Nice hotel. Friendly front desk staff. Room service. Play attention to your job. No coffee in my room. No coffee desk in the lobby. Big minus point.

Very good facilities… The rooms are spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. They got a 10 with the end promotion. Special week to have a good time with the. Family… The halls for very comfortable events.

The air conditioner was not enough for a public event. They should consider that the outside heats are very high and that the crowds even though they are seated also generate heat. Improve your ventilation systems.

It's a comfortable and very clean place, tho some of the appliances seem a little bit old fashioned. (room phone, alarm clock, coffee machine, t. V. ) and the customer service ain't that good either.

MUI comfortable and pleasant, we spent one night, and rested super father, also have kitchen and Buffet and is MUI Rich food, plus MUI friendly and excellent service.

This is just a review of the breakfast buffet, overall good, the dishes were tasty. There is an area were you can get quesadilla made and eggs to your taste, with plentiful of options to add to your omelet. The restaurant its elegantly decorated, a very nice environment.

Very well the facilities, is a large hotel and as an advantage is facing the central bus, a VIPs, a Cinemex and a soriana in case guests want to leave and not transfer by car or taxi, as you have very close those places to walk, good location.

I've only been to the conference room and the event area. The places are comfortable and the capacity of the place adapts according to the needs. Recommended for a conference or business meeting.

I ordered the parillada for 2 for 700 pesos or 40 bucks. It didnt have any flavor. Get the arrachera or a filete minon instead. The service was quick and the wait staff was extremely nice. The place is nice for a date or business lunch but not very many come here.

It's okay because the rooms are sort of big but one downside that I experienced is that the windows are like covered in a foggy paper so no view.

Very convenient location a few blocks away from bus station and international bridge, pool is nice catches a lot of sun, rooms are ok, they need some freshening up to make them nicer, restaurant is excelent very reasonably priced. Meeting rooms are also convenient and nice.

Excellent location, fast access to downtown and the international bridge, the industrial areas are a short drive away. The hotel is under renovations but its looking good.

Music was playing over the speaker system in the lobby at night and coming into my 2nd floor room, keeping me awake. There was a puddle if water on the bathroom floor but they cleaned it up within 20 minutes of me calling the front desk about it. Otherwise, a comfortable room and good breakfast.
