My wife and I just finished a 3 night stay at Riad Fes Nass Zmane. Everything was great. The location is perfect and our room was specious and comfortable.

Three reasons that this should be your choice for Riad in Fes:
1. Staff was incredible. Owner Lotfi was there for everything we needed and went above and beyond.

We stayed in Riad Fes Ziyat and Spa in Fes in October 2025. We loved this Riad. It was very comfortable and the staff were fantastic; nothing was too much trouble.

Our stay in this Riad was very comfortable and familiar. The staff was always helpful and the services of very good quality.

We stayed in Fez for 4 nights and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The Riad is beautiful with authentic Moroccan design and architecture.

You may wonder why yo are walking down an empty alley, but this Riad is worth finding. Beautiful courtyard, beautiful rooms, excellent prepared breakfast on good dinner.

Stunning Riad — we’re so happy to have stayed here at the end of our trip to Morocco! We had trouble finding nice mid-range riads in Fes, so Cle de Fes was an amazing find.

Charming Riad close to old Medina. Unique bed rooms and quaint sitting rooms. Lovely private pool and terrace area. A incredibly friendly staff who welcomed us to share their Riad as our own home.

No disappointments on room, service, breakfast. Very clean, courteous staff.
Don't expect to find this place easily or to just walk out the door to shops.

We stayed two days in Riad Sara on the ground floor. The riad is beautiful, with very spacious rooms. The courtyard was amazing — very beautiful and spacious, a perfect place to relax.

Traditional, comfortable and well placed within the Medina close to the Blue Gate. Staff are outstandingly friendly and helpful. Well worth a visit.

I stayed her with my parents and my family. Wow what great service. We got collected from the car park and once we got to the raid we got a welcome better than a 5 star hotel.

Calm, love the view, the tajine was excellent, clean room and spacious for 2 adults and 2 children. The pool was great, cold mountain water. It was great during the hot summer days.

The Stay in this riad was a very pleasant and charming one. The host and / or manager is very welcoming and caring.
Also the riad is very beautiful and easy to find in the labyrinth of the fes medina.

The owner of this hotel is very knowledgeable. He not only provided traditional Moroccan dinner and breakfast, but also offered a lot of advice about the old town and the local lifestyle.

Excellent riad, located at the entrance to the Medina, easily accessible by taxi from the train station. Friendly staff, clean, cozy. Very comfortable mattresses to relax and get a good night's sleep.

We stayed in Dar Milouda for 2 nights, our room (2 adults + 1 kid) was on the last floor, the room was very big (2 single beds, 1 queen), clean and the beds were comfortable.

Mousa and his staff were very friendly, helpful, and provided ultimate hospitality. Plave is located in the centre of old Medina very close to the university mosque. Nice view from the roof top.

Foods amazing and homemade by the ladies. Something else you eat in Fez. Also the location is good, near the blue gate and on a beautiful rooftop. Def an hidden gem!

We did like the location since it’s in the border of the Medina, so for moving out with taxi we don’t have to walk much (3 minutes) for getting out from Fez — El Bali.

The Riad is inside of the old Medina but close enough to a street so that drop-off with a taxi is easy and suitcases do not have to be transported very far by foot.

It was an incredible experience staying at Riad Farouzi! We loved staying right inside the main Medina, so close to all of the main attractions and markets.

The owner spared no expense with the remodeling while preserving the beautiful hand made tiles throughout and original fountain.
