for golfers a high-end golf course. For my part I really like this place.

Smoking allowed everywhere, breakfast is fine, other meals challenging. 'all in' offer available, you'll be treated like a paria when you use it.

Mythical place of the Palm Grove but that starts to take a small shot of old especially in the level of lodging and catering.
On the other hand the flower gardens and the swimming pools are beautiful.

This hotel looks great and was generally pleasant to stay at. We had some issues: reception being slow and disorganised, all the bathtubs had problems draining, the pool is too cold and about half of us had food poisoning which may have related to the tap water or food (it occurred before we ate anything in the town centre). Enjoyed the shuttle bus service and hotel-organised day trip, but if you want to see Marrakech every day it's inconveniently far out. Loved our waiter at breakfast who went out of his way to make our mornings better!

Nice Resort, good golf course and very good services. I do not eat often in hotels because the kitchen does not remember but at Palmaraie is possible! 5 Restaurants with good menus can meet all your needs. Good stay!

Very large structure has several SPA entertainments, golf courses, indoor shops. Typical Moroccan construction with all typical embellishments. A flaw I do not know if it depends on the fact that we are many but the buffet menu is not the best.

Very nice hotel, the staff impeccable.
The shuttle is very convenient to get back and forth from the city center.
In short, everything is good, except the price that is relatively expensive!

The hotel has amazing Moroccan interiors and beautiful rooms with big balconies. The pools are amazing just to walk around. There are so many rooms so make sure to memorize you room number and check your room card before going to the room. There are many resturants in the hotel with cuisines from all over the world. The biggest disappointment is the quality of service. It is very difficult to reach anyone by phone and the time to send things to/from the room takes for ever. Our friends in other rooms had the same complaints. I would like to mention Kareema from guest relations that actually made things happen and she was very helpful (this should be the norm in a 5* hotel). Make sure to check the mattress and make sure they are aligned and not tilted to one side.

We chose this hotel for the Arabian & Moorish architecture and we were not disappointed. Beautiful buildings, lovely gardens and pool areas. Bedrooms were fine, wonderful views from balconies, but bathrooms appeared a little tired looking. No tea and coffee making facilities in bedrooms so be sure to pack your travel kettle. We stayed in October and the hotel was peaceful and uncrowded. All the staff were brilliant, helpful and courteous. A special big thank you to Youssef in the French Restaurant who was great fun and made our stay even more enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Worst customer service. Only came to the hotel use their pool with a view to scoping it out and potentially staying there next year. As soon as they saw a large group of English, they began whispering and pointing over to us. One then came over and told is they were fully booked at the pool today! We had seen the pool and there were approx 5 people at their pool. When we told them this, they said the huge booking wasn't coming until later (convenient! ). The member of staff became quite angry aggressive, we spoke to his manager and he was exactly the same. Bit of customer service cost them 16 rooms booked next year.

Looks like a very nice place, but honestly the prime time is passed. Look at my picture. Very nice, but look closer and you see that portions have fallen off. So it was likely amazing when it was launched but maintenance didn't keep up. Still a very nice place though. A bit far from the City which is a nuance when all taxi rides require 10 minutes of haggling…

An oasis of calm 10 minutes from the Medina. If you go to Marrakech it is definitely worth staying in this hotel. Attentive and friendly staff, impeccable facilities, all services (currency exchange, taxis, spa, guides, golf course, discotheques, restaurants, bar… etc), with many beautiful corners and above all tranquility, silence and security.

Interesting resort hotel experience. Large, comfortable rooms are a feature, but are on the wrong side of the 21st Century and urgently need updating. Amenities are not luxurious, but not low end drugstore fare either and the Golf Course views (if you're into that kind of thing) are abundant. A few entertainment and shopping options are within the Resort (along with other sibling hotels, some of which look decidedly more luxurious). Conferencing facilities are above average and resort grounds are beautifully upkept and manicured. My customer service experience here was quite good and all in all, I enjoyed my stay.

Worst possible service across any hotel that I have ever been too. Shameless staff members, not giving a damn about hotel guests… This place is better avoided… Spend your money elsewhere!

The service is excellent and the staff extremely welcome.
It shuts from the hotel's own shuttle to the various golf courses.
Especially Karima helps explore new excellent restaurants in Marrakech and organizes everything needed.
For golfers the ideal hotel. Particularly noteworthy is the new Asian restaurant Asia Bay.
But the other is worth to go to it.

Extra home protected breakfast.

Beautiful golf course with varied and technical courses. The new 9 holes added a plus to this place (currently November 2015 still major work to finalize on these 9 holes). The caddies are top level, pleasant and very valuable advice. A great time for golf.

I too liked the way we were greeted, reception, comfort, cleanliness, everything is extraordinary well, I want to go back there for a weekend. I also want to thank very strong Brahim who's reception for all its efforts to its customers.

Excellent hotel with a superb restaurant and a very fine cuisine.

Does not deserve the 5 stars: on our last visit, we found a total lack of organization of management, whether at the level of the table service (1 hour to take control and 1 hour to be served), around the pool, the provision of towels (to 4 and a half hours more towels) and the establishment of the invoice at end of stay : us had been counted meals while they were settled with the vouchers. This Hotel is also very nice, children running around the corridors shouting and doors slam!. Despite the kindness and goodwill of staff, we lamented that priority be given to people from the outside (at the weekend), compared to the stays: the pool was invaded by these people which created a monstrous mess at the level of the service of the pool table. For a hotel that claims to be a 5 star, international, women themselves are bathed all dressed in the pool that shows a total lack of hygiene! We had the impression to be in a marina and not in a hotel 5 stars. This is unfortunate because it is a beautiful hotel both at the level of the gardens of the Interior and exterior decoration. So I wouldn't recommend this hotel if management does not change.

Hotel very good and staff very friendly. The rooms are very well equipped and very spacious.
