The staff are brilliant the place is spotless and rooms spacious, the location is central and most of the staff gave great English, the food was tasty. The roof has fab views and a spa. (the spa isn’t glamorous) but the massages are good and the dress up room down stairs provides plenty of entertainment ❤️ Special thanks to The staff for an amazing stay x.

Staff lovely and accommodating, amazing views. Riad beautiful but sound can be echoed around so can be noisy with thoughtless people sharing the space.

We arrived super late night and they helped us settle in made us feel welcomed and comfortable. They also provided us with delicious dinner before bed. Nice Riad and wonderful people.

Lovely Riad. Fantastic staff. When my sister & I were worried about going out and returning at night time we were walked to the taxi rank — good price was negotiated and driver to come back and collect us & we were given a mobile phone to use — 5

The best hotel I have ever stayed at! Cool, spacious rooms, fantastic, helpful staff, centrally located, delicious food, beautiful setting… This riad in the centre of the historic old town of Marrakesh lacks nothing.

Very nice place to stay. We had a lovely room on the first floor. Man who was there all the time was super helpful, first day he gave us a small mobile phone so we could call him in case we get lost or have any issues in the city. Shame we couldn't have breakfast on the roof terrace as it's very nice. For sure I would recommend staying there.

Great stay at the Riad Star in April 2018. The place is magical, the staff to the small care and the cooks at the top. Thank you all, it is with great pleasure that we will return. I highly recommend this riad located in the heart of the medina.

The building is beautiful and the staff is incredibly helpful, but I found the amenities lacking a bit, and it is not easy to get to — you have to walk quite a way from where vehicles can let you off.

Amazing place, beautiful location, Riad a true place in the very heart of MARRAKECH, the staff was beyond gracious Aziz accompanied us in the alleys of the medina day and night, fantastic! Clean, spacious rooms with comfortable amenities and well-functioning. Highly recommended is the dinner the best moroccan food! Charming terrace where you can enjoy a beautiful panorama we will definitely be back!

What an amazing place with lovely friendly staff. We loved it.

We stayed for a long weekend and had a lovely time. Our room was called "Grace" it was beautifully decorated and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was simple but adequate enough. On arrival we had a lamb tagine made for us and this was totally gorgeous. The communal areas can be quite cold so it's best to wear a coat for breakfast in the colder months. The staff are great and really helpful speaking many languages and most fluent in English. It's location is only about a 7 min walk to the souks and 10 mins to the main square. The only downside was the party going on from another group of guests according to the staff the next morning but this kept us awake one night until 2am! But at 2am the staff did go and deal with the noise eventually. I would definitely recommend this Riad to others visiting Marrakesh it's a very friendly and safe place to stay.

A great Riad, with beatiful interior. Terracce with view over marrakech. Helpfull staff and the dinner they serve tastes great, expecially lamb tangine.

My mum and I had our first adventure to Marrakech on a recommendation from a good friend to say "Only go to the Riad Star, as this is the best boutique hotel in Marrakech". I can't agree more. We were made to feel very welcome. The hotel was perfect. But more importantly "aziz" who works at the hotel made our trip a memory to treasure. He came to get us when we got lost and catered our every need. He knew everything there is to know about this beautiful place and recommended only the best places to go. Thank you "aziz" and the lovely "omar". We will see you again x.

We had a lovely time at the Riad Star. The staff were very kind and helpful. Aziz was very helpful and professional especially dealing with the eleven of us who stayed at the Riad Star for 4 nights. It was an awesome experience. I recommend to anyone who loves fun and adventure.

Riad star was absolutely spectacular. It is hard to believe that you feel peace and quiet when you're here even though it is in the heart of the medina. You do not feel or hear the medina once you are in the riad and you feel just at home because of the staff. Aziz in particular, he made us feel like VIPS. He is the perfect host a guest can ask for, he was there for us 24/7 and always went above and beyond for us. He helped us with reservations at restaurants, our luggage, getting around the city, everything! We traveled through Morocco and stayed at different riads in different cities but never found the service we got from Aziz and the staff at Riad Star. He is very kind and helpful and made our stay an amazing experience. The riad itself is beautiful and the rooftop terrace is nice. Highly recommended!

The Riad Star is one of the best hotels that we have stayed in. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, especially Aziz. We had a meal there one evening which was superb, one of the best we've had anywhere and decor in the courtyard areas is spectacular. The roof top terrace is beautiful with great views of the city and it was lovely to sit there in the evening drinking the delicious mint tea which is served on request.

A beautiful riad in the heart of the old Medina. The spacious rooms are super cute and very comfortable, with a minifridge, A/C and fluffy bathrobes! There are two beautiful courtyards, where you can enjoy mint tea or take a dip in the small pool.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for three days at the beginning of March. This place was absolutely amazing! It was so beautiful, clean, and refreshing. The views of the Atlas mountains from the roof top terrace were stunning! Aziz, the host, was also incredibly helpful! He took the time to sit with us, review the map, and give us advice on places to eat and see as well as things to do. He gave us a cell phone and stayed up until we arrived back at the riad at night. The staff were incredibly friendly. We had a traditional meal the first night and breakfast every morning which was absolutely delicious. The riad has a small spa there where you can get a massage or bathe in the hamman with black soap. I cannot say enough good things about this place. I would stay there again and recommend it to everyone traveling!

Beautiful Riad in Marrakech, a little bit away from the square but right in the Medina. Very close to the museum of Marrakech and the mosque of Ben Yuseff. We stayed in the upper area with terrace and with great views. Both breakfast and lunch were 10.

The perfect place to stay in Marrakesh. Close enough to everything, but not in a "touristy" area. Gorgeous and cool inside. Super kind and helpful staff. Can't wait to return.
