Definitely old structure, poorly maintained and far from the standards of a normal 4 stars, but I would also say from those of a 3 : bad cleaning (bathroom, room, restaurant, corridors…), clogged drains, elevators that do not work, broken TV remotes, restaurant that sucks both in terms of cleanliness and food supply (tablecloths of the tables are not even changed and each guest is given 1 only paper napkin the thickness of a veil) : worse than a school canteen (maybe…). Wifi can practically only be used by the lobby and perpetually clogged. Avoid it absolutely if you don't want to ruin your holiday.

Decent hotel price wise. A bit worn and the shower was broken in our room. Good air conditioning in the room. They charged me for restaurant dinners I did not have. After pointing this out and 15 minutes of waiting they scrapped the bill though. Would not book again. Cons: — Room service hardly reachable — Reception doesn’t listen to complaints — Mini fridge didn’t work, they didn’t fix — Other guests apparently can add to your room bill — Shower wall attachment was broken — Worn in general Pro’s — Good airco — Balconies.

Great location, Clean hotel, slow service.

Good hotel only for families, entertainment too strong during the day so impossible to relax by the pool, even the room impossible to take a nap because sono too loud, breakfast is not at the height of their stars, elevator has card with constantproblems to go up or down, once back up after breakfast you remove the towels without handing over other steps before the afternoon so difficult to take a shower. In short bad service so the price is not up to the damage because apart from everything its could have been a good hotel. Far from having a service worthy of a 4 star.

This was one of our favorite hotels during our tour. Ample rooms with a nice balcony and view of the pool. Nice breakfast included with a large array of different morsels. Staff was helpful. The store in the hotel was well staffed, lots of souvenirs and prices were affordable for a hotel shop. The bartender was friendly and the beer and white wine we’re nice and cold. I would recommend this Atlas hotel which was a couple of blocks from a major shopping center and walking distance to the Street markets.

Elegant and refined environment. The lobby is beautiful with a fine décor. All this is set in a frame varied by marble materials and beautiful mosaics that lap even the doors of the wide elevators. Medium quality food. Especially the kitchen, uses a high temperature of cooking, perhaps due to the poor hygiene detectable in the food markets of the Medine. Crowded, where the food is left exposed on the pavement, soaked in various liquids, between blood of heads split by bulls, local delicacy. Complex, however complete, of every comfort, including a SPA and a large outdoor pool (which hosts water sports activities dedicated to full body health. Also interesting is the modern architecture of the building, woven with wise geometries, which make the place dynamic and harmonious at the time, to reflect the colors of the plasters, engaged in the colors brick red, the lands of the hills and the desert mountains, north African places. An invitation, then to those who read 2wherever my lines, to visit this hotel. Nestled in greenery, whose stylistic freshness, does not neglect the memory of ancient Morocco.

First breakfast at the poolside. Choice and a good start to stay. Look forward to discovering everything the hotel has to offer!

The Atlas is a discreet hotel, modern and convenient for its location, on a beautiful boulevard very close to the centre and its characteristic square, very touristic hotel with a go of groups, equipped with currency exchange, discreet buffet restaurant, restaurant alla Carte almost Always empty, pool bar discreetly provided, large swimming pool with loungers and towels in quantity, well maintained garden, reception sufficiently taken care of. The room amenities are not very efficient, the wake up service to be flunking, the restaurant very repetitive in the dishes offered, the service at the table discreet. Very confusing for the many groups hosted at all Hours (one night there were room entrances other guests to whom (at 04, 15) They had assigned our same room, just discreet cleaning, bathrooms in need of maintenance.

The worst hotel in a loooong time. No food available after prepaying a menu meal because I went to lunch at… 13.30! Paid for a 3 bed room and got a 2 bed plus an extra; maids did not take the effort to make the bed, leaving the sheets for us to make it. Terrible noise on the 5th floor, fan reverberation. Enormous queue to get a simple orange juice for breakfast. Inedible meat for lunch. Safe not working. Avoid this at all costs.

A very comfortable hotel excellent attention and location close to the shopping centers of Marrakech.

Nice structure, but dirty and neglected: acceptable only by entering the local mentality. A little more care valorizzerebbe him.

Service is very poor. It's almost like you are forcing/disturbing the waiters when you ask for something. Food is basic. Towels in the room outworn. I do not reccomend it.

Hotel well located in the heart of the city close to all amenities, quiet, well maintained despite its age, spacious room clean bathroom.

The hotel itself is OK, the rooms are big, the pool is great but the bad thing is the attention of the staff, it is lousy. When we arrived and got out of the collective no one helped to get the suitcases to the people, there were big women in my group and the employees stood at the door watching them fight with the suitcases and bags. The reception staff are very bad too. The food is passable for one night, but that system they have to prepare trays and you have to get up to serve you I do not like anything, looks like a free fork.

