It is so good! I have only been here for 3 days and I am in love with Morocco! Try to get a guide called Youssef from hotel reception. The food is great and the orange juce to, the menu for brekfast is brilliant, for diner, you get 10 or 6 dishes, the staf is good to. The place is great for kids and ther is a lot of activites to do (like potery and cooking all around fes).

Very very disappointing. For the size of the Accord hotels this one does not accept credit cards. No prior warning was given which was most inconvenient. The breakfasts are shocking and the price of the laundry service is exhorbitant, especially when it is mixed with someone else’s. A missing item of clothing was found minutes before departure and was still wet. On a positive note the consierge was extremely helpful and charming, but I wouldn’t stay there again.

Nice view on the whole city to the pool and the bar on the 9th floor.

Perfect, the top, massage, Moroccan bath, alone, as a couple, to be pampered for more than reasonable rates! To do absolutely if you are in the corner… it's worth a visit! Thank you to the STAF and the owner!

The room was fine but the food was very bad.

Good service and kitchen not bad.

We were only 2 nights, but the hotel at first glance found us comfortable, clean and cute, and the staff were very friendly too.

Nice rooms and decent breakfast.

Good standard hotel. The rooftop pool and bar a pretty nice for a refreshing swim after a hot day in the city or a sundowner drink.

Good location. Nice, clean and quiet. Pool at the top.

All in all these are great performances. The bedroom terrace on the 7th floor is great. On the other hand, cleanliness is not at the level of a 4 star! Black shower seals, floor towels with traces and threads of wear hanging… In addition, the shower head was coming off the wall…
Another negative. The hot water seems to be scinded!

Buffet Breakfast and dinner quality is really lackluster, the selection to go to a nearby restaurant to eat is the most decisive choice.
The roof pool has a nice view, the people is also very less, often a person exclusive. This is accommodation down the best experience.
The rooms are clean, can only say can barely reach the four-star hotel standard.
During the day the sun is very strong, after a long day only to pull the curtains.
