It's basic and clean. There is a lot of noise from the trucks and cars on the avenue all night.

Meets basic housing needs. Bed, bathroom, desk, television. Simple but functional. Internet service and breakfast included, next to the hotel there is a shop in case you need anything because the shopping square is a little far walk away.

Half an hour to check in with a young man slow, but very slow and then it turns out that there is no water or to wash your teeth, lousy service! I don't recommend it!

Well the hotel although they failed the service.

The place is economical and has good hygiene, although the facilities are a bit sloppy, the wallpaper is off, we saw other guests suffer by opening their rooms (with the card) on the other hand, the mattresses are uncomfortable and the noise outside is a Little disturbing.
However it is ideal for a short stay, expect a flight if you come from afar or a business meeting and get to spend the night.

Hotel of the type comfortable and with the necessary the breakfast buffet is good for what includes the rate although the location is very easy to reach already at a certain time in the evening it is not very easy to find near around places where you dine unless you ask Uber or taxi or you Bring vehicle if you move to or from Toluca airport I think it is very good option although I did not confirm shuttle from the hotel to the airport rate very competitive sink and shower a little uncomfortable rest of the room quite normal.

A simple hotel that but with what you need for a pleasant stay. The rooms are austere and small but clean and functional according to the rate so economical it has. The buffet-style breakfast is almost the same as the chain offers in its different types of hotels, with the difference that it has fewer tables. The staff is very attentive and the hotel in general is well maintained and clean. Its location makes it easy to get out of Toluca to the airport, Metepec, Nevado de Toluca or nearby places.

Lousy, it's a pigsty that hotel. They don't change the sheets, they don't wash the bathrooms well and their solution is to change room to an even dirtier one. The attention is lousy, they are rude despite demoatrarles their mistakes and bad practices. I don't recommend or go back to that place.

Very simple Hotel and with the basics. The Price is good although you notice what you pay for in the quality of the facilities. The breakfast surprised me as I expected only cereal and bread, as in other hotels that also say breakfast included, here were fruit, bread, juices, beans, scrambled eggs and chilaquiles. The Wi-Fi has good speed and is free of charge.
The small room and the bathroom too. The storage space is small but I guess enough if the trip is short and business. The variety of channels in the television is good to dry, although the quality of the image is bad for the current standards.
The staff are friendly and have vending machines to buy toothbrushes, shoe shine kit and other "emergency" stuff.
Together there is a Oxxo with a good assortment.

A very nice hotel located near the airport.
It has breakfast included as all its chain although being junior the variety is scarce, you can only resort to egg, chilaquiles (with chips, sauce, cream and cheese), cereal, milk, coffee and juice box.
No restaurant and room service with I would recommend it because although it is efficient the food doesn't have a good taste, they just feed you and already.
Currently on December 2017 is not available the business center because they are remodeling and the reception service is very inefficient in the aspect of billing or information, the staff lacks training.

Staying more than a day you observe that the room is cleaned after 4pm, if you arrive early you get dirty room and live with the waitress; Coffee is finished and dispensing machines 70% empty 90% of the time. Ideal for stress.

Clean Hotel. The staff were very friendly. They don't cheat on what they offer.

The cleanliness of the hotel is not seen anywhere. The bathroom smells bad and the sheets have hair. Staff are not friendly and also breakfast is not complete lack sugar butter salt and no one will help you.

It is a simple hotel with a competitive rate. Ideal for short trips and only overnight. Small but comfortable rooms and nothing else. (They do not have hair dryer, if that is vital for you, need to carry yours). They offer breakfast service in the mornings and shuttle service less than 10 kms to the round. It has the advantage of being very close to the airport of Toluca and to have to one side a Oxxo 24 hours for any quick purchase that you occupy. At the same distance from the airport is a Plaza Sendero shopping center with restaurants, banks and supermarket and is close to the main industrial parks of Toluca.

Small Hotel. In the shower there were cockroaches! Iuckk.

Rooms are always clean. Comfort from the entrance. Basic Breakfast from 6 hrs. If you are a member the benefits improve.

Stayed here for work. The room was very small and the channels on the TV were blurry but it is good for what you pay. Everything clean and nice staff.

Lousy hotel. Doesn't do Wi-Fi, breakfast variety, service slow and disorganized, poor facilities, beds without adequate rest… support and also expensive. Never would return to host me in this hotel.
