Hotels in Fes-Meknes with Breakfast

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Every now and then, as travellers, you discover a place that makes you wish you could stay just a little longer. For us, Riad Joy in Fes was exactly that.

My family and I stayed at the Riad Joy at the end of May, over my birthday. The effort that the staff made to spoil me on our check-in/arrival was like nothing I have experienced.

The most beautiful accommodation I’ve stayed at, ever. Every tiny detail is a story by itself. Everywhere your eyes land, they cannot look away. The service is top notch, the location is great.

This riad was absolutely amazing—truly one of the highlights of our stay in Fes. The space is stunning, from the beautifully designed interiors to the rooftop with incredible views.

Fantastic place, terrific hosts. Abdul speaks perfect English, Ismael also communicates well, especially when it comes to Futbol! The entire staff was friendly, breakfasts were awesome.

The hospitality was absolutely incredible and we felt warmly welcomed from the very first moment.

This was an exquisite Riad in the heart of the Fes Medina. I chose this because of the reviews and it exceeded all expectations.

This beautiful hotel will be a place where you can relax and feel truly cared for. The staff are both extremely professional and extremely sensitive to the needs of their guests.

This is a very local-style homestay in the old town, with a beautiful environment. I really love this place so much!

Wonderful accommodation in the center of the Medina. Big rooftop terrace for breakfast and good views over Chefchaouen.

Wonderful experience at the Jardin des Biehns. Artistic Oasis in the Fes Medina. More of a bohemian design vibe, than one of polished marble and butlers.

This is the most beautiful place I have ever stayed, the garden is stunning and everything in my room was just perfect.

Just go! This riad is a good example of paradise. The main hall is incredible, beautiful, spacious, bright and tastefully decorated. The staff are very attentive. Ali was extremely helpful.

We had a wonderful stay, imbued with serenity and made special by the presence of extraordinary people.

Great place close to the Medina with good food. We were here for three days in March and they had live Moroccan music in the evenings till 18:00.

Dar Lys Luxury Riad & Spa was where my family stayed for our last two days in Fes, Morocco. The hotel is in the old city, within easy walking distance of the souks, local sights, and restaurants.

Beautiful riad, great location, and helpful staff. The location is great, nearby many attractions but not loud.

The Riad Adarissa is very very good. All the staff are lovely and very helpful creating a home from home experience. Haddou is great company and a very knowledgeable gentleman.

I spent 2 nights in this fantastic Riad with my fiancee.
Staff very kind, great hospitality, and also a wonderful breakfast!
Our room was so big and clean…
We felt like at home!

A gorgeous riad, well designed and beautifully appointed. It is really well located, the staff are wonderfully friendly and helpful, the breakfasts were delicious.

Beautiful and authentic. Genuinely Moroccan vibes throughout.
What made it more special was the staff. They were incredibly kind, genuinely present, and always ready to help.

We stayed in Riad Fes Ziyat and Spa in Fes in October 2025. We loved this Riad. It was very comfortable and the staff were fantastic; nothing was too much trouble.

We stayed in Fez for 4 nights and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The Riad is beautiful with authentic Moroccan design and architecture.

You may wonder why yo are walking down an empty alley, but this Riad is worth finding. Beautiful courtyard, beautiful rooms, excellent prepared breakfast on good dinner.

Amazing experience!

Riad Layla in Fez is a relaxing accommodation in the medina of Fez. Once you step through the door the peace and quiet is wonderful.

Riad Ranya is a beautiful place with good energies.

I felt like home. It is up to improvements, but the familiar treatment makes up for any lacking aspects. I would return if I ever come back to Fes.

As usually. The stars means “how they meet my expectations”. Ok. The stairs to the “purple room” are really steep (I able imagine that someone simply unable get up to room). Aircon able heating.

POV: We stayed in 5 Riads during our trip in Morocco. Traveled 19 countries.
Location: The location is a bit hidden, hard to find sometimes. View from terrace was great.

We arrived in Fez late in the evening by train. Our host, Hicham, had already sent us a message that morning saying he was expecting us and would be happy to help if we had any questions.

Great stay in Riad Baba. The staff especially Hicham were very welcoming and professional. He was able to give us directions on how to navigate the city and helped us organize a taxi to the airport.

We traveled around Morocco for a week and were very fortunate to discover this incredible Fes oasis at the end of our journey.

This Riad was the most amazing. This was the largest and most detailed room we have ever had on our vacations. We booked 4 nights in Fes for my wife's birthday trip.

Beautiful Hotel — Lovely staff — Great Restaurant. The hotel and the rooms are gorgeous and the staff friendly and helpful. Our Tour group is really enjoying our stay here.

This hotel is insanely cool! Every corner has a feature cooler than the next. The detail, the decor, the tile work😱 the rooms are made out of fantasy stories stuff!

Traditional, comfortable and well placed within the Medina close to the Blue Gate. Staff are outstandingly friendly and helpful. Well worth a visit.

I stayed her with my parents and my family. Wow what great service. We got collected from the car park and once we got to the raid we got a welcome better than a 5 star hotel.

Excellent riad, located at the entrance to the Medina, easily accessible by taxi from the train station. Friendly staff, clean, cozy. Very comfortable mattresses to relax and get a good night's sleep.

I had a very good experience in this riad! The room was beautiful, cozy and clean, the breakfast was included and really good. The price is very good for what it offers.

Super place to stay. Tarek is fantastic. He took me for a journey into the maze to get some amazing authentic food.

We had a two night stay here and our arrival took our breath away. The central areas with their two storey atria are beautiful and breath-taking.

This was such an amazing place to stay. In a great location to explore the Medina. The breakfast was always delicious and if you get chance to eat dinner there it was definitely an experience.

An absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The atmosphere is calm and beautifully designed, combining luxury with authentic charm.

We booked 4 nights at this Riad and loved it.
Great amenities: perfect breakfast included and good food if you’re looking for something to eat there instead of going out.

Excellent Riad: service, hospitality, food, room size and cleanness, general vibe of the place is amazing. Would definitely recommend.

Riad Toyour has easily been our favourite Riad in Morocco. From the moment of our arrival, our two hosts made us feel so welcome.

If want to live in the heart of old Medina, this place is for you. Their rooms were huge, super clean and staff and owner are very kind.

Great place to relax after a day of walking in the old Medina. Thank you Salah and Ismail for the amazing experience.
