Beautiful place for a couple of days away. Just what we needed.

Amazing, relaxing just what we needed.

Excellent hotel.

Hotel was very nice, clean, comfy, spacious and really stylish. However staff is unfriendly/rude, slow and they cannot speak any foreign language. Food was bland with very little choices. Very little choices in drinks as well. Pool and spa area was clean but crowded. Would not visit again.

Staff was rude. Upon arrival the receptionist literally got mad at us after we asked him to leave our suitcases at their office until our rooms were ready. Then, after we got back from skiing, we asked one of the employees to show us the ski room, instead she said "no ski room" (where in fact there was). The rooms were noisy due to some electric problems, I had to call the reception 3 times (every 10 minutes) until finally the technician showed up.

Cozy hotel. Nothing at all around. Very small bathroom. Poor breakfast.

Half the grout was missing from the bathroom floor, totally gross. The drain in the tub would not work A bottom piece of the shower door was off and leaning against the wall. The toilet was directly up against the tub. The buffet breakfast and dinner we're bland and tasteless. The eggs had more liquid than solid, not sure what the liquid was. I felt like rather than trying to have good tasting food they were checking boxes. They had a very good selection of fresh fruit at each meal.

4 stars… in the winter ok, but in the summer some rooms have too little ventilation possibilities. In general it is what you may expect from a 4 star hotel: nice design, the food is good, professional staff, the spa is also good, with very little use of chlorine. Lets see if the management can solve my problem with the overheated room for night #2… (a fan is nice, but not to sleep with) Problem solved, upgrade to a cool room. The junior suite is very nice and has a good value for money. I recommand this Hotel in beautifull Montenegro.

All right, but there was no air conditioning in our (509) room.

The hotel was large but still cosy. The swimming pool was perfect: large, little or no chlorine, warm, and dimly lit. The spa looks nice. Food was mediocre but relatively cheap. We first ate à la carte but switched to the buffet (€15 pp) the next day as it wasn't especially nice and the buffet was ok. The staff doesn't always speak English well or at all. The bar is nice and drinks are pretty cheap too. We went on a quad/ATV trip with the organization within the hotel which was awesome although we didn't have the weather on our side. It was expensive (€380 for two ATVs, a guide for three hours) but very enjoyable. The same organization also hosts a variety of other outings including rafting the Tara river. The staff wasn't very helpful or friendly but the guides were super nice.

Very big and beautiful hotel with an excellent spa, friendly staff and a decent restaurant. The surrounding area with abandoned buildings and garbage could be improved, though.

The place is amazing! Must say that it was the most relaxing trip I ever had. Thank you to biyanca resort and spa.

A comfortable hotel (large room, swimming pool, spa) offering a very nice buffet at all meals.
The staff are attentive to the customers.
In short, a great place to spend a holiday near a family ski resort and little crowded.
Montenegro is a very nice little country!

Very well located, good service and gentle approach from the staff. The place is quite convenient, the trip to reach there is easy, small town, nice skiing places.

Nice hotel, one of the best in town. Great feeding. Your pool. In general, the claim for luxury (by Montenegrin standards:) ), but there are nuances that spoil the impression-somewhere dangling switch, poor quality implemented sewage. For 130 euros per day (room for one person), I would like that such nuances were not:)

The best Hotel in Kolasin. My recommendation.

The hotel is awesome. To the top to get back in shape! The massages are divain. The gargantuan buffets and the very good wines.

Beautiful hotel — for adults only. It is really pity that this kind of hotel do not have some good kids playground instead of small room which poorly equipped. The food was well prepared and tasty. Two indor swimming pools, sauna, well equipped gym and realy nice lobby. The closed terrace is great place to have a coffee while snowing outside.

Its a really nice hotel for people that are looking for an adventure and also for relaxing in your room or just use the included sauna and other more stuff like indoor pool, gym etc. Have a nice holiday but still want to remind you that is quite expensive in comparison with turkey hotels like Royal Taj Mahal, but its still so great…

One night stay — off season. Good deals and staff very helpful. Good and clean facilities (gym, pool, sauna). Spacious rooms bathrooms. Buffet is diverse and also kind to vegetarians.

Fantastic resort in a hidden area of the country, idyllically located in the mountains and far away from any large cities.

Enjoyed a 2 night stay. Everything was good, staff were very helpful, room and food all great.

From 8th to 11th August 2017 I stayed at Bianca Hotel. Despite the building is spectacular taking into account it was built during communist regime, I feel I can't say any good things about it. It hasn't air conditining in the rooms although it is a 4-stars hotel. Since it was August and the building is made of wood (because is thought to hold people keen on winter related sports), the heat was incredibly high. The hotel staff was utterly unpolite when asked to solve the heat issue. The lack of cordiality was also perceived by my fellow travellers at the dinning room, the swimming pool and other facilities. Safety measures in the bathroom were also very poor. Bathtubes are slippery and dangerous and not suitable for a 4-stars hotel. The alarm in case you had an accident is hidden beneath the tower holder, on the opposite corner of the bathtube. I wanted to talk to the manager, I ask for it repeatedly, and he would only show up a few minutes before departure. I will never be back and I can't recommend this establishment to anybody.

Not bad place to relax but… 4 star is what I give :)

We were couple and kid from agency and some how we got 3 separate beds, in our room on the first floor the Wi-Fi did not worked. On the rooms level there is playground for kids but when our kid played with others crew told us that they making noise. Nothing to do with kids in the hotel. Was very hot in July no AC in the rooms.

Big hotel mostly used for catch tour stop overs. Food was buffet style and very bland and not good. We went down to eat around 20.30 and not much left and nothing replenished although told restaurant was open until 22.00. Room was good and clean. Pool was nice but water cold. Jacuzzi was not warm enough either. Reception staff not friendly or welcoming. Would not stay here again.

The prices of the spa with discounts that are confused so that we do not understand the operation and hop not today the discount …
Cabbage, cabbage, cabbage such is the menu of the buffet …
The soundproofing of the rooms is bad.
The architecture is original.

We are actually in the lobby of the hotel. We have a very serious problem. The bar of the hotel is already closed and no one accepts to give us drinks with the excuse that the bar is closed. How come a the bar of a hotel is closed at this hour? This is not acceptable! We ate very dissapointed. We hope you will find a solution asap.

Nice place but do not forget anything in your room at the end of your stay. We forgot 3 jackets… but only 2 were given back the very same day. The reception just says 'Sorry'. This is not what we would expect from a hotel of this standing!

Summer is pretty boring.
