NO HOT WATER IN THE BATHROOM, very small rooms, ants in the room, NO CLOSET.

Such a wonderful peaceful find in the middle of a bustling city. The courtyard garden is unforgettable.

Lady on desk very rude and do Not have the same criterion x inbx and over the counter.

Excellent location in the centre of Merida, Mexico. I loved the swimming pool on the terrace.

We recently had the wonderful opportunity to celebrate our renewal of vows in the restaurant and want to express it in the following way: excellent service. Our guests happy, the law firm, delicious and perfectly balanced in variety, beautiful facilities and it was the best choice for us. I highly recommend the place for all of the features that I just described to you.

It is a nice hotel and it is clean, the treatment of the workers is very good. Food too. Sometimes it fails that in the shower the showers have no strength and very little water comes out. The pool is small but has good maintenance.

Best hotel ever! For the wonderful pool on the roof, the super clean rooms, the amazing staff. They help me to call a doctor for my sick 8 months baby. Thank you so much.

Beautiful hotel ideally located in the city centre, and with a very beautiful architecture. Some problems with the shower (flow and temperature). The rooms are not very large but nevertheless comfortable. Perfect for a few days in Merida. Special mention for the free parking and the pool, welcome in the middle of summer!

Very well located hotel, very old and small rooms, somewhat uncomfortable. There is no elevator and the floors are very high. The service to the restaurant too slow, the food is well prepared although scarce. Proportional price-quality ratio.

Muy bien ubicado en el centro de la ciudad. Las habitaciones son confortables y limpias. El edificio es muy bonito, con su arquitectura colonial pero bien reformada, incluyendo la piscina con vistas a la catedral. El restaurante tiene el buen ambiente del patio con jardín y el personal amable.

This a very quaint hotel, excellent location, friendly staff, near all the local action, music dance and markets. His is one of the best Mexican hotels I have stayed at. The rooms are finished completely and nice renovated rooms. Staff is friendly and yay they're building an elevator, which should be completed by next year. My husband and I love this place! Also there is a restaurant located in hotel, which serves great food. ❤

Excellent location colonial building very well kept small but comfortable rooms air conditioning excellent and fan restaurants and deviervion in the center of Mérida at hand.

Hotel located right in the city centre with free parking. The rooms overlooking an inner courtyard and are very quiet. It's a good price report.
On the other hand we have not been fans of Merida.

Very Bad Experience. I booked an economic rate room at Easter and although I only spent one night there, I really couldn't rest. The room is half hidden, but clean and beautiful, it turned out to be disgusting: it is next to the room where they keep the things from the cleanliness of the hotel and in the Mornings-very early-starts a door opening and closing. The worst thing is that the room is also next to the water pump, you hear the noise of the pump; Turns out they turn it off until 12 am and they light it back to the 6am! On the night I noticed the noise I claimed to the front desk and they couldn't do Anything. The day I went back to claim for being abusive to not inform the customer about the conditions of that room (obviously if they did not be in service) but especially because it is the rate that is, as a customer deserved to rest and both the manager and the other PE rsonal, you could only tell me that I would take my complaint into Account.

Hotel located right in the city center with an inner courtyard which makes the stay enjoyable. Very quiet rooms with swimming pool on the terrace and indoor garden.

One of the reasons in the choice is for the location, quite central, the facilities are clean, it's a nice and nice place… plus the service is Good.

The hotel is centrally located in the middle of the action. Almost everything is within walking distance. Bars, Restarant, shops, everything nearby. The staff is helpful and friendly. The room was small but offered everything needed for one or the other night. Only the leaky door, which in case of wind annoying rattled (a backed backpack created remedy), the slightly low water pressure and the not promised TV program could be considered negative (well, gripe at very high level halt;D)

The location… the lovely courtyard… the pool… I loved that we had "our own little zocalo" as an entrance, off the main street. The price was great. The rooms are adequate, no luxury there, but the beds are good, the shower worked, we filled our bottles with cold water (on the first floor up) and the a/c, while noisy, worked, which we were happy for, both day and nighttime. The staff were nice enough, mostly Spanish speaking. I recommend this place.

Very good facilities. Kitchen, living comfortable and very esthetic. The rooms that give to renovation are very cold in winter and lack abundant heaters for all the rooms. Excellent cleaning.

