City Express Mazatlan muy bien la relación precio calidad. El desayuno basto y bien los alimentos tos comparados con los desayunos que por lo general ofrecen litros city express.

It could improve, there is no good lighting, it was lousy in that aspect and more for staff who come for labor reasons, you can't work at ease. The staff does not know the area well enough to advise a guest regarding tourist sites or restaurants. A super attentive and friendly reception guy. It is an acceptable hotel if you only get to sleep.

Excelentw location close to everything, the golden area, the covered avenues of Mazatlan without getting into the slow traffic of the golden area or the center of Mazatlan, just like all City Express is a hotel only to go to sleep and go to work, zero amenities and fair muuuy bedrooms.

It is comfortable, only that the pool is very small and the occasion we were there was holiday season and because it does not come up with people as well as breakfast take a long time to put the food back; but overall it's okay just has its details but the friendly staff.

Comfortable and with very friendly and helpful staff, the relationship between comfort and cost is quite good, I was in holiday season and it was full, there is a supermarket still side, a shop on the corner and a very nice café in front.

Very good service, good breakfast, they should improve at the reception. Leave one the data to invoice to not fight when you leave and do not have the invoice list.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The Free continental breakfast they offer I found it very well and something complete, in others it's just coffee and fruit. Clean rooms and I recommend it for quick visits or vacations although not this oceanfront.

This chain of hotels are ideal in any city. Super clean, comfortable, spacious, good care and with everything you need as ice machines, good air conditioning, surveillance in the parking lot.

The service is good the internet has certain faults but in if it is fast. And at breakfast time just take care of the detail that the orange juice is natural and not carafe.

A good hotel. My room was clean and quiet. Probably the quietness was due to the high floor. There was free and fast Wi-Fi. Breakfast was good and buffet. Friendly and helpful staff. The price was good for the service offered. I would highly recommend it to everyone.

Didn't stay in the hotel, just used the lobby for a pick up. Inside looked nice, about what you would expect.

Good location and the service is very good. The breakfast included is enough for breakfast if you are on a work trip or if you use the hotel "De Paso". The staff of the hotel are very friendly and can guide you when you move in the city. You can also find basic articles such as toothbrushes or shaving cream.

It's a really nice hotel, the place looks clean all the time, the beds are comfortable, it has free internet connection for guests, and the breakfast is really good … It's close to some plazas, but you can always ride a taxi, uber, "pulmonía" or "araña" to the beach.

The room was very small, there was no shower curtain in the bathroom, there was only 1 towel, and there were only 2 small pillows for the queen sized bed. The price was the lowest in Mazatlan though…

The hotel is a business style one, fine beds, normal breakfast, great ubication for work, bad ubication for vacations. It's a nice hotel, you get what you pay.

The shower area is lower than in other city express, noise there was the night a buzz know where came from seemed a team of hotel, poor service and in general too concern about admission to breakfasts and ice which gives the impression that easily enter any person requiring those controls.

It leaves much to be desired; I hope take you a next remodeling so that East at the height of the city express from other States.
Example; Very old A/C; without good point cable and channels; antique bedside lamps; dirty and small pool. I wish to take it into account.
