Lousy service, the staff is porto very rude during my stay honestly I'm not coming back. And neither I recommend that bad times pass and bad service offer apart that it took hours to hand over the room.

Absolutely terrible, the room smelled very very bad, toilet leaked all over the floor. The bed was like sleeping on a wood cot.
Very very disappointed.

Visit this place for the breakfast buffet which is very good taste, not so much in variety but excellent quality. The restaurant is very comfortable and the service is very good. I recommend it.

I love this place every time I go to Mazatlan this is where I stay, it's nice and quiet at a reasonable price.

El servicion en restaurante es excelente. El único problema es que no hay variedad de comida y termina por hartarte pues pareciera que todo es lo mismo. Lo recomiendo para ir a conocer, pero no como para tomarlo como un lugar para comer frecuentemente.

This place accepts pets, this is why we were forced to stay here. The room was full of visble mold that we were laughed at for raising as a concern. The front desk staff were very unwelcoming. The beds in our room were literally the most uncomfortable bed ive ever slept on. Right accross the road from the beach so thats nice but I would suggest staying elsewhere if at all possible.

A horrible, dirty and sloppy hotel, they charge for every dog and the rooms allocated for the guests are the ugliest and far away, and over the phone they offer one thing and arriving at reception what tiltil of crazy. Not good, nothing advisable.

On Several occasions I went to the buffet breakfast on weekends, and even though it does not offer a wide variety of dishes, the quality of the food is excellent, it is very very rich food and the accompaniments of the dishes are just as good, besides that the waiters are very attentive S. I recommend It quite a bit.

The services in restaurant is excellent. The only problem is that there is no variety of food, and ends up silly because it seems that everything is the same. I recommend to go to know, but do not like to take it as a place to eat frequently.

A very nice hotel for all kinds of people and worthy for events of any indole, has a great location.

Totally deficient, it is said and charged as four star Hotel, very poor internet signal every time you have to be writing the login and password, its cable service seems pirated, check the photos, cast lamps of the rooms, the Restaurant only has breakfast (eye and is "four stars"), the pool is not exclusive for hotel tenants but is shared with anyone coming from outside many but many people. It's not worth it.

Was event near sea water.

It is a very comfortable place, clean, large rooms, perfect view to the sea, beds very agustas, good service.

Good hotel, it is comfortable, good location in front of the boardwalk and the sea, good amenities and is pet friendly.

The buffet was very expensive and did not allow to enter certain rooms of our conpañeras, the same way the towels were very expensive.

It Is A very comfortable place and with very good food.

The place is nice, a bit austere, but clean; You have to pay before entering the buffet, and the buffet food eñtiene very good taste. The only bad point, is that the food is very oily.

Nice hotel in the city of Mazatlan facing the sea, has spacious rooms, pool, restaurant (only for breakfast) lounge for events and/or conferences.

If it wasn't for the service, I would've given less than 2 stars. I reminded front desk of two missing towels, and they said they will bring them to the room but never did until I went again and ask for them. Pool is nice but it was extremely crowded and water seemed dirty. Hallway was flooded or something because it was hard not to get feet wet. Room itself was nice and cold. It offers a coffee maker however doesn't even provide a cup much less coffee. You can hear everything that is going on outside, the bathroom has a small window that is open all the time, and has a clothing line in the shower. The toilet seat however is the cheapest most pinching artefact ever!

One of the few dog friendly hotels in Mazatlan, don't like their $500 peso deposit, which is refundable after they check the room. Save your deposit receipt or they will keep it!

Not bad place, cheap and the pool was very clean, the only complain was the courtain was torn and there was a ligth that bother us.

I took an event in an of your rooms. For 30 people. We were however, slightly adjusted AA works fine as well as Wi-Fi.! The location of the hotel is accessible. I could not try the buffet but I guess is good because I saw many people in the restaurant.

It is an excellent hotel, great location overlooking the sea and the most important is remodeled!, unlike their closest 3 blocks on both sides…

It is a porqueria hotel charged 2100 the night, we chose it because it was the only one of mazatlan that had a room available with a pet. You ask for a deposit, and before leaving checan the room for regresartelo… as if you cared to do something to the mugres antiques that have… it is unfortunate that the bathrooms in the walls have mold, do not leave water hot and the tip is almost mandatory, because you force the buttons to take you to the room, not return and not recommend it to anyone!

I have the best memories of it as kid, but last time I was there it was OK.