Wonderful hotel in the best location. Price is reasonable but a touch higher than other comparable hotels in the area.

A small but comfortable room. Hotel is in a great location and provides free parking. Wifi is excellent at times but then seems to disappear. Had hot water last night but only tepid this morning. The room was in a far corner and we had to walk past cleaning and gardening supplies. For 1200 pesos I think they should do better. After expressing my concerns the staff was eager to set it right. We received a complimentary breakfast and a new room! They did do better!

A small hotel that tries to act more fancy than it is. Rooms are small with no views and poor access from central landscape area. Hot water is tepid at best. Wifi is intermittent, first strong, then no internet, etc. Better back up your work before sending as many packets are lost en route to server. Central courtyard is cluttered and overlandscaped forcing persons in some rooms to either exit through the restaurant or circle around through staff work area full of mops, boxes, laundry hamper and lawnmower. Restaurant is another dissapointment where they cover the stains on the linens with plates and cutlery so you dont see them until you start eating. The food is poorly prepared and expensive and I used to think that it was almost impossible to screw up breakfast. When my companion complained however, we were given a free coupon for breakfast and were moved to another room.

If I could give this place a 4 and a 1/2 I would. Free breakfast, rooftop pool and fountain courtyard were perks. Our room left a bit to be desired.

The hotel made me pretty, I did not stay there, but, we went to breakfast on recommendation of a local. Very bad experience, very very slow service, good food to dry.

No Valet Parking, medium rare access with the Google maps, the Wi-Fi never worked. A lot of noise on the ground floor where we stayed, I would look for another option.

Its an excelent place to rest after any event. The location is excelent to any other atracction in the city!

It is located in the center of Merida, is a nice spacious hotel with all services, clean and comfortable.
The pool is big, it helps for the kids to have fun.
It has a good location, parking is nearby so you can rely on leaving your key.
The very center of Merida we find this beautiful hotel, since you enter it looks very beautiful, it has antique decoration, it is classic, it is located close to several of the most important attractions of the center.
Walking you can get to each of them, has restaurant, the attention is good, tasteful decoration, the pool is great for the kids is on the last floor where from there apart from taking a refreshing moment you have a very historical view.
Very comfortable rooms of good size and practical.
It has parking a few steps away, so you are carefree about your vehicle as you walk along walking you are beautiful and musical streets of this beautiful city.

Very nice hotel in central location. The rooms are a little small but that's ok. Air conditioning is available and needed. In general pretty clean.

Great Hotel and the best location. I love the charm and history of the hotel. The staff were also very nice and helpful. Love the restaurant, it was a perfect place for meetings. Will definitely be staying here again. Only thing that could improve is the natural light in the rooms. There are shutters not curtains so you can't really have privacy and natural light at the same time.

Nice hotel. Small pool at the top floor. If you bring a car, you've to park it in a picnic public parking two blocks further. The hotel will provide you with a free ticket. No elevator.

Can't recomend this hotel. Try to find another. Pluses — is in the center of the city Minuses: -In my room Wi-Fi is not working good -Air conditioner is installed strict above the bed and blows on your head. -Old building and bad looking building. -Breakfast start at 7-00 am.

It is a lovely place to stay. The price — serví es is reasonable and the personnel are always happy to assist you. I will definitely come back and recommend it to everyone!

It's in Mexico so if you have traveled around you get to know what's good and not so good. This place is authentic and very reasonably priced accommodation for what you get and where it is, its in the centre of all the action. Across the road is a great pub and restaurants abound. Pool on top to relax. Great place would love to come back.

My only complaint is that the suite we stayed in had a shower with very bad and strong stench coming from the shower's pipes :/ other than that it was wonderful! Staff was great, friendly and ready to help! The hotel itself is quite clean and beautiful! Didn't get to use the pool, but I'm sure it would've been nice! Love this hotel and love the town which was just steps away from the famous cathedral, shops, and the carriage rides!

Excellent location, very good service and beautiful interior courtyard. The best is the terrace of the hotel, located on the top floor. It has swimming pool and beautiful views of the Cathedral, the evening is great for lighting.

Great location a block Cathedral, the rooms are rather small but they have enough, also have a rustic touch, are friendly at reception.

I like small, good location, good service, honesty which is what more I appreciate.
