Very good strategic hotel place all were wonderful a tip: watch out for the taxi scam and don't hang out too late at night…

Nice hotel. Clean rooms. Decent service.

Good hotel but very bad staff, Mr Abdo, Mr. Hamid, Miss Umaima very rude, Miss Jihan ok but can be better. Still not understand why the hotel charge TAX when the booking application Agoda says payments including tax.

I stayed at the Farah Maghreb a few times mainly due to the perfect location, helpful and charming staff, large and comfortable rooms. I visited many hotels in Morocco, in this case the quality versus value is close to perfection. I will continue staying at this hotel anytime I visit Casablanca.

Really a in the hotel, nothing is missing. The restaurant is great, friendliness and sympathy. I recommend it.

This is a smoke friendly hotel. The lobby is misleading. The looby is nice but the rooms are old, dirty, and things are broken and missing. You can hear the traffic outside and people/tv's from the next room.

I had a great experience. Rooms are comfy. Staff was awesome. But most importantly I loved the food. Overall very decent hotel. 4star!

Good hotel near the bus station CTM it gives seen on the Boulevard of forces Royal armies very excellent for the Organization of events it has a nice pool well decorated with two event rooms and a very good restaurant it is also close to the railway station Casa port.

Farah Casablanca is located in the heart of Casablanca, a 5-minute drive from the Hassan II mosque. The property is 3.1 miles from AnfaPlace living resort and 3.7 miles from Aïn Diab Corniche.
All rooms are well equipped. They are equipped with an Internet connection and a cable/satellite TV. The private bathroom comes with a hairdryer and free toiletries.
Local and international cuisine is served at the on-site restaurants. Guests can enjoy a variety of drinks at the bar.
This hotel offers a business centre and a spa with an indoor pool and a gym.
Casa-port train station is a 5-minute walk away. Mohammed V International Airport is 15.5 miles away. The Farah Casablanca can arrange an airport shuttle upon request.

Terrible, typical 1 star hotel but they charge for luxury hotel… they do not have breakfast for diabetics and the sweetener had to be ordered in the kitchen…

Security Officer is not 눇great and not modest so badly train and believes that he is a policeman is really to have like this agent at the main gate in hotel that has 5 star?

On a tour we were given rooms in repair or they were already being occupied.

Very bad acoustically insulated Hotel. Lots of noise from cars, whistles and trucks from the outside. To be a 5 star has many shortcomings.

Excellent location… all very clean, tidy and nice.

Hotel with lack of maintenance, covered bath, burnt light bulbs (2 in the room and 1 in the bathroom), towels and soiled sheets. The room we were allocated overlooked the one avenue and we had a lot of noise during the night.

The location is strategic while the service is not that good. It should not be classified as 5 star.

I did not like it because it allowed smoking in the loby and in the rooms it is all with cigarette smell.

Shower does not work, TV not, room key Sometimes, breakfast buffet disastrous: little choice, plates quickly empty, no cups etc.

What you would expect from a 5 star hotel, eventough I have seen better.

Staff at the reception not really friendly and helpfull. They gave me the key to a room that was not cleaned. The hotel rooms need renovation.

My experience staying 1 night at the hotel is reflected with the rating. Since we had a morning flight into town we showed up at the hotel at 11 am and we're told there is no way of checking in till noon, no problem with the wait time we went to have ther overpriced breakfast buffet with barely a few items left. Showed up back at noon and had to wait another half hour since the cleaners were not done with making out room, but the hotel was on the money to collect there resort fee and the taxes owed on my pre booked hotel cost not thinking about customer service. The rooms were outdated and to top our our stay neither of the A/C worked in the 2 rooms we had booked and it was scorching hot. Called the front desk on 2 occasion reg. The A/C but no one showed up to fix the issue after false promises. The beds were not comfy and the blow dryer didn't work in the washroom either. Since we were on my there for one night we toughed it out without cashing a big fuss. Upon check out I was told that one of the 2 rooms had not been paid for since I had pre booked the hotel rooms prior to my arrival on a 3rd party website. The manager came over and advised me to pay for the 2nd room not thinking for a second to contact the 3rd party company to confirm as to why they did pay while I showed the payment proof to the manager in my hand.

The hotel is well located, the rooms are nice and the hotel team at the service of the customer.

Good Location city center near the port, free parking.

Situation bad rooms for furnishings, cleanliness, bathroom, hallways access, elevators, indoor pool with pigeons and related leftovers. Low-level Reception,. Central location with very noisy traffic, often locked and non-functional windows, broken curtains on the ground. I do not recommend absolutely.

The lux of the hotels I visited in Casablanca, the staff is very friendly and their dish and buffet nothing to say.

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms large and comfortable, but the deal is horrible, the employees treat you very badly and even ignore you.

Five-star hotels but the internet is almost impossible to use. Compare the appearance of a general business hotel with no local cultural features.

Staying at "Farah Magreb Hotel" Casablanca, Morocco (a 5-star hotel). Bad service. They don't even provide "kettle water boiler" to boil water in case you want to eat some instant noodles and/or serve coffee or tea. I can only order hot water from the room service… Internet speed also sucks! Very very very disappointed. I think they need to learn from other International hotels such as Holiday Inn Tangier, where I stayed a few months ago (a lot better services). In summary, this Farah Casablanca is NOT recommended at all.

Its too noisy, u will hear cars beeping all day and all night long. I was on the 11th floor and asked to change my room. The housekeeping just started opening my door, without even knocking before, without saying anything, and I was naked. When I told her why she doesnt knock, she was saying something in French. My colleage called room service and they just hanged up the phone. Just dont stay here.

Classy and elegant hotel. Top location short walk to old medina. Excellent free buffet breakfast.

Hotel looks nice, convenient near the old Medina. But Empty restaurants, empty swimming pool, looks nice but does not invite to swim in it, breakfast bad quality. Wifi in some rooms totally gone. Sometimes you are lucky. Minibar in the rooms is empty. Bottle of water via roomservice is 50 MAD.

RECEPTION
They don't know Spanish. Correct treatment. If goods loaded with suitcases, accompanied you a buttons. There is an ATM that local currency at own reception can be easily removed.
ROOM
Correct dimensions and has space to distribute things. Cleaning well, except the outside of windows, whose cleaning can do it room service. It has the somewhat worn carpeting as well as the head of the bed. Beds very well: mattress, bedding… This pretty well sound-proofed.
TOILET
Full, though a little small. The shower very well, as well as towels. It needs a renovation. What is dangerous is to access the inside of the tub, because it is very high and there are no loops where to be able to hold to avoid accidents especially if you already have a mature age
DINNER
Correct, although there was not much variety.
Wi-Fi
The signal that is received is acceptable.
SITUATION
It is best to your situation: you can walk to the old medina in 15 minutes. There is a taxi rank at the door.

No service. Exhaust fan in bathroom not working and door does not close. A big drawer is faulty and fell down on my leg. Made a complaint but no one to listen.

Very nice away from the city hotel. As taxi driving in Morocco is very auspicious but this is problem germ.

Amazing pool in the third floor, with nice gym equipments. I will come back sure.

Nice lobby and breakfast, you can skip dinner. good service but old unmaintained rooms, the window can't be closed, the safe didn't work and didn't have minibar…

Nice hotel with good business facilities. It has a good location in Casablanca.
