Excellent hotel, stay at the property was very good, the rooms are very comfortable, the kids really have fun in the pool, the green area very nice, let alone the attention paid. Very close to shopping sites, restaurants, the historic center.

Is not really a five hotel, may be four is the correct. The rooms so clean but not have refrigerator or microwave not have space enough. The cost is very expensive. In the future I will choice other options. For ex Hotel Posada De Tampico is the same rooms more cheap same service.

The reception is very nice, it has a grand piano. The service is excellent and the food is delicious. The price is comparable to other luxury restaurants.

The bed is very uncomfortable, when you touch the rooms with rear view, there is a very annoying sound of an air machine, do not vacuum daily, they do not have coffee in the rooms. The pool is always very clean, the facilities good, the breakfast is very complete and rich, the service people are friendly. There's live music in the bar area. Beers are very cold. The country bagette is highly recommended. In laundry they don't give you a copy of what you leave, so you're in danger of not being taken all the clothes you left behind.

Comfortable upper tier hotel in Tampico. Clean, well staffed and multilingual. Large pool and patio area. Buffet breakfast for a fee. Good air conditioning. Caters to a mix of international business travelers and some locals.

Excellent Hotel, I work as a DJ for private events and it is a hotel with a large forklift which makes the entrance of the equipment easier. Excellent staff service.

The Grand Hall of the hotel is the star, for social events I believe in my point of view, is the second best in the city. Quality service, facilities, parking, privacy and good cooking are key points that they handle at 100%.

The hotel is beautiful, the pool is large and the design drawn to the background makes it look more. The rooms are spacious and clean. It has a bar and a Gym area. The place is good, the only detail is that in the pool area it takes a lot of waiters to attend.

The hotel is nice, only the restaurant service is too late, you could spend hours without taking your order. The facilities are comfortable and nice, only need to improve that part of the food.

Is a good place for small and medium events. The facility was really intuitive on the locations. And the a/c and ilumination was perfect.

Bad, book King size bed and gave me a double bed. When I checked in the hotel was at 20%, of its capacity but it gave priority to those who booked direct at the hotel, this is the first time I have a situation like this, which hurts that it has been with a hotel chain that is said to have good services.

I went to a conference and the attention was very good. They were on the lookout for what we were offered and the reception very friendly:)

The room is very nice and comfortable. The shuttle service to the hotel/airport is a great help. The only bad thing is that the pool was in remodeling and could not be used.

Hotel expensive but very good to quality. The restaurant gives good service and although it is also expensive it goes according to the quality of the food. Highly recommended although it is good to check the room as it is a place where many foreigners stay and give the same smoking inside the rooms.

I had a great time at the New Year's Eve dinner-dance, I recommend it.

I have come to this Hotel several times and always everything is regularly OK, but now I don't know because the rooms are very cold. There is no heating in the AC system, but they already provided me with an electric heater and that is good. But it's not normal, it's weird. Normally although it is cold outside inside a house or room and Habitandola is heated, not because here not.

It is a good way place to sleep, good rooms with elegance, also offers a good way buffet in the mornings.

I've already been to two halls of the Camino Real. The main one is excellent however out of it the others fall considerably level.

Very good hotel but the water to take shower was very hot while using the cool water I don't know why.
