Breakfast was included, and absolutely nothing was missing. Freshly squeezed orange juice, choice of fresh fruit attractively laid out, choosing all the additions to your omelet, baguette and pastry baked on the premises, tea cakes, a veritable smorgasbord. Well worth the price. The entire staff was very accommodating with a cheerful demeanor, although everyone wore a mask. 4.5 stars.

Very good stay worthy of a 4stars staff very nice and listening very very good food to recommend without hesitation.

Good hotel, cold air, nice buffet and bar.

The Hotel very nice, comfortable, service very attentive, especially the waiter Youssef that I take him to work with me to Tenerife. SPECTACULAR amenazamos to come back.

A quiet modern clean and friendly hotel. The rooms are very large and comfortable each with a balcony looking out or into the courtyard. It's a bit of a walk into the centre of the city but there are usually a couple of cheap taxis waiting outside or if not reception will get one for you. There is a shopping centre nearby with a supermarket if you need one. The restaurant provides a buffet style breakfast with loads to choose from, both hot and cold. Evening meals are varied and tasty. Finish off with an ice cream from the great ice cream parlour next door. Be aware that the pool is not heated and being in the centre of the courtyard does not get a great deal of sun, so it is cold outside the high season.

The hotel was really nice and clean. The breakfast was okay, the dinner was really nice. Overall the food was tasty. Only thing I would say that was not great was the shower in the bathroom which was broken, so it was a bit wonky when using it. Other than that everything else was great. The poolside was nice and relaxing. The staff are very helpful and friendly. I would definitely come back to this hotel :)

The hotel has aged badly or it is poorly maintained (outdated of some equipment in the rooms and the rest of the hotel).
Breakfast is very limited and well away from the 4 * standards like other hotels in Marrakech that we subsequently tried.
The hotel is very poorly located more than 1 hour walk from Jemaa El Fna square. You will have to cross a long desert of vacant lots (no man's land)
A big misunderstanding visibly between some staff who say for 3 days in a row that the restaurant has the menu for lunch is closed and that there is just the snack, while we discover by insisting a little more, that a service is p to the goodwill of the staff.
The rooms are small and uncomfortable.
Finally, we decided to cut short to this experience with the booking agreement 4 days earlier than expected, so we asked the Manager to be able to leave by being billed only 3 nights (with in charge 300 euros Dextras in the hotel! ).
The latter did not deign to move after several solicitations and thus refused to answer our request. We therefore paid our entire stay after 3 nights without any commercial gesture.
Bad faith and falsehood on this request pushed us to leave for another establishment.

"Very nice hotel"
The Roach has invaded us! Room large but empty just like the hotel just like the neighborhood where it is located. Ghost town way too far from the attractive areas. The hotels in Marrakech took a shot of old and many move away from the Western Standard 4 *. Service, frame, arrangement, offer, breakfast with the bare minimum… We wished to leave after 3 days by simply adjusting these 3 nights with the booking agreement but the Director did not want so much. He did not bother with our request to come see us. The staff even lied to us about his presence while the receptionist told us he would be there at 2:00. No commercial effort, no customer support… Very far from the frame posted on the site.

A small haven of peace in the heart of Marrakech. A 4 * that would deserve its 5th star in terms of cleanliness, service, otherwise super Deco spacious bed room huge and mega relaxing nice Pool A nice breakfast and a menu quite varied. Thank you to the team to the small care and AAA. I recommend and would come back for a weekend.

Great place, with a spacious, well equipped, modern rooms. Tastfull and various meals selections, great services, not too big but complex building! But far from the city center…

Very good hotel to rest. Staff attentive and responsive whether at the reception, housekeeping, catering.

Nice clean hotel. Lovley spa. Very clean rooms. Food very nice. Only things that stops the rate being 4 star instead of 5 are… The pool is very cold not heated too cold to swim in at this time of year (*feb) anyway. There is little variety or choice of desert. Our room was nice but at the front of the building and the guard dog barked for most of the night and the constant barrage of motorcyclists up and down the main road also kept us awake. The town is not a 10 min walk by anyone's standards as described and took us 15/20 mins in a taxi-Each time the distance was the same and the price changed sometimes even doubelling what we paid to get into town to get back. The staff are fluent in French and Arabic but spoke broken English some of whom more so the younger ones were very friendly however some were slightly arrogant! The library has only French written books Other then this and the hotel was nice and as mentioned very clean.

I stayed at this hotel at the end of January. The place is well maintained, very quiet, the staff at the small care, the breakfast very varied. J remove a star because the pool is not very large and surrounded by the walls of the hotel of the coup after 2pm more sun, all the deckchairs are in the shade.

The worst spa without a doubt. Bad service. Poor breakfast.

Hotel offered large room, pleasant restaurant & bar. Staff cooperative, but by no means attentive nor hospitable. Room sparse — no water, no food of any description. Nothing living or welcoming. The only hotel in two weeks in Morocco that did not offer water or tea and small bites on arrival. Would not return here, there are many better alternatives.

All good, a bit removed but with the shopping center near the supplies.

If you're looking for a quite place go here, the menu isn't update tho, so many things yiu might ask for will not be available.

Good location with very large rooms. Restaurant, bar, pool and spa on site. Some minor maintenance in rooms needed to address mostly cosmetic issues.

Great hotel. I really enjoyed the cleanliness of the room and the clarity of the pool. The breakfast is also top notch. The staff is really nice.

Very nice hotel. We were here only one night due to Lufthansa strike. This place is very comfortable and safety. With fitness and spa. The price is corresponding to the quality.

The hotel was very nice inside, with a lot of modern touches…
The gym consisted of 3 cardio machines lined up in the hall…
One waiter during our stay made it very unpleasant, as soon as we orderd any thing damanded payment even if you were in the pool… Not very relaxing.
The swimming pool was very good, a refreshing alternative to the boiling hot sun… if you want a tan and can stand the heat… it took me a few days, but that's the weather in Morocco…
This is definitely a couples holiday hotel, a great place to stay and switch off from a busy life…
We found going to near by gueliz a modern town cheaper and nicer to eat out then the hotel food in the evening…
Some of the staff and I'm sure you know who you are made our stay enjoyable and the way they worked in the heat remarkable. Well done

My last criticism was breakfast, we stayed on a bed and breakfast based trip… the sign outside the dining room said from 7am-10:30am… they were never ready until 8:30am and the food was sways cold. We complained about this and got complementary drinks at lunch time, but then on our last day-which I may add is supposed to be there feast day, the breakfast was not ready and we had to leave at 7:30am for the airport…
The question is would I stay there again = No.

Pool filthy, room at 16 hours and din service roommate (left photo) we booked in advance and tell us that you no longer have a baby cot and sleep on the sofa (baby of 20 months! ) I I disagree.

The evening buffet is varied and fresh products: vegetables, fruits, meat and fish. The record is too long. No fresh water fountains and water bottle costs 2.5 euros: water for a family budget is too expensive. In addition, it is prohibited to return with drinks purchased outside. The parking lot is not covered.
DJ refuses to put Eastern music, that of US rap. He just forgot that the tourist comes to Marrakech to seek the expatriation. Finally the retail, I highly recommend.

Just returned from a four day break, excellent hotel, very friendly and helpful staff made for a very enjoyable break would certainly return.
