Pros: accessible entrance, gated parking, amazing showers with great pressure, friendly and accommodating staff, late check out for registered guests, big window with plenty light coming in, ice, hot water, coffee, and tea at lobby, vending machine with toiletries and snacks, again, the staff was amazing. Cons: some bad bulbs, some bad fixtures, nothing that dampened my stay.

Quiet and clean. It has a parking lot next to it. It. There is a Mall very close but I didn't go there, everyone advise me not to go out in Reynosa so I rather stayed at the hotel.

The worst stay I have had in a hotel of this chain, I would not recommend it unless I was compensated for the bad service I received. I reported a sprinkler that didn't have the lid and squirted out the water, as well as the sink covered and throughout the week I was there they were not taken nor bothered to repair the flaws much less a call to the room by tracking the repair that Supue Stamente were going to perform. Another point and very bad, is that neither by mistake, he spent a lavadita to the bathroom, which by the way, with that would have realized that the sink was still covered. In short, no lavatory, no repairable shower, no wash basin, no wash toilet, not a day washed! LOUSY SERVICE! If I return to Reynosa, I'm sure I won't return to that hotel… At breakfast, we had to touch the doors to the service staff to ask them to cutlery, that napkins, that tiles for the coffee… No no no, very bad service in generates… And the Internet, pffff to see how long it takes to upload my complaint…

It is the best economic option when you visit the border, apart from the breakfast included, very clean and central, within reach of everything, you can ask more…

Hotel specializing in providing comfort to its guests. They have all the necessary services and more, as well as preferential rates for workers of several companies. It is close to peripheral square so it is in a very convenient location. This is my preferred hotel when I come to Reynosa.

Unlike other hotels in the same chain I find this one very sloppy and with a nice little hygiene. I hope to improve.

The employee who attended me at the front desk did not give the impression of being qualified for the job, asked us for information on a transaction that could not be done in time and form because they did not send the data. The rooms to be Reynosa, they were pretty good.

Nice facilities but did not serve the e tractor of the bathroom nor the dryer.

Very small and the reception slow, unfortunately guests who live in the hotel very noisy, would not stay there again, the only good points are the snacks afternoons and that the lunch you can get it as well as the coffee.

Could improve the cleanliness in the rooms. I have been to several different hotels and this has been the only one where I found small details to improve. I guess this was the first City Express they built. (This does not have USB input in the contacts and the finishes of the bathrooms are different from those I have visited).

It is a good place and very quiet to rest, although they must replace and renew details that begin to deteriorate, not to decay.

Me encanto la ubicacion del Hotel, se encontraba en un lugar muy transitado y con ello la facilidad de llegar a diferentes puntos de la ciudad. El servicio excelente desde el trato en recepción hasta los servicios de la habitacion por los trabajadores con una gran actitud positiva. La habitacion amplia, limpia, impecable y demasiado agradable para la noche que me hospede. Sin molestias. Gran calidad.

Invoice service was not the best but was a small detail. The room is excellent for business trips as well as the breakfast.

Comfortable space for having a nice and quiet dinner. Location is ok with other hotels nearby and a shopping center.

Wonderful customer service. We had a very comfortable.

Lousy, dirty everything, the rooms destroyed, nothing works and everything smells bad… the halls with broken ceramic, is missing elevator buttons, a lot of noise at night is heard all… lousy the culture of the guest as this destroyed nobody cares… just one Night Cancel and for very little more there are better options.

Good place to spend time if you come on business.

Small place yet they have great customer service and they try to give solutions to any issue you could have.

The hotel is very good from the access to it. The room and the bed very nice and comfortable. In my case the night included the breakfast which was hot and rich.

Horrible Customer Service! I made a reservation online because they advertised their complimentary airport shuttle service to the Reynosa airport. Per my reservation confirmation, I was to call them to set up a time for my shuttle; when I called to request a 3:30AM shuttle, I was informed that they have limited shuttle service hours which would not meet my needs. I then requested to have my reservation cancelled, and the receptionist informed that cancellations could only be made through their reservation line which is an 800 mexico number. No matter how many times I tried to call the number, I couldn't since I was calling from the US. I tried calling the hotel 4 more times after not being able to reach their 800 line and they decided to ignore all of my calls and not assist me. This is by far the worst customer service I've received.

The room looks old, the bathroom fixtures are shabby. The food is good like others City Express.

Be me makes the hotel more comfortable for the price paid. This front a plaza and in the Avenue main of the city.

Good Service, nice and clean rooms, breakfast included and under 800 pesos forma a night.

Currently am hosted by issues of work and the truth nothing recommended, breakfast very bad and not always there is in amounts for all them guests, the room smells much to humidity, not you dan maintenance, the toilet of it room lousy, not change them sheets, not aspire it carpet, not shake for nothing and the cleaning of the bath leaves much that wish.

Very bad internet, the air shower even had hair of a previous guest.

Very good attention, girls bedrooms, is however very clean and with necessary amenities for a quiet stay, I would like them to have a good system of cable.

Very bad! The savannas of the quarter did not change them, were stained and with hair, after having left my lap top and suitcase in the room, I went out and on my way back I reported that accidentally you had assigned to another guest room but that he was dining out, I had to get by checking that anything is not missing. Ah! And the cherry on the cake, the room smells horrible humidity.
Apparently the quality with respect to the cost of the room seems right… but after all this if you prefer to pay a bit more by place clean and the reception staff to be competent and not discussed mistakes with the register of guests, don't mind me the honest and simple place always when this clean and staff is organized I did not like anything the experience in City Express.

They are very determined in soaps and the toilet paper and lack them charisma to serve alos customers.
