The location is great but the hotel is VERY SLOPPY. Viejisimas Furniture and carpets. The towels very ugly and old. I'm staying alone for the location.

It is a very old hotel, but the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Didn't liked this hotel. The rooms felt old and smelly, shower towels looked so dirty and a hard bed. Good location, there's a couple of restaurants neerby. The people at the front desk weren't so friendly, plus if you ask for the TV control you need to leave a 100pesos deposit.

However, this is a functional place with affordable, clean and convenient rates… Optimal for a quick stop on your way through the city.

Good location between Guadalupe and Zacatecas. Parking is available on site. Regular room. Opportunity area: disorganized as they did not find the reservation, lousy service in the restaurant do not take the morning buffet. It's rich but not "refile" so that a comma is little lineed. The place is decent. Relationship price — quality is good. And this 15 min to the center. The bad thing was that upon entering the room had an unpleasant odor.

Lousy care, there is vale parking, no hot water, at least in my room felt a current of air, the food lousy, I tacos of arrachera and more well were onions with flank steak, in a double room there is only one thing per room and if you ask for more just give you an object for the bed regardless of who has more people in the room, air conditioning does not work, on the reception tell you the price they want, I had discount for recersavcion and when you reach me they wanted to charge more. If you come to an event and you you discover, you wake up at 9 am to see if you already emptied the room. It is not recommended.

The staff were great and friendly. My room was very comfortable with an awesome view. Not to mention the food was excellent. I will definitely return when I'm back in town. Thanks for everything staff of Hotel Casa Real!
