The staff very friendly and helpful.

No light in the room overnight. We changed on the flashlight. They gave us a new room only the next day. I was on a business trip and missed the start of the conference due to lack of light in the bathroom.
Leaving the hotel we left at 2pm and they asked for the surplus so we had to leave 12pm 😳.
They didn't even have the follow-up of what happened for at the beginning of our stay. I will never go back again.

The Concierge reached out the day before we arrived to see if there was anything we needed, which is frankly the first time I’ve ever had a hotel begin taking care of me before check-in! The service is fantastic, the rooms spacious, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of food, fruits, and juices. Ask for a “nous-nous” coffee and enjoy. Mehdi, the Concierge, and Issam, his right-hand man, are a fantastic team! They handled our requests quickly and with care. And Kaoutar at the breakfast buffet knew us so well that we’d arrive to our table to find our “nous-nous” waiting for us!

It’s a very bad experience with this hotel customer service is zero and very rude they try to rip you off they advertise on there websites 1 thing but when you get to the hotel it’s totally different. It’s not eligible to bring alcohol to your room. But it will be legal when you pay them 20$ for 6 packs of beer.

Beautiful hotel but the welcome is deplorable, the receptionist odious and unsympathetic. For a 5-star, the expectation at the level of customer service is absolutely not there.

Friendly services and facility. The room need to be more clean as first day we found some dust and bathroom was not clean so well. Unfortunately we had a smell during the night from the fan service. Breakfast food is really good with a lot of choices and the tea man really welcome. The Manager is really welcome and helpful we advised him about some issues.

Not bad. Staff were very friendly when we first arrived but throughout the 5 days it went from a 'good morning, how are you? ' to just a nod of the head. The hotel itself is beautiful with a half decent gym if you like that sort of thing. The restaurant food was excellent and at a good price and the breakfast buffet had absolutely everything you could ask for, pancakes, waffles, crepes, fruit, yoghurt and obviously the cook breakfast. Amazing. Was a little frustrating that we couldn't take in our own water considering the heat, we had to buy from their restaurant at 4 times the price. Apart from that a lovely stay. 4 stars.

Lovely hotel. Restaurants in the hotel are also amazing. The Moroccan restaurant didn't open once during my visit but the others were nice. If you want to spend less on food the restaurants next door outside the mall are also nice.

This is a very nice hotel well kept their suites are humongous if you're a big family with kids. The pool is really nice. Live music evening and night and other music playing all day. The only problem is the food is pricey and not tasty with limited options. If you're spending more than a weekend it adds up real quickly so rather eat out. Service is slow in food areas. Staff is really friendly and very helpful.

I had the best time here. The staff is excellent. The hotel is beautiful. The drinks are weak and you can’t bring your own alcohol but just get wine and enjoy the atmosphere. Hotel is in a great location and it’s truly beautiful. It’s a cheap taxi to many different places — or you can walk.

Very nice stay in a greatly located hotel in the city centre. It is a perfect choice for a business trip. The rooms are clean and well designed. The bar is nice and the lobby is great. I really liked the options for restaurants that were available in the hotel and nearby. I would recommend to stay here，

It's been 20 times that we go to Marrakech and have done almost every hotel. Savoy le Grand Hotel is beautiful and for the price it is the best. ADIL at the reception is welcoming but this hotel offers many services, beautiful rooms and a succulent breakfast. It is very clean and quiet as much for families or couples who stay there. For me it is much more than a 5 star. Heated indoor pools, fitness room with coach… and located next to shopping centre and many restaurants. To do absolutely.

Bad experience. Don't be fooled by giving your credit card for bail! Since December I have not yet returned 460 euros! I was at the Savoy for the end of the year, triple room already fully paid through agency. They asked me for a credit card for a security deposit of 5000 mad or 460 euros. On January 2nd I checked out and they asked me again for the card to pay for the minibar and a dinner, making sure it would be cancelled the previous payment. Instead I found both charges. They do not even respond to the tour operator to whom I asked to intervene. I had to make complaint via card itself. Let's hope it resolves, it's been two months since my money was held.

Very disappointed. Yet we are regulars. At our arrival we learn that our reservation was cancelled and that our room was given to someone else.
Obliged to remake a reservation via the internet because the staff did not want us to do it live. We were kept waiting 45 min to tell us that there were only separate beds when we came for our anniversary in love. Obliged to set the tone and ask the director. In the end we are told that the hotel offers us an upgrade…
We end up with a room seen on works above the gym. The employees worked hammers all night.
Then friends we meet at the pool. The staff took us for thieves by showing us in front of the other customers because he had to pay the right to sit. Just ashamed! And I'm on it.
The indoor pool (as the outside) is cold, no one is present downstairs.
Positive: The hearty breakfast and a charming staff (Mohamed), even if often lost in the organization.