As a four-star hotel, there is no disposable items (dental equipment Class), slippers, or even toilet paper. Pipe front desk to, reasonable to say, we just did not ah. That's excellent.

Worst 4* hotel i've ever been. Bathroon was dirty with black fungi stains between the tiles. It was impossible to close fully the balcony door.

Good Hotel, good pool. Good bartenders. Horrible food, scarce and when it is finished do not repose more because there is no longer even the time to close the dinners. Very poor breakfast. They hardly repose. Horrible!. Just to sleep and already this.

Well the theme of the towels very bad, are dirty and do not repose them, Wi-Fi theme more of the same will be incommunicado/A in order Q is not advisable I have felt ripped.

Nice Hotel Porto and equipped with all the amenities, the restaurant is not excellent but I always eat well enough.

Personnel inégal : certains très gentils, certains très agressifs (comme si nous n’allions pas régler les notes de restaurants, et que c’était insultant de mettre les dépenses sur la chambre pour tout régler à la fin) Une couche de vernis pour paraître premium, mais quand on regarde de plus près : plomberie apparente sous les lavabos (trous dans les murs n’importe comment, limite des briques et de la poussière en vrac… vitre de la douche pas collée au mur = eau partout à chaque douche) Pas de serviette de rechange après le passage des femmes de chambre : obligés d’attendre la fin de journée pour se doucher! Et le personnel qui me saute dessus quand je descend chercher une serviette à la piscine parce que ça fait 1h que je réclame une serviette pour que ma compagne puisse se doucher et que nous partions à un mariage. Bruyant! On entend tout ce qui se passe dans le couloir, les femmes de chambre qui parlent fort dès tôt le matin, les portes qui claquent… Sèche cheveux qui ne marche pas, ascenseur qui marche 1 fois sur 2, téléphone qui marche quand il veut, impossible de joindre la réception… Petit déj en supplément et plus cher que ce qu’indiqué sur booking! Nous avons payé 16€ par personne (du vol, ce n’est pas bon et il y a peu de choix. Nos amis dans l’hôtel voisin payaient 7€ pour quelque chose de correct) alors qu’il était écrit 12€.

Unprofessional. Not a 4 star. 3 star. No kettle in the room. No food after 11pm. No groom to help with luggage. Room is clean for 3 star.

Clearly not a 4 star hotel! Bad customers service, the bedrooms are run down and the breakfast is very bad. All the glasses were dirty the vienoiseries were from 2 days ago … It should be a 1 star hotel no more.

My wife and I were travelling to Morocco and stayed at Atlas Asni in Marrakesh for two nights. This hotel is rated 4 star but it's equivalent to American standards would be a 2 star (in my opinion and you might agree after reading the below comments). The best part of this hotel was its location as you will run into lots of tourists, a mall and plenty of restaurants around. On flip slip, they did not have a working refrigerator (or mini bar), non-working Air conditioner unit (temperature was 83 F), water draining problem in the shower, lack of Wi-Fi availability in the rooms (many people hang out at the reception for this reason) and the biggest problem was their food in the restaurant. Three folks in our travel group complained of stomach aches, vomiting and diarrhea. The condition of the rooms did not change even after we were moved to another room following the complaint. So, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Within close proximity, there are tons of nice hotels, where you can have a comfortable and safe environment.

For my first visit to the Morocco I appreciate the services of hotel, clean, warm,
but I have a small suggestion: if it is possible to put a sound isolation for your room, screams out prevent the client to relax (night de24au 25/02/2016 to 04 h in the morning), thank you and good luck.

No fridge — was told they'd replace but they didn't. Toilet not working properly. Food in empty dishes not replenished regularly enough when busy at dinner and lunch. Dinner tables not cleaned quickly — tables left messy for over half an hour before someone got round to noticing and cleaning up. Pigeons eating dessert while a staff member watched and left it eating — people took from the same plate after this. No iron in the whole hotel to use. Tight plugs that nearly come off the wall when you try to disconnect. Won't clean the room unless you leave a sign outside, if you forget the room is untouched. No Wi-Fi in your room.

OK hotel but avoid the seedy bar downstairs.

Excellent service, very beautiful place.

Stay nice and interesting, but the service isn't always at the height for this level of service. The household is not always enough in the room and a few omissions of towels make the irritating situation.
The staff is very friendly and helpful at will, however additional training completed to their perfect work.

It should pay greater attention to customers who feel neglected in the dining room, the bar and the pool.
Need significant cleaning and as an example: we have a group of 8 people, all traveled family… When you want to join two tables for breakfast and dinner together to run one of the tables we have found abundant dirt… a tailpiece of tobacco, food scraps, paper… believe that there were remains of some ancient tomb. This was repeated twice.
The only one who was working with nutritional is responsible for the pool, Mr. That did, which was impeccable.
As for the boutique unreasonable prices.
