Hotel 20 min. From Valle de Bravo village, the reception at reception can be improved by the hosts. The double bedrooms equipped with electric interior fireplace, shower, nespresso coffee machines. The green areas very well maintained and pruned. It has a large pool and a restaurant overlooking the hills of surrounding saun. Being such a golf course and hotel the vans help you get to all parts of the set. Recommended.

Suitable location. Clean rooms. Service is remaining is lousy, just because of being a person of color (moreno) I was attended later and annoyed when asking or asking about what I ordered. Therefore people outsiders (foreigners) treated them faster and with attitude and etifledness.

Very good food. Very nice. Just two or three people who think they're doing you a favor. But the most excellent.

The place is magnificent. The golf course, pool and pristine tennis courts. The food bad, not recommended to eat there if you like good seasoning, besides that the price is haute cuisine and it is not even so much.

Long time since I visited the hotel (maybe 15 years) and had a pleasant surprise. Rooms are remodeled, elegant, and highly recommended for a weekday or weekend. We used the hotel for a offsite meeting and service throughout 3 days of work were great.

The service is extraordinary, the place beautiful, the food delicious… The Killing beds you fire. Pliiissss Change those mattresses.

A place to enjoy. It Has everything. The only downside is that the service in the restaurant (only on one occasion) was lousy. However the hotel compensated us with a room upgrade. It Allows the late check out and the pool is always heated. Would always Return. This time it was anniversary weekend with my wife.

Beautiful Place. The Restaurant has good breakfast buffet. The Waiter service is not good. The rest, all very well.

The temperature of the pool was the right one, excellent service and the delicious dominical buffet. Some chilaquiles that red to the wood-fired oven that were apparently the specialty because we had a lot of people waiting.
But the wait was worth every minute!

Could not recommend this place. Wi-Fi is horrible, kicks you off every 5 minutes and makes you log in again. They change the password every day, but no one seems to know it. We arrived to no electricity, with no generator back up. The coffee maker was broken, the gas fireplace, which is the only heat, worked intermittently. The phone was also broken — couldn’t even call the front desk. The maid skipped our room during the day, and we had to get it cleaned at 8 pm. Not worth $200/night! Way better places to stay in Valle!

We went to the restaurant and excellent service also ordered some delicious caramel crepes as few.

It's a very comfortable and cozy place to spend time with your family. It's pricy but in my opinion, worth it.

We have always felt spoiled here; For more than 40 years it has been a special place for my family, and we come back every time we have the opportunity. The facilities are top notch, in full food service and the golf course is world-class. Children have a lot of fun in all the areas they think of.

El hotel esta en Avandaro con excelente orientacion y clima. Muchas actividades que hacer. El hotel es seguro y auto se queda perfectamente estacionado. Requerimos de una atención especial la cual fue brindada por el gerente y nos resolvió todo perfectamente bien. Recomiendo ampliamente este hotel.

Great place to spend a weekend.

Ever since I was a kid, it's always been amazing coming here.
I have never been a member, family have a home, but I remember how it has changed since the 90s and it's really worth.

It is a place full of forest, excellent atmosphere, beautiful views, pleasant climate, in the restaurant it eats delicious, excellent attention by the manager of the restaurant, the swimming pool, tennis courts, football and csmpo of golf, in very good conditions.

All very good, the place is very nice. The only detail I've seen pointed out by other users is that they leave a lot of time without picking up the room service plates in the hallways. It looks bad and can generate pests.

Beautiful Place however Ñas rooms are very removed from the attractions such as the pool, courts, golf course and Restaurant.

Very nice option to spend the weekend in Avandaro.

The hotel is very nice and the location is great. The swimming pools and the perfect terraces. The restaurant is nothing special, to the limit that is worth what it costs. The golf course is beautiful but it is, like all, an ecocide.

Excellent place. Comfortable rooms. Good service and high quality food. I went as part of a group of the company but I think it is more suitable to go in "couple" mode.

Spa service truly sucks. I asked to have my hair done in a certain way and it was done however the stylist desired. I did not like it and said to please do it a different way but she said I would have to pay double. This makes no sense, I am paying for a service and if I do not like it then I do not have to pay for it. Makeup was done under 10 minutes and was a complete mess. Colors did not match and eyeshadow was heavy, even though I stated I wanted it light. I brough it up to the lady saying it is not looking how I want it to but ahe continued doing whatever she wanted. Please do not, for any reason, go to this spa. You'll walk out disappointed. Please consider hiring more experienced stylists.

The place is nice, is surrounded by green areas but can improve, not paid little but the attention of the maid was deficient, the fireplace never on and do not have air conditioning (if anyone needs) the other good.

Hotel with golf very pleasant great pool very good spa but really too expensive only default of this stay but renovated rooms with a very affordable price and very good breakfast excellent destination for we out of Mexico.

The place is beautiful. My room had a great view that made you feel like you are surrounded by the forest. This hotel could be a great place to relax. However, my room was close to the restaurant and you could hear the loud music coming from the kitchen until midnight even with the window closed. The Wi-Fi didn't reach my room. The room didn't have hooks to hang towels or bathing suits. The restaurant is fantastic and it has many beautiful terraces, but you are constantly surrounded by smokers. It would be great to have a designated non-smoking terrace.

I've been reading the reviews carefully… very carefully but I decided to go there no matter what. First of all, it's not so expensive like many people said. It's a real 5 stars hotel, the rooms are great, staff is friendly and efficient. I also tried the restaurant and I can say it's mostly gourmet, so it's not true that you pay an expensive bill for normal food. The view from the room was amazing, installations are great. Internet failed mostly all the time but having an 4G LTE plan on my phone I didn't really needed their Wi-Fi. The gas fireplace was easy to understand and was working perfectly, the Nespresso coffee maker was there but coffee pods were missing the first day, the included-in-the-price breakfast was great, especially the one of Sunday. The room service is incredibly fast, they delivery whatever you want from the restaurant in just few minutes. They also bring the terminal in case you want to pay with your credit/debit card. The view from my suite premium (510) was amazing, I was able to see the entire golf course, however the parking was not exactly near the door. TV was just SD, no HD. Restrooms are great, hot water take time to arrive but they do advertise that it take around 3 minutes to warm. All in all, was a great experience, I found the place really nice. I'll return there for sure however I do have some complaints: 1) The price paid is not the one advertised in websites like Expedia or Booking. I ended up paying around 1.
