What would make it ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐, is that the pool was heated and there was noise insulation in the rooms.

Very nice place, very helpful staff. The food is also very delicious. The only thing to consider is that the beds are narrow.

This last time we went on October 6 the attention of the reception person was very bad, from the welcome, then the pool closed and cold and to bathe the boiler off. It is a pity that for one person one misses this beautiful place, since in our past visits the attention of the other lady was very good. Hopefully they will change it. But at the moment zero recommended.

We loved it! It is a small hotel, but very beautiful and we got very friendly staff, the breakfast very rich, the girls enjoyed the garden, the very nice decoration campirana and Mexican.

I paid a reservation in my wife's name and the owner was very impolite and not at all attentive, she lacks too much experience in customer service.
Some young people stayed at the hotel, and unfortunately in the room opposite and they were making too much noise, it was 3 AM and they were drunk singing.
We could not make use of the pool by the young people.
The lousy restaurant, for the cost not worth it.
The next day we decided to go to another hotel because of ethical issues of the hotel.
Either all the reviews are from fake profiles or I don't know, on hotel booking platforms such a Hotel has average ratings, and now I understand why.

Take my wife's birthday to give her a day full of details and romance and they fulfilled everything, super recommended and everything in time and form, the incredible massage but the temazcal was undoubtedly the best for Alfredo the shaman who transported us to the depths of our onslaught and spirit.

The attention to hold events is not good, the hotel is very nice, the facilities, the rooms, however when I went to ask for reports to make my event the girl still did not have ready the quote that via email was left to send us a week before, the day I visited the place I still did not have the quote since their chef was on vacation and could not do it, to this day I still expect said quote… I don't doubt the place, it's quiet and cozy but I definitely didn't like your customer service.

Excellent place to spend a good weekend in Atlixco, the rooms are spacious and very beautiful, you can ride a horse and also have a Temascal and spa, this small as it only contains 8 rooms but very quiet and the service is very good, the staff is very friendly and in the restaurant the food is very rich.

The rooms are 10, it is a very new place, the attention is fantastic. The food in the restaurant is very good and they have a delicious house mezcal. We had a problem with the sprinkler, the strainer was clogged and the water was leaving the bathing area but nothing very bad. I recommend it very much!
