Nice hotel. Cafe is basic with Mexican food only. Menu is in Spanish language so guess work if ordering food. TV programs dubbed into Spanish language. No English. KFC and OXXO convenience store next to the hotel.

Hotel well located on Hidalgo avenue of Tampico, the facilities are old but clean, fails in the staff that the truth is not attentive and they serve you reluctantly, the breakfast included only consists of watermelon, papaya and toast, despite everything close you can get work around many shops whether for walking or eating.

The. Location of the hotel is excellent, the rooms are Lacking maintenance, the air conditioner in the room makes a lot of noise you have to decide if you sleep with weather and noise or without weather and the restore very small and in high season you practically have to Eat standing up. But overall the experience is good.

Your continental breakfast leaves a lot to be desired, 3 types of fruits, coffee, toast and nothing else, I do not understand why they do not standardize breakfasts throughout the chain of hotels they have.

The location is very accessible as it is right on the avenue, it is an economic place, the rooms are small but they have what it takes, there is a restaurant next door and KFC on the outside but being on the avenue there is a lot of car noise.

The location is excellent, it is centrally located and has pathways to the Center and To the shopping plaza Altama in which you can have fun for a while, the service is excellent and the coffee ufff without words the cost is acceptable and the rooms are very comfortable.

If you go to Tampico for work I think this is a good hotel for you; It is in the center of the city and on the main strip, it is easy to access anywhere.

But your going for vacation and having a good time, it may be a good place but for the location is not the best, it is about 20 or 30 minutes from the beach by car, it is very far to walk, you would have to take transportation services (and to what I understand There is no Uber yet).
The hotel rooms are fine, (we ordered one for 2 adult and 2 children) The aviation was two double beds, the room was a little small but it is OK to go to sleep and rest.

It's a 3-star hotel that says it's 4. There are better hotels x the same price. They went into my room without me asking them to do the toilet and they took my towels. They stay old who scream and never let sleep.

Nearby there is a Oxxo, and enough to eat. It is a 10 minutes by taxi from the centre of Tampico (count 50 pesos) and has Z5 minutes from the beach (as the rate was all from 60 pesos to 120 pesos… the premises will surely have better rates)

I stayed around 2 weeks, the service is very good, the staff that really works is very friendly and attentive. It has spacious and very comfortable rooms. In the restaurant they serve very good food especially at lunch, I recommend the eggs special Rancheros.

The hotel was completely middle of the road. Service was decent, although it took a lot of talking to get even small favors. Breakfast was not bad, seemed to be all precooked things, but that is to be expected. Overall, it is a decent hotel for the price in the event of an overnight stay.
