Excellent place with very good staff. Excellent attention.

It is a good place to rest, very clean and economical, good care, you need to change your fans for climate in every room.

Good service, aesthetically not very attractive but the location is excellent. Very full breakfast.

The rooms are very good, the restaurant of the entrance is good and accessible. The bathroom is small and there is little water, they could improve it. But inside it is a good option for 2 or 3 days in Merida.

It is an inexpensive option if you want a nice regional snack. Get a cubetazo or a "jarra de jamaica" (non-alcohol drink) with friends and enjoy a milanesa with rise, side vegetables and tortillas to make DIY tacos.

What a shathole. It should be 1 star and not 2 star! Location is central but for 530pesos per night plus booking fee we definitely didn't get what we paid for. As soon as we walked in at close to midnight after a long bus ride I knew it was already a nightmare but we had no energy to look elsewhere. It stunk of strong insect repellent, mothballs, old cigarette smoke and mould. Disgusting! The taps and shower head in the bathroom looks like it had mould all over it. Saving grace was a hot shower and good working aircon that slightly helped rid of the stink but not much. I'm pretty sure we inhaled enough spores in one night to last us a lifetime. Effing hated it!

Place of passage, economical and at affordable price. It includes breakfast. What if it's okay to start the day!
It is near a park and walking like 20min you get to the. US Embassy Ideal to do your visa process as they are close both places to take the photo and fingerprints as well as for the interview.

The Hotel is lousy. The worst Restaurant. Excellent location But there are many better by the area.

We loved our stay there. Location was great. People working there were very friendly and helpful. Especially a nice guy with glasses from the front desk. We had two options for breakfast and both of them were really tasty.

Although not what we expected, this hotel offeres a very affordable accommodation right next to the main square in Mérida. Decor very dated but the rooms are huge with more beds than needed. This hotel offers a good breakfast (2 options) which is included. Also an affordable restaurant with a very good food. The staff are friendly. You can also store your luggage after check out. It's cheap and cheerful, you get what you pay for. I'd stay there again and would recommend this hotel to friends.

Waited over 30 minutes for my take away food at the hotel restaurant downstairs and it was poor quality …

This is the budget place to stay IF you don't mind not having air conditioning. It's breakfast would do a place charging twice as much credit. It's location is very convenient for seeing old Merida. Staff are friendly. Oh and for us the shower was hot, so whatever was wrong with the hot water is now put right.

Hotel rooms were a little run down but at least it was cozy and had a/c it was also cheap… ok hotel for a cheap price.

Excellent location, right in the plaza principal of Mérida.
The value for money is very good, but being a cheap hotel, I recommend widely choose rooms with climate (they cost a little more, but at night you're going to thank).
If you're going to meet and walk through Merida and the surrounding area, this is your place. This near all the terminals of bus (15 minutes walking it more far) and to 30 minutes in taxi from the airport. NOT is a hotel to be during the day, just to get to sleep and shower is.

It is easy to reach the hotel is central to a side of the cathedral, the food is not the probe, but the rooms are comfortable, clean, and the best thing is that there is no hot water, the attention is good. When you go to Merida tries to move the truck because even though they say that the taxis with the meter cost less is a lie, I just got back and the taxi driver wanted me to charge 200 pesos for a trip so that water and to enjoy myself I'll come back in a month and I hospedare in the same place, greetings.
