This was my first time staying at an Ibis. It was perfectly placed, everything we wanted to see was within walking distance. The room was clean and serviceable, exactly what was needed when we were going to be out the majority of every day. The restaurant was fantastic, an excellent range of food and the breakfast spread was expansive. Will stay here once I am back in casablanca.

Comfort, near the city center, clean, excellent and fast service, wonderful welcome. Very nice hotel well organized. Simply I enjoyed my stay.

Friendly staff. Poor ventilation in showers, drains don't drain fully. Towels are paper think. Holes in sheet. Bathroom filthy. Tiny television. No room service during the day. Booking was done through work travel team. All members of team were unhappy. Would not recommend staying here at all. Also breakfast is sausage and egg everyday with lots of breads.

This a good hotel price quality correct.
Very own reception as kitchen service open 24 hours a day.
But on the other hand the staff not very nice, welcomes should be better.
To visit the perfect city, located in the center next to the train station.

I give 5 * for the quality of the welcome also a good value for money I recommend.

Downtown Casablanca close to shops right now there is work next door and so bcp traffic the day.

I find that this hotel is not up to the standard of the Ibis: very used towels, miniature TV and unprogrammed channels, tired rooms, breakfast really deplorable in terms of choice and quality, poorly designed shower… The only good point is the location of the hotel right in the city center!

Like all Ibis hotels you have the same design of the rooms.
I loved my stay. However the service is unsatisfactory.
Also for two weeks of my stay I found the buffet breakfast identical. It was getting boring and monotonous.
Well located and allows to have a train quickly for several cities of Morocco.

Good location, good views, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The mattress of the middle bed less than a finger of a hand… My back's still sore. And tried to charge me something Q was not my match. I had read the same comments, Asiq would not be the first time.

Rooms are rather shabby, and dirty (old clothes that hang out, hair of former customers who hang around, tiled bathroom filthy, towels so worn that they no longer wipe…) and breakfast aceptic, tasteless and well Industrial! In short, very expensive compared to the price and especially if you compare to the services of neighbouring hotels for a price sometimes lower!

Well placed and price correct. Inconstant kitchen and mediocre breakfast. Otherwise very nice staff.

A very deteriorated and dirty Ibis hotel that for more than 100 euros a night in double room is not worth visiting. The breakfast buffet is neither breakfast nor buffet as it does not have much assortment and many things have to be ordered. Not recommended for now.

Ít was a wonderful hotel. Shared it with a class mate on a field trip to Morocco. It was so wonderful. The breakfast served at the hotel was good. We all couldn't wait and that served as a great incenitve for us to rise early in the morning. The hotel is also very close to the Harbour and the center of town as well as the old walled town.

Not recommended. If you want to rest don't come to this hotel. A lot of noise from the first hour. Bad breakfast. No cups, no spoons, no napkins, things are caught with your hand. Instead they are very much aware that the ground is clean. The chivas of cleanliness are very annoying. I wouldn't go back.

The reception is rather bad. I asked if I could be recommended a restaurant in town I'm told: there's plenty of restaurants. I ask for a map of the city I am answered: We no longer go to the Novotel!

Clean, organised, same quality service you would expect at any other Ibis. However, be careful with the taxis available in front of the hotel: we had asked for a simple taxi to take us to the Hassan II mosque (under 10 minutes ride) ; we ended up negotiating with two separate drivers who were interested only in taking us for day tours at overpriced rates.

Ideal for seminars and training. Except that there is no water to drink in the rooms and the iron is still not available!

The Hotel was very clean and the breakfast was very good. The coffee with the handle of the fork because they do not have teaspoons and the lint await you under the bed so nice friendly service.

Good location. Do not expect poor ibis quality you know from Europe. It is much below that. Breakfast is inedible and composed of cheapest possible products. It is third day my bathroom sink surroundings were not cleaned (same greasy spots since I moved in). Shower offers constantly changing water temperature and pressure. On good side — AC unit does not make too much noise. The hotel is good for introverts — no one from staff makes any efforts to greet you or talk to you unless you stand in front of them for more than 6 minutes.

Great location next to the train station. Reasonably clean and spacious rooms. But besides this it's so-so.

The hotel is well placed in relation to the city center and the train station, great for a meeting or a work trip.

No air-conditioned baby bed inappropriate breakfast very average. For a very limited hotel chain agreement. I advise.

Room and bathroom fairly residing. Grubby. Curtain must be washed urgently. Breakfast very good.

Affordable rooms in the center of town, minutes away from the train station. Free Wi-Fi, with a bar and restaurant available for guests. Overall a great deal!

It's a hotel that may seem expensive but here in Casablanca quality — price is the best you'll find. My room was perfect, clean, quiet and very comfortable. Definitely worth it.

Hotel very well placed 4 min walk to the great Medina.
It is located next to the Casa port station.
The rooms are OK.

The staff were very friendly and attentive.

This is a clean, tidy and well maintained relatively new hotel. It is situated near the port and across the road from a train station. There a number of good restaurants nearby and also a large market complex. There is a restaurant and bar on the ground floor. Breakfast was reasonably good and at a good price.

Very freindly and welcoming staff specifically the barman Nabil great customers service very helpful. Will definitely recommend this hotel. Be back next year.

They open your door without knocking when ever they want. It's so annoying.

Worst hotel I've stayed at! Horrid service. Horrid rooms. Avoid at all costs!

It is good, just good, not excellent. What I like best is that it is very close to the railway station, just opposite to Casa Port.

Nice hotel, clean, good located, nothing special, but all you can need for short stay. Maybe they need to put more toiletries (shampoo, towels etc)

The Ibis is a business hotel. It is located in the heart of the city and is well served by taxis that seasoned them out constantly. The breakfast and the bar are very small.

Great service, very friendly and friendly staff, serene environment, rooms are very clean and also great food.

Very good location, very nice staff but the structure is to be modernized.

Malisimo, relationship quality / price very bad. Bad maintenance, rooms small and poorly maintained, towels of bath old and worn. Very bad hotel, there are other much better options in the Center. I've been 3 times that ospedado worse.

A great view of the upper floors, including on the old median and a pretty neat home.

For an Ibis? One of the best I have stayed in. Approaching more than one Novotel… Exceptional quality/price ratio. Very professional, friendly staff.

I'm not happy because he m have pay 480euro for 6 days instead of 480euro for 7 days really I wanted my change I'm really not happy.

Hotel not recommendable relationship price/quality malisima. Small rooms and mal olientes bath towels old and worn out. The breakfast and dinner buffet scarce and of poor quality.

Great budget hotel! I'm an Accor member, so I do get member price.

The wrost Ibis that I stay in my life, poor service, the room smell terrible. Never more.
