The room is very nice and the deal they give in part is good, to start they have many problems with the keys so they have to go to open the door every time you want to enter and in the restaurant the food is very rich but do not include you with that accompany it or Bread or tortillas and they have a very incomplete menu as they don't offer you variety of food and in American or continental breakfast the hotel offers you one thing but in the restaurant it tells you something else and you get what they want!

Extremely unsatisfied with the attention received in the check in process at this hotel by the night shift attendant, who was unable to program my access key to my room so I could not stay at the hotel. The night attendant only said that there was a problem with his machine to program the access keys and gave us no option to solve this problem.

Lack of attention, I do not recommend it for work trip, there was no desk, I had a lot of work to give me the key to the Internet, and since I had it, there was no sign in the room. The bathroom had no disposable tissues or hand towel, I had to go down to reception because the phone didn't work and ask for soap because I didn't have it. The shower gave me the neck, (like 1.40m) and I had to crouch down so I could wash my hair. The restaurant, not bad, but very slow, and for breakfast you have to ask the letter and wait for it to be prepared, which is not practical at all. It was also difficult to get the bill sent to me.

This is a comfortable hotel. The design is really good like a old classic house. Service is good. The bed is comfortable and big (king size). Rooms are divied by solid walls so you have privacity with other roms.

The hot water was not available at mornings. I'd give it 1 star were it not for the aid of the hotel in transportation. The food is basic and the rooms are not very well put together.

It's so beatifull and economical, I loved the service.

The place is really basic for people how looks a one night hotel. The rooms are comfortable but at night it's really cold at the season we stay there, we need more blanquets, and nobody helped us, the rooms are very clean and the presentation it's OK, we recommend the hotel they just need to improve the service a little bit.

It was a nice place buuuuut the shower is too small.

Lousy service price accessible little cleaning of asco.

I am pleased, it's very clean and big, very good service.

They lost my registration from one day to another, the showers are not for tall people.

In general the service was good, the hotel is very rustic, which I do not taste if you measure more than 1.80 m really you'll probably be hit with several things and not quepas in the shower and that there was no heating in the room.

I seem to be expensive rates for bad service, their Internet is very bad, I was never able to connect to your different networks and I have not solved the problem. The toilet was dirty upon entering the room, the water in the tub drains when bathing and hosted in another room, different to the first time, there is a permanent noise that will not let you rest, like a machine that is working. There is not a better hotel in the area unfortunately.

Service is very bad the receptionist in the morning isn't very friendly and when I asked him q corrected my Bill nothing more is towards the dismissing hopefully send me corrected.
