A special thank you to Aziz at the reception, who truly made the difference. He was extremely welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile.
My husband, our baby, and I stayed at this hotel for four days, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the very beginning, the staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive.
This hotel is beautiful and perfect location! I wasn't expecting the best given some of the mixed reviews I read online but honestly, I loved my stay here. Stayed here a week ago for 6 nights.

The service was amazing and the location was perfect. A grocery store was just six minutes away and Medina was 25 minutes on foot. There were taxis and horse-drawn carriages outside.
El Andalous Lounges & Spa Hotel is a very nice hotel in a great location. The rooms are a good size and comfortable.
Helpful nice staff. Clean room and good breakfast buffet… Outside restaurant and café so nice with Moroccan vibes… Each corner in the hotel reflects Moroccan culture in lovely way… Highly recommend.
So this hotel has been slated on reviews so I want to give some balance.
Room was good also can get taxi easily but expected to have kettle and microwave. Also toilets not that good, shower curtains were dirty and toilet seat was not fixed. Staff was good.
The rooms are affordable, comfortable, and clean, offering a great view. Adjustable water temperature, AC vents, and air conditioners.
