Quite good, it is a resting place, it is nice, the attention of the staff, especially the host at the entrance, is excellent, assists you effectively throughout your stay, the disposition and courtesy is your sores. Highly recommended.

Nice place in the middle of down town. Restaurant could improve in the selection of meals.

Good location Right rooms with air conditioning. The bathroom with low pressure but correct. Very good attention. Very full breakfast.

A quiet and beautiful place. The staff are very friendly and the rooms are very good. They actually have a colonial touch that ties in with the style that has the historic center of the port of Veracruz. There are quick access roads and many interesting sites to visit. Perhaps the noise of the railways can be annoying, especially in the evenings.

Bad service, expensive hotel with moth. Breakfast expensive and bad.

The best is the heated pool. The regular service. Spacious rooms but with a bit of a deterioration. I don't recommend the beach it smells like draining. The price is a little high and more without reservation.

Very disappointed by the mini size of the single room are the girls that one hotel the location is perfect and the friendly deal. Ñ, at least the single room is not worth what it costs.

Excellent for relaxing as it is quiet and although this in the center you will not hear the street noise.
The pool area has a tree that gives shade.

It is a hotel that has all the amenities, but its facilities although in good condition, are not modern. Paying in restaurant with TDC implies going to pay at the front desk because there is only terminal there. The parking lot and the gym are small. Good service, attention and friendliness of staff, in that aspect are excellent, congratulations on your staff.

Very comfortable, very clean, beds and pillows super soft, the staff clean friendly. The only downside I asked for room change and I was assigned a smaller and sloppy, zero maintenance. Out of that detail. I do recommend it.

Check out is at 1 but they locked us out of the room at 1230, kept turning ac on all the way for 17c for the whole day when it was chilly outside. 0/10 do not reccomend.

Very good location (3 blocks from downtown). The building is old and very well preserved. The rooms are simple in design. It has parking and a swimming pool. The staff is friendly at all times.

The staff was very friendly and comfortable. But… To the bathroom of the room 222 you need air extractor to ventilate smells. Something urgent needs to be done with this.

Not as yet accessed but went to a hollyday inn in veracruz and so the 4 stars.

Very good I recommend it.

The first time that one arrives at the hotel is excellent, if you arrive for the second time in the hotel care is poor and delayed or never bring what you ask. Also there is no privacy that hotel employees opened the door of your room without warning and there are also small cockroaches, but there are very bad.
