The staff is not at all helpful and does things reluctantly as if noa gives away the service.

I asked for a room, and the one they gave us, it looked like they had just thrown palenque, and the concierge very bad of character, of course q we changed room, but still said room had a bad smell.

Well, I was there just once, the experience is good, the thing that I want to resalt is the location cause is perfect for tourist.

Perfect location between the road and the city center, enough rooms for long stay and an annex of passage rooms that if you do not know that are there go unnoticed, has a pool, restaurant, a large garden of green and beautiful pasture and parking with access control. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable, with hot water, the TV has variety of channels, the noise of the road is well hidden. A wheelchair access elevator is required on the top floor.

The waiters are very despots, they don't understand what customer service is. The breakfast buffet is bad, they don't have many options and the seasoning is bad. Recommended zero.

I went to breakfast at the hotel restaurant and the service was lousy. The waiters are arrogant and unattentive, we were 6 adults and two children and decide to sit apart and ask them to gather some tables, the answer of the waiter is to face "there is no other option, if you think. " In addition, they took to bring coffee and two waiters (a man and a woman) spent whispering and laughing every time we requested something. As for the food (breakfast buffet) The offer is very limited and the season is poor, especially the desserts leave much to be desired. The only thing worth it is the cleanliness of the bathrooms and the staff charged with it as they are very friendly. In conclusion, an unpleasant experience and a place I would not recommend.

It is not a 5 star hotel but I definitely recommend it extensively, its front desk staff when we arrived was very friendly and helpful, they recommended some places of the magical town that you can't go without before visiting, some trattorias to eat etc. They provided us with some things we forgot and even fascinated with the cleanliness of the place from the bedrooms your bathroom and shower, your restaurant but more with the pool and your garden I loved it!

The service and the room are both nice. The food is great! Eating in the hotel is definitely recommended. The only downside was the room gets a little stuffy when we return from outside since there's no ac. Other than that, everything was good. We had a great time staying there.

Even though our Spanish is limited, the staff were amazing at interpreting our needs and provided an amazing experience for the single night and morning we were there. Hotel del Sol, operated like a five star hotel. Breakfast was wonderful and we were able to get to Tetutiachaun pyramids for only 25 pesos. We wish we could have stayed another day. But Guadalajara and Focal Tonel were calling. The only downside to the stay was a leak around the shower stall that created a fair sized puddle in the bathroom.
