Great quiet sleep. Comfy large king bed. And nice pool to take a dip in. Hotel buffet looked great as well!

This is the second time staying here and I really like it, rooms are always clean, everyone really kind and nice, everything is walking distance, and food and drinks are good!

August 2025: Great Holiday Inn location, the rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was great with fresh fruit, tasty pastries, and local/international options.

This hotel is what any person on business or pleasure needs. Quiet, clean, good beds, good sheets and towels and excellent restaurant. Staff is very nice and helpful. Highly recommended.

Solid, traditional basic hotel. Nice staff. Extremely clean. Comfy beds in ample rooms. Three blocks from the center, and bordering the lovely riverwalk and its little zoo.

This is amazing property with gorgeous design, an ideal location in the Pueblo Magico of Orizaba, and the kindest staff imaginable!

Perfect location, the house is clean, the kitchen is fully equipped and there is hot water. Fernando and Maria made me feel like home. I didn't want to leave this peaceful place!

I had a great stay here and met another solo traveler and we ended up traveling together for a little bit. The hostel was small but everyone I came in contact with was nice!

Good place to go was passed, very comfortable and spacious, also the place is very quiet, you rest at ease.

Rooms are dated. We felt it was a little bit expensive for what we got. Extra breakfast (when booking online) was quite expensive so we did not get it. Front desk staff was not that friendly.

Reservations were made on Hotels. Com and check in was very easy. Room was just as promised, beautifully decorated. Rooms opened up to courtyard with fountain.
