The hotel needs a good maintainance. Rooms where terrible as paint and plaster was peeling or falling. Parking is terrible as you have to park undergone with steep entrance/exit. I would not recommend a stay here. The only good thing was that it was in the centre however the owner with bit of spend on it would make a good central hotel. Maybe the hotel reflects the state of Fez, run down, neglected, poorly maintain for locals as well tourists. Maybe the powers to be will do something to make Fez a good place to visit.

Nothing Grand about this hotel. Reception personal and cleaning staff were super helpful though the hotel was not up to standards. The bathrooms need an urgent fix and the bedrooms need to be upgraded. Having said this, the hotel was clean.
