Terrible experience, a health risk due to your lack of hygiene, lousy service!

The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The entire first day after we got here I was arguing with the resort about what we should get in our all inclusive package. We were definitely not treated like VIP’s. The other two El Cid resorts treated us like royalty. I will not come back to Granada. I may not even stay the entire week we have scheduled. It was the worst first day at a resort that I have ever had.

They ran us from the hotel and didn't want to refund the money from the rooms we paid for. Bad service! I do not recommend it at all!

We loved to just go as a family out of a group of friends and we didn't have a great time, the service, the restaurants on the beach of the hotel, the pools the rooms everything was great, we will definitely come back again.

All the hotels of the group El Cid have just been remodeled by what the CID Granada was very well. It is a traditional hotel in the city, and with a very privileged location, close to many places especially the beach, Baresitos, clubs and restaurants. The service is excellent. Worth.

Unfortunately this time I was not pleasant my stay. First we got a room where in the evenings you hear such a loud noise that makes things vibrate; And when they changed us, in the new room it stinks so much to cigar that it gave nausea also that there was also a machine making noise (until I recorded it as proof). And that's just a detail because at dinner I got a diet soda and I'm allergic to Felilalanina. In addition to the amount of people who were staying there were not enough place in a restaurant, and when the captain of waiters sent us to another restaurant to give us is service, in this we denied access because our package did not include it, and even a Hour after the captains agreed we were given the service.

Very poor customer service, lousy coordination of restaurant staff and reservations. I asked for a bill and they didn't. Very bad place, used to go often but has declined a lot of quality.

The room is very cozy, the buffet service is a little limited and sometimes the waiters did not cope with all the people, from there on to more everything perfect.

Riquisima food from different specialties in your reservation all inclusive, well worth, clean and comfortable rooms.

Most people were really nice, but Pedro on the front desk was horrid. He really needs not to interact with people. We had a one bedroom unit which turned out to be two rooms and you needed two keys. When you check in with more than one person you have to ask for keys for all people. The shower was interesting. One minute hot, next freezing. The first time we used the second shower there was no pressure and we had to call twice. We would not stay here again!

Had another great tennis lesson today, two very good Pros on staff and world-class tennis courts.

Excellent hotel! The rooms require a bit of care as they are with minimal aesthetic details. I recommend it.

Very nice hotel, nice beach and nice pools. Several times I have had to stay here because I come to Mazatlan for work. But without thinking twice I would come here on vacation. The only thing that could improve is the attention of the waiters. They are very friendly with people who speak English, I am also foreign, I prefer to speak in Spanish because for me it is prettier, but curiously I have noticed the difference of treatment. When I speak English, it is a fantastic attention and speaking in Spanish, they think I am Mexican and sadly serve me a little badly. I don't think it should happen.

Tight course, but fun with three 9s to play so worth going more than once. Request Ernesto or Concho for caddie, both excellent and who we use year after year.

The only detail I had was dirty cups in the Argentinean restaurant. The rest ok.