To flee, an awful service, a lack of total respect by "Adil", who is allowed to tell the customers "We are not camping here", who does not let us talk and tells his colleague that he will not be able to do check-in to people who ask questions… at the Sui A simple question. A modification of the price, no reply by email before the stay, no confirmation of rates before arrival, and the day of check-in + 30% per night.
Really very surprised for a 5 * hotel, one does not feel at all the foreign standards, on the balcony of the Suite view pool The painting is all eroded, and we come to check your mini bar 2x a day "in case… "Honestly I don't know where to start or where to end, but this was a catastrophe, from check-in to check-out.
Professionalism is to be revisited, if you intend to book it, flee!

I was in Marrakech to see my friend who picked me up at the airport. A rude and disturbed receptionist with bad assumptions denied my friend's visit in the room. She told me that they have international rules denying guests to bring a visitor to the private room. After check in I was followed by three security guards who eventually escorted my friend out of the hotel. Every time I entered the building I was stared at by at least three security guards who never smiled. I felt suspicious. Very nice and serviceminded staff in the breakfast room.

One of the best hotel in marrakesh. Kind and lovely staff. The biggest swimming pool in the city, and delicious food off course. The rooms are big and clean. Prefer the pool side rooms.

I did not put 5 stars because this summer (July 2017), we were given a hidden room while in my booking I indicated "room identical to our previous stay in 2016 — main pool side".

Stayed there for 3 nights. Very nice hotel with welcoming staffs. Large spacious rooms, massive pools, lovely buffet breakfast. One improvement could be to heat the pool for winter.

Recently stayed at this hotel early December and it was lovely! The staff have definitely improved from the reviews I have read from 5-6 months ago. Breakfast was delightful lots to choose from, pancakes and omelettes are made in front of you to your taste. Lots of breads and bakery options to choose from also. As we arrived staff greeted us and offered us tea as we checked in, the manager also wished us a great stay on our first day and had several really good conversations with my partner and I which was warming. Staff will also review if you have paid too much for a certain activity although their room service prices are astonishing just for water it was 40 MID whereas at the supermarket next door it is 5MID. Overall great stay would definitely come back and stay longer!

Rooms are bug and comfortable. Breakfast is good. Swimming pools are very good. Centrally located — a shpping mall and supermarket next door.

Everything is excellent except the breakfast service. There is no self service to have a cup of coffee, or orange juice. You have to wait a good time for someone to come to your table to serve you whatever you want, and we often forget the spoons.

Do not stay at this hotel. Just came back from staying here for a week, worst holidays of my life. Although the hotel has a good appearance and an ideal location, the service is mediocre and the staff is incredibly incompetent and rude. We had a different issue every day (construction noise in our room, keys not working, waiting ages to get served at breakfast, being late to the airport because the concierge took too long to bring our luggage down, our room not being cleaned, etc. ). The staff is incredibly rude and treats customers like they don't matter, certainly not like a 5* star hotel should treat them. Every time we went down to reception to complain, there was at least a dozen of other people also complaining and angry. All employees are rude, dumb, arrogant, and have no clue how to deliver good customer service. Employee Nadia especially has been very rude to us is really bad at her job. For the price paid, there are much nicer hotels in Marrakech. Avoid this at all costs.

لا انصح فيه للاسباب التاليه ١ — صاحبه مصري بتقول ليش بقولك سوء المعامله واخلاق زي الخرا وراح توضح لك من الاستقبال حتى استلام الغرفه. ٢ — رائحه كريهه تصدر من دورة المياه. ٣ — بعيد من كل الخدمات. ماعادا المطاعم مما يعرضك لجشع سائقي التاكسي. ٤ — صوت عمال نظافة المسبح مزعج جدا لعدم وجود عازل لباب البلكون. ٥ — طاقم الفندق كامل غير مؤهل لعمل الفندقه وإرضاء النزيل. ٦ — الحقيقه تجربه سيئه بالنسبه لي.

Very nice hotel. Great service. Rooms are comfy and spacious. Pool is really nice. Recommend the italian restaurant within yhe hotel which was great. Also there's a nice shopping center right by and the area is very nice.

Absolutely amazing hotel. It's a resort in the city! Great service. And the breakfast is very grand! I would stay here again and recommend it to friends and family. The Wi-Fi connection can be poor at times so we struggled with that. Otherwise rooms are big, clean and modern. And staff helpful.

Nice hotel However the quality of the service is appalling a waiting for 1 H 00 in order to have a Coca cola or a dish at the restaurant near the pool the housekeeping not done in the room despite several requests more we had to ask during the reservation if the visits are accepted during the day of Ingres this we had a lot of problems to see our friend in rooms knowing that she is a young girl of 18. I strongly advise against it.

Luxury Hotel with a need to pay 20 euros to use the sauna, 20euros for the Turkish bath, 20euros for the spa, 20 euros the eucalyptus oil pool … you better take good money … nice pool free at least.
