I would definitely not recommend this villa to anyone

Hi these are the following issues we had with the villa.

Day one: when we arrived at the villa it was as if we had entered a construction site.
2 people working in the garden, cleaners still in the house and the lunch we had
requested and paid 3800 dirhams for was not ready until 4pm.

furthermore there was no water in the swimming pool so we couldn't even use the swimming pool.
I was told that swimming pool would be filled by the second day but unfortunately this was not the case.

There was constant outage with the water in the showers and taps the entire day.

Day two: several of the lights in the property didn't work, there was no water in the morning for a shower
I had to message the owner but still the water wasn't turned on until much later that morning and it was very cold.
to our surprise the swimming pool was only half full, I called the owner and front of house and was told that the swimming pool
would be full by the evening. This meant that the second day of our trip we still didn't have a swimming pool.
In the evening again we had no water for the showers and when it finally came on it was freezing cold.

Day three: we finally had a usable swimming pool with enough water to swim in but there was still no chlorine,
I spoke with front of house again and was promised to have chlorine in the pool on this day.
