The admin service could have been better. The hotel facilities are 5 star worthy and the breakfast was spot on. The food variety was thorough and tasty. I would still recommend this place but I think few tweaks needs to be made. There is a shopping mall across the road which is very convenient.

Very good setting (piscinne and garden) but poor level of cleanliness.

It was a bad experience to stay at this place, it is not more than 2 stars, although location is good. They don’t provide bath soaps and other cleaning stuff, you have to buy yourself, staff isn’t cooperative as well having always bad moods. There isn’t Wi-Fi in the room, you have to go to lobby for internet. Better I should stay any less stars hotel instead.

Arrived 22nd Dec 2017. Left the very same day due to disgusting hygiene & horrible services. Quality of rooms is appalling. Dirty furniture looks as if not be cleaned for very long. Stained walls. Hair in places, that is absolutely atrocious for a hotel. Cracks on kitchen worktop. Burnt hob. Floor was wet, minute I entered it seemed as if it was flooded; cleaner was useless she just made it worse by making hallways with wet footprints.

It’s well placed away from all the people hastling you and bothering you, the Wi-Fi is shocking staff is not helpful at all could not even call us a taxi making us go on wild goose chase for taxi for two hours, and taxi drivers asking for ridiculous prices of 200 dirihams, could not even exchange money for us at the hotel stay away from the four eye guy with nasty teeth by the name of karim he utterly useless the staff in the night are diamonds willing to help with exchanging money and giving decent rates, leaving this review due to one guy who on several occasions ruined our nights.

We got told the apartments were 5 stars. NOWHERE NEAR 5 STARS! More like 2 stars. It may look grand and big but the apartments are disappointing — I've stayed at better apartments hotels with less stars. The original room we got given was not suitable for 5 people, it had 2 bathrooms but 1 of them only had a toilet and nothing else, no water supply so asked to be moved to another room — which took a while to explain to the staff. Even after that the 2nd apartment wasn't that great, just better than then first one with 2 proper, useable bathrooms. Numerous issues with the rooms from poor/dangerous fixtures and fittings like light switches & AC vents that weren't flush with the wall, to cracks in the floor and kitchen counter and numerous marks & stains on the walls and a poorly equipped kitchen — no toaster or microwave, scarce utensils. Sofa was supposed to be a white, but it was so dirty it was grey — to make things worse it was also a bed for one person. Even the services were poor from weak Wi-Fi in the rooms to the rooms not being cleaned properly — rubbish not being cleaned/picked up, putting a bed sheet on top of the old one, not fitting pillow cases on pillows after removing the old one, had to repeatedly ask for toilet roll as they never gave any. Even on arrival the apartment didn't have any towels or toiletries which you'd expect from a supposedly 5 star apartment hotel.

Firstly we booked this hotel through a r Travel agent and was given many false hopes about it. The hotel stated it had a resturant, spa and many other things etc however on the first day we checked in, they told us they had no Wi-Fi, and none of the things that they stated. So we got into our room and then saw the state of it and were very dissappointed and I can not stress how much dirt we found as I had to take pictures of everything. The sofa bed were so dusty and dirty that my husband became very itchy and started getting spots on his hands and face due to the dirt and the sofa had stains and marks on it everywhere. The duvets we were given were full of dust and as for the rooms, they were very tiny compared to what the pictures showed us. The kitchen had cobwebs and mould, dirt on the appliances so we could not really use it. The toilet floor was flooded and so was the balcony. This is shown to be 5 star but it is not even 1. The very first day we came down and already booked another hotel and asked for the tax money as we would not be staying for the 7 nights here. They took 2 hours to give us our 7 day tax money back and this was only €30. A group of men were at reception huddling trying to negotiate with us claiming they couldnt give it back as it was on the system now. The full price of the hotel for our family of 5 was €600, and we didnt get that back. However I will be trying too once I get back to my country.

Great place. Lovely outdoor view. Across the street from the mall. Splendid pool. Not too bad housekeeping service. Only bad thing was shower plumbing service.

Great service and we enjoyed our stay.

Nice quiet and spacious apartment. The hotel is very close to the Al Mazar Mall and the MEGARAMA cinema. What is missing is the soaps in the washbasins, there was a lot of dust on the floor and the lounge chairs. Surely no one has settled in the apartment for a long time.

The experience at the hotel was very good a very nice place to go with family and if there are kids they have everything to have fun their pools their park their game site… All right.

Nickel for the price.

But despite its great hotel.
Direct access to the Palm Plaza * * * * * I recommend to all. Quality side/price + right in front of the shopping center Al Mazar with Crossroads and a lot of clothing shop restaurants and games for the little ones.

I am satisfied with some employees of the hotel madame Naima, Madame Ilham, assistant madame fatima Zahra and the cleaning women madame Asma et Aicha, otherwise everything dirty, pool music loud tag and night stinking air (gully), mosquitoes (my son already stung (have pictures of it) Expensive creams bought but unfortunately … Etc.
Reception is a small office, don't be fooled by pictures of the hotel.
5 star plaza hôtel but not palm Appart, we came home this morning tired, annoying at the end …
Luckily we still have a few days to recover.

CE n est pas in hotel de 5 étoile mais 2 Étoile max.
Anarchy without end, No How Know, no white what, mold in the bath … Etc.
Les vacanciers qui ont un autre avis que le mien, pour moi ils nous habitués à la saleté et le désordre.

Perfect place for families, clean and apart rooms are well equipped.

Nice. Large pre pool of all convenience.

It's a calm relaxing place. I loved it too much. Reception behaviour was a bit anoying at the begining, but it was a great place.
