Great service! Clean, the receptionist are kind, rooms are decent, nothing to fancy. Well that opinion is from the simple room, maybe the expensive ones may fill your expectations, the gym is not to big, but you can make your workout fine, pool is fine, restaurant is fine too, the place is very cozy, perfect for business man, and family too!

In my opinion is the best place in Xalapa… The staff were very friendly and helpful. And very good location because I find everything very close.

I was super charming I went to about XV and the lounge was big, there was good service, good quality of bathrooms.
What bothers me a bit is that if you want to get your car to the parking lot they tell you that you have to pay the parking separately and are 20 pesos for 3 hours.
Apart from the lounge I was struck that it was like a square where it was lounge and other things more.
Unfortunately I could not visit the other things although I would have loved it.
