Very nice quality services.

Buffet evening meal food not good at all. Luke warm and gloopy.
Breakfast: By 8am there was very little choice remaining. No one willing to replenish anything either…
Staff unhelpful.

Very dirty rooms and bathrooms too, stained towels, old furniture, no security cause we stayed on the first floor and balcony doors didn't lock. No variety of food, especially meat in very little portions that wasn't enough for all, so we get hungry. Very expensive and bad services hotel.

Nice hotel with a beautiful garden and swimming pool. Rooms are spacious and clean. Location is very convenient, close to clubs restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy.

Unfortunately many problems with the maintenance of the rooms. Slow service. Maybe undersized staff compared to the property. Any time.

The Atlas Medina & Spa is a luxury hotel in Marrakech with grand entrance, reception and public rooms with very tall ceilings. I was to have stayed here, and had a room that proved to be unacceptable. And the hotel is somewhat isolated and not close to any shops or attractions, so I moved the first day to another luxury hotel with sunite and two baths in Gueliz, near the Carre Eden shopping mall. My room at the Atlas Medina & Spa at first looked fine, but after close scrutiny I noted that the sofa was hard and not comfortable, a chair was wobbly and the air-conditioning in the room and hallway was minimal. It would only work when set on heat (in very hot August), and if the sliding door to the terrace was not completely closed, the air-conditioned would suddenly turn off. The room had a view of three pools and gardens, but it was noisy as the children were making loud noises. The deciding factor to change hotels was the isolated location and my portable telephone and personal Wi-Fi and another telephone kept "searching for signal" so I was unable to make or receive calls. I am sure it could have been fine but I found another luxury place with excellent buffet breakfast, excellent air-conditioning, soundproof windows and doors, and it was close to many shops and restaurants.

Strengths: clean and tidy rooms. Location is very good in the centre of the Wintering district and near the railway station and the convention centre. Very nice pool

Nice and comfortable hotel in Hivernage. Good buffet (breakfast better than dinner), relax @ garden and swimming pool. Some personnel lacks skills required for the location level. Rooms Wi-Fi lacking signal.

Hotel with high-end common areas, it looks very good, 5-star.
Staff are not prompted to resolve customer issues.
The rooms make them in biblical times and take away towels already in the morning.
I had a noisy room, smelling of smoke, and with the tub not emptying the collected water and the air conditioner not working.
Breakfast is good and plentiful, dinner, on the other hand, was decidedly poor, not as a quantity but as a quality.

Absolutely no problems with hotel or room. Nice clean and spacious. Thr breakfast was worthless. Upon checkout staff told me I owed $67 in taxes. I explained that I paid $100 us dollars on arrival. I had an additional person and paid the taxes. Took about 20 minutes to checkout. I did not appreciate the initial attendant not leaving a note or a receipt. I don't need to be accused of nonpayment at 3am.

Very nice hotel, very friendly staff. Small downside on the morning and evening buffets which really leaves no choice, much pity. Gwenaelle.

Great food… LocAtion.

The hotel is close to the Convention Center, next to an email but away from the Medina.
The rooms are large but the beds are very firm, too.

Clean room but a small lack of maintenance especially bathroom.

Very good budget hotel. Rooms are good with daily cleaning by housekeeping. Excellent room service and breakfast, though service at the live counter could be faster.

This hotel has not been a good experience. 1. The Internet many times did not work or worked slowly 2. The sport equipment is broken 3. The breakfast that costs a lot for Morocco, does not a good selection of fruits. Most importantly the customer service is terrible: I asked for bananas and was told they would bring me, after 10 minutes I ask again, and they told me they would bring me, then I asked 3 times more and after over 40 minutes I am told that I have to pay extra. Then I start complaining for making me wait for 40 minutes and then telling me that I have to pay extra to the already buffet all inclusive breakfast, and they just walk away and refuse to talk to me.

The Atlas Medina & Spa is surrounded by a 5-hectare garden in the heart of the Hivernage district of Marrakech. It offers en suite rooms, a spa and free parking.
The air-conditioned rooms at Atlas Medina & Spa are equipped with a TV and a private bathroom. Some rooms have a terrace overlooking the pool or garden and all have free Wi-Fi access.
You will have access to the pools of the Atlas Medina and its garden with Palm trees. Access to the Spa is possible at an additional cost. A fitness centre is also available at the hotel.
Couples particularly appreciate the location of this property. They give him a score of 8, 3 for a stay of two.

We stayed 2 nights there as part of Insight tour. The hotel was total disappointment. It was a very warm day. Our room on the second floor was facing west and were getting very hot. We opened the door to the balcony and it was extremely noisy due to the traffic on adjacent street. However AC was turned off and we were forced to endure the noise during our stay. The room was a decent size but the bed linen was old and shabby, pillows small and uncomfortable. There was a gap between shower enclosure and the tub — resulting in flooding the floor every time we took shower. Fancy lobby but terrible room deserving less than 2 stars.

You can see the passage of time to a 5-star hotel. Well in general.

Bad experience. Low service, they checked in the same room as other guest, sort of pass Wi-Fi, not clean sheets, and low food at the restaurant.

I have visited and stayed in this spa I would love to get back in near future. I had a great time there.

One of the worst hotels I have ever visited. A room that based on repeated calls to the front desk we have been building. Room for 3 people with extra bed without making until 23:00. Pillow without pillow cover, another half hour wait, no towels enough, two when they should be 3, same with the bathroom slippers. Safe without working, indeed, another half hour of waiting. And to top it also have private use that at 24:00 the music of the hotel bar is at full rag and you hear a lot. Not to come back in three lives. We will also protest to Polytours for offering this type of hotels that although they are in the area of hotels of Marrakech should not appear in the offers of the tour operators.

Great clean hotel in a very central location in Marakkesh. The rooms are very big as well as the bathrooms, with all the modern amenities. The is also a spa and a hair salon in the hotel. Tzema el Fnaa square is 10 minutes on foot. Highly recommended!

Looks great at first sight, but some details in the rooms seem bad kept, food is good as well (better dinner than breakfast), lost 2 stars because of 12 hour internet failure, and problems with room keys (asked for a second one, and the first one stopped working)

Checked in very late and the receptionist was not so friendly… He gave us only one key for the room and we had to go back to ask for another one…

Really good 5* Hotel. Rooms were big and clean, air conditioned worked, TV was very large with international channels, bathroom was big and nice. Hotel in general is very beautiful, also the swimming pool is great and the breakfast good with a huge variety of things. I'd repeat this hotel!

We spent me and my little family spending two nights in this hotel. Frankly it was not pleasant. First a hotel that does not deserve this number of stars 5.
