Appart-hotel Marrakech Inn

Marrakech Inn Rooftop was an amazing find. The atmosphere is warm and relaxing, with stunning views over the city. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional.
The food was delicious and beautifully presented, with great value for the quality. It’s the perfect spot to unwind with a cocktail while watching the sunset.
Highly recommended — I’ll definitely be back!

The hotel needs an update. Lots of things broken and it’s nextdoor to a construction site, so it’s noisy and dusty. Maybe after all the construction is done around it, they can restore it.
I recommend the spa for a massage and a private swim on the blue lights and warm underground pool. The pool on the roof is full of dirt from the construction site next door. There was a crane hanging just overhead.

The receptionists were really nice and welcoming. Very accommodating, we got early check in and helpful. Service was every day with no issue.
The issue was work next to the hotel, with loud drill sound 9:30-5:30, one hour break. If you want ti stay in your room at these hours, it is not easy to focus or relax. We had family room, so we on the side with loud sound, though our shutter was down and window closed all day. Will stay again only once that work finishes.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Marrakech Inn. Our rooms (2 bed apartment) were clean & spacious. Slight smell of drains in the bathroom, not unusual in Morocco.
Staff were really helpful regarding sightseeing advice and taxis (In Drive app).
The roof terrace is a highlight — much better than expected. The pool is clean and cool, with nice seating areas and a relaxed vibe. We loved chilling there after a day in the souks.
The area the hotel is in is a bit scruffy — the whole Gueliz area seems like it’s still being built, so even thought it is trying to be smartened up, lots of pavements are under construction. We didn’t feel unsafe at all, but it’s worth knowing it does feel like you’re on the backstreets (see photos).
We only walked to the medina once — its v straightforward but took around 45 mins, so we taxied the rest of the time. We paid between 30-80 dirhams depending on time of day and type of taxi.
Breakfast was decent — bottled water, tea/coffee, delicious bread rolls, ham/cheese, fruit, cereal and some Moroccan veg, sausages, as well as hummus, olives etc which we don’t eat for breakfast but looked nice!
All in all a great, very well-priced base for exploring Marrakech, if you don’t mind taxiing 5-10 mins back and forth to the medina.

The location is a plus. It's a walking distance to everything. Nothing to complain about here. Very nice, friendly and helpful staff. Pleasant rooms with a comfy bed and pillows.
Large communal area with a good kitchen comfy chairs and sofas.

They need to bring more life to place.
The sound is too high and staff is dull.

I celebrated my graduation on the rooftop of the hotel! A great buffet, varied food and good price/ quality rate! The service is great, very nice and responsive! The rooftop is amazing! Great view, small pool decorated with lights! It was a great experience.

Stayed here for three nights. The staff are friendly and helpful. Whenever we needed anything, they were happy to help in any way they could. They even brought me a cake to the room for no extra charge as it was my birthday, which I appreciated. The room we were given was very nice and spacious. The bathroom door was difficult to open from the inside so we kept getting locked in. The electricity in our room cut during our first hour there. We had to move rooms because the receptionist said that the maintenance would be a 30 minute wait. Our new room was also nice. Same issue with the bathroom door, hard to open. The kettle was also broken, but I was provided with a new one when requested. They provide towels, toilet tissue, handwash, shower gels etc in the room and a cleaner comes daily to clean and change the bed sheets. The spa is really really good, the massage was one of the best I've had and the private pool is really beautiful. Once you book the pool, you can have it to yourself. We did not visit the rooftop public pool so can't say much on that. The Wi-Fi was very shaky on the first day but improved as the days went on. There is a KFC, Starbucks and McDonalds in the train station which is a 7 minute walk from this hotel. It was a nice place to stay in an area that was close to the train station, taxi's and main places you would visit on holiday, but I would say they need to work on the maintenance of the hotel and fix the small issues for it to be a more pleasant stay.

The staff is super friendly. And that’s the only positive things.
1-TV was broken during the entire stay, even tho I mentioned it nothing was done.
2-they claim to have a swimming pool, the free one is more of a jacuzzi (about 50cm deep) cant call it a swimming pool.
3 — no parking lot, had many disputes with people on the street asking for pay whenever I get in the car even after telling them I’m staying at the hotel and parking the car right in front of it. And they charge a fee for the night (about 10€).
4-rooms with no views but walls.
I’m not coming back here and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The rooms are very clean and spacious, the pool is very tiny and the staff are quite friendly, I would recommend this to anyone wanting to stay in Marrakech whether with family or alone.
