The staff members were very kind, helpful, and friendly. The woman who prepared breakfast was especially lovely, and we truly enjoyed all our interactions with Shaam.
However, the riad rooms are extremely dark. If you’re someone who likes to do makeup, it’s basically impossible due to the lack of lighting—even during the day it was way too dark. The riad also has issues with dampness. We stayed in January, and the blankets constantly felt wet because of the humidity.
Breakfast was very limited and consisted almost entirely of carbs, with no protein options such as eggs.
The stars I gave are entirely for the staff members, as they were wonderful. The riad does have a good location as well.
Very nice place! Located in Medina is near the old historical city of Marrakech!

This is THE worst Airbnb I have ever stayed at! The pictures make it look nice and clean but I assure you that is not the case.
There were cockroaches everywhere; the pool, the kitchen, and we even found one in the bed!
My husband messaged the host but he did not reply. Then proceeded to give him a bad review on Airbnb which I promise was all lies. We took pictures before we left just in case he tried to say we did something that was not true, like he did!
The leftover coffee was found in the fridge and the milk was ruined. My MIL asked her to change the milk and the person that stays at the house agreed it needed to be changed — after they had already served breakfast. The breakfast was awful by the way.
There are also cameras pointed at the pool and all the way up the foryer. I didn’t feel comfortable staying in my room because I found the cockroach in the bed and I felt like I was being watched.
I never leave reviews. I really advise you save your money don’t waste it!
